综上所述,研发一种植物草本除味包、制备方法及使用方法,仍是空气除味技术领域中急需解决的关键问题。

(1)称取紫苏提取物、鱼腥草提取物、槲皮素、人参黄精和柠檬醛混合均匀,并用研磨机研磨后,过筛,制得混合物A;
(2)称取丁香精油和香茅精油混合均匀,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B混合均匀,浓缩干燥后,用造粒机加工成空心球体,将空心球体用多孔纤维袋包装,值得植物草本除味包。

进一步的,借助送风设备除味方法是将植物草本除味包置于存储盒内,并在存储盒内安装网板,使得植物草本除味处于网板上,在存储盒顶部均匀开设换气孔,在存储盒底部安装有风机,启动风机,达到对室内空气的除味。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的一种植物草本除味包、制备方法及使用方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于:包括如下重量份的原料:丁香精油7份、香茅精油22份、紫苏提取物4份、鱼腥草提取物5份、槲皮素3份、人参黄精2份、柠檬醛3份;
在步骤一中,研磨机的转速为525r/min,研磨时间为13min。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的一种植物草本除味包、制备方法及使用方法大致和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于:包括如下重量份的原料:包括如下重量份的原料:丁香精油10份、香茅精油24份、紫苏提取物6份、鱼腥草提取物7份、槲皮素4份、人参黄精3份、柠檬醛4份;
在步骤一中,研磨机的转速为550r/min,研磨时间为15min。
实施例4
1)用生理盐水分别配制107-108CFU/ml的金色葡萄球菌溶液和大肠杆菌溶液,采用实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的方法,分别制备除味包,并碾成粉末,配制成0.5浓度的溶液,将吸滤纸浸泡18h,取各菌液置于培养板上,并在培养板中加入常规培养液,将吸滤纸置于培养板上,分别作为实验组1、实验组2和实验组3,同时,还将吸滤纸用等量水浸泡18h,同样将吸滤纸置于其他培养板上,作为对比组,在温度为27℃的生化箱内培育实验组1、实验组2、实验组3和对比组24h后,分别检测实验组1、实验组2、实验组3和对比组中金色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌的抑菌率,将测试结果记录于表1,并进行直方图统计,见图1和图2。

由表1和图1-2可知,实验组1、实验组2和实验组3相比,其抑菌效果并没有明显的差异(p>0.05),抑菌率均能够达到99.9%,可知,实验组1、实验组2和实验组3均具有优异的抑菌效果,实验组1、实验组2和实验组3与对比组相比,其抑菌效果得到了明显的提升(p<0.05),本发明所提供的方法制备的除味包,具有优异的抑菌性能。
2)选雄性小鼠体重20-22g,将小鼠分为对照组、实验组1、实验组2和实验组3,对照组、实验组1、实验组2和实验组3均小鼠10只,将各组小鼠置于养殖箱内;采用实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的方法,分别制备除味包;在各养殖箱的放入存储盒,并在存储盒内放置实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制备除味包,同时,对比组存储盒放入器皿盛装的等量水,启动风机在12h后,进行小鼠抗疲劳爬杆实验。将爬杆架置于水盆中,水盆中水的温度为25℃,水深为10cm,将有机玻璃圆棒(长25cm)固定于爬杆架上,下端悬空,距地面20cm,分别将各组小鼠放在有机玻璃棒上,使肌肉处于静力紧张状态,记录小鼠由于肌肉疲劳从有机玻璃棒上掉落下来的时间,第三次掉落时停止实验,累积三次的时间作为爬杆时间。实验结果如表2所示,并进行直方图统计,见图3。
由表2和图3可知,实验组(实验组1、实验组2和实验组3)在小鼠爬杆时间上,并没有明显的差异(p>0.05),实验组(实验组1、实验组2和实验组3)与对比组相比,在小鼠爬杆时间上,明显长于对比组,本发明所提供的方法制备的除味包净化空气后,能够起到缓解疲劳的效果。
本发明的原材料取自天然植物以及中草药中的有效精华成分,安全性能够有效的得到保障,所制备的除味包能够有效的起到净化空气、抑菌、杀菌、去除异味、去除甲醛等效果,同时,净化后的空气中含有缓解疲劳且有助于睡眠的成分,能够提升使用者换疲劳的作用,其能够应用在新装修房、医院、商城、酒店、汽车内等环境中,对于老人、儿童、宠物或其他群体均能够使用。
在新房专修后使用本产品,可以有效的去除甲醛,抑菌杀菌,从而室内物品不生霉菌,达到去除异味的效果。
现在汽车是大众出行的普遍选择,不过汽车内通风闭塞,且空调等缝隙处易滋生细菌,在夏天气温偏高的环境中,车内易有曝晒之后的塑胶味,本发明用于车内可以去除异味,抑制细菌滋生,从而达到净化车内空气的效果。同时,在酒店、医院等环境中,也可以有效的杀菌,去除异味,包括但不限于老人体味、宠物异味、大小便异味、抑菌杀菌、从而达到净化空气、营造健康环境的效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种植物草本除味包,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:丁香精油5-10份、香茅精油20-24份、紫苏提取物2-6份、鱼腥草提取物3-7份、槲皮素2-4份、人参黄精1-3份、柠檬醛2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物草本除味包,其特征在于,所述的紫苏提取物的提取方法为:
取紫苏粉末置于广口瓶中;加入4倍的95%的乙醇溶液,搅拌均匀;在45℃的条件下,超声提取50min;减压抽取后,过滤100目筛,干燥制得紫苏提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物草本除味包,其特征在于,所述的鱼腥草提取物的提取方法为:
向鱼腥草粉末中加入15倍的水,在95℃的条件下,水浴浸提4h;过滤后将过滤液用乙酸乙酯萃取2h,萃取温度为90℃;再用95%的乙醇除去多糖;真空干燥制得鱼腥草提取物。
4.一种植物草本除味包的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取紫苏提取物、鱼腥草提取物、槲皮素、人参黄精和柠檬醛混合均匀,并用研磨机研磨后,过筛,制得混合物A;
(2)称取丁香精油和香茅精油混合均匀,制得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B混合均匀,浓缩干燥后,用造粒机加工成空心球体,将空心球体用多孔纤维袋包装,值得植物草本除味包。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物草本除味包的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中,所述的研磨机的转速为500-550r/min,研磨时间为12-15min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物草本除味包的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中,在研磨机研磨后,过100目筛。
7.一种植物草本除味包的使用方法,其特征在于,所述的使用方法包括通过自然散发除味方法和借助送风设备除味方法。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种植物草本除味包的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的通过自然散发除味方法是将植物草本除味包置于存储盒内,并在存储盒内安装网板,使得植物草本除味处于网板上,在存储盒顶部均匀开设换气孔,在存储盒底部安装有风机,通过植物草本除味包自然散发除味。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种植物草本除味包的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的借助送风设备除味方法是将植物草本除味包置于存储盒内,并在存储盒内安装网板,使得植物草本除味处于网板上,在存储盒顶部均匀开设换气孔,在存储盒底部安装有风机,启动风机,达到对室内空气的除味。
