The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the premise of ensuring that the paper diaper is not leakage, the ventilation performance of the paper diaper is also obviously improved, and the large legs of a person wearing the paper diaper can extrude the diaper body due to the difference of body types, so that the air inlet holes and the air outlet holes are arranged in the non-edge-leaning areas on the two sides, air flows generated by the 2 structures when the person moves are used, air bypasses the air-tight bottom layer along the air holes and passes through the diaper body until reaching the surface layer, and finally the air is sent out from the two sides of the anti-seepage top layer 6, so that the inner side of the user wearing the paper diaper feels cool and breathable.
