As shown in fig. 1-5, the pre-laid ultraviolet-resistant high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof coiled material comprises a base sheet layer, an anti-aging layer, an adhesive layer and a protective layer, wherein the anti-aging layer is arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base sheet layer, the adhesive layer is arranged on the outer surface of the anti-aging layer, which is far away from the base sheet layer, and the protective layer is arranged on the outer surface of the adhesive layer, which is far away from the anti-aging layer;
the base sheet layer is made of high molecular polyethylene, and the anti-aging layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-65 parts of dimethyl silicone rubber, 10-20 parts of flame retardant, 5-10 parts of anti-aging agent and 25-35 parts of epoxy resin, wherein the adhesive layer adopts SBS type hot melt adhesive, and the protective layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of block copolymerized polypropylene, 50-60 parts of acrylic resin, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 2-5 parts of ultraviolet absorber;
the waterproof coiled material is prepared by the following steps:
adding block copolymerization polypropylene and acrylic resin into a reaction kettle, fully stirring and mixing, adding an antioxidant and a ultraviolet absorbent, shearing for 20-40min at 175-180 ℃ to obtain a protective layer mixture, adding into an extruder for extrusion, and preparing a sheet by a forming machine to obtain a protective layer finished product;
spreading the base sheet layer, uniformly brushing adhesive on two sides of the base sheet layer, adhering the anti-aging layer on two sides of the base sheet layer, uniformly brushing adhesive on the outer surface of the anti-aging layer far away from the base sheet layer, adhering the adhesive layer on the outer surface of the anti-aging layer, uniformly brushing adhesive on the outer surface of the adhesive layer far away from the anti-aging layer, adhering the protective layer on the outer surface of the adhesive layer, and rolling after the last adhesion to obtain a semi-finished coiled material;

The ultraviolet absorber is UV-770, the antioxidant is 1010, the anti-aging agent is AW66, and the adhesive is epoxy resin.

The working principle of the winding device is as follows:
one end of a semi-finished coiled material firstly passes through the inside of a feeding plate 7, sheets arranged on the fixed frame 3 and the adjacent side plates of a coiling box 11 are arranged on the outer surface of a coiling roller 13 through grids, a first hydraulic cylinder 8 is started to push a lifting plate 20 to lift upwards until an upper conveying mechanism 9 and a lower conveying mechanism are respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the semi-finished coiled material, a second motor 17 is started to drive the coiling roller 13 to rotate, a first motor 5 is started to drive one rotating shaft 93 to rotate, the same belt is arranged on a belt pulley arranged on the first three rotating shafts 93, the other two rotating shafts 93 are driven to rotate at the same speed through the belt, the semi-finished coiled material is coiled on the outer surface of the coiling roller 13 until the outer surface of the outermost semi-finished coiled material is contacted with a quantifying roller 14, the second motor 17 and the first motor 5 are closed, a second hydraulic cylinder 61 is started to push a cutting knife plate 62 downwards, until the cutting knife plate 62 is inserted into the gap between the two limiting blocks 63, cutting off the semi-finished coiled material, continuously starting the motor II 17 and the motor I5 to finish the coiling operation of the semi-finished coiled material, then starting the telescopic rod 16, pushing the slide block II 15 to move away from the fixed frame 3, further driving the coiling roller 13 to move away from the fixed frame 3 until the fixed seat I12 is separated from the coiling box 11, taking down the coiled coiling roller 13 after coiling is finished to obtain the waterproof coiled material finished product, in the coiling process, along with the increasing quantity of the coiled semi-finished coiled material coiled on the outer surface of the coiling roller 13, the pressure on the damping mechanism is increased, the connecting column 34 slides upwards in the through groove, and simultaneously compresses the length of the spring, so that the height of the semi-finished coiled material at the outermost layer is not far from the height of the semi-finished coiled material transported between the upper conveying mechanism 9 and the lower conveying mechanism, to avoid the problem that the tension of the semi-finished coiled material increases as the semi-finished coiled material wound on the outer surface of the wind-up roll 13 increases, and the outer surface of the semi-finished coiled material may be scratched by the passing of the sheet through the grid.
