For another example, the moisture content of the batch of Chinese herbal medicine is higher, and the priority of water vapor discharge is higher than the priority of heat conservation, so the gap can be properly reduced, the water vapor is ensured to be rapidly dispersed, and the drying efficiency can be improved.
The circular plate 301 is used for blocking materials from falling at the feed inlet 204 in a mode of sliding between the feed inlet 204 and the discharge outlet 205, and the discharge outlet 205 is provided with an opening and closing plate.
In this embodiment, if the circular plate 301 passes through the feeding hole 204, the size of the air outlet, i.e. the size of the feeding hole 204, is already forgotten to be adjusted, and the volume of the heating cavity is adjusted, so that the flow rate of the hot air can be reduced and the drying speed can be increased for a relatively small amount of material.
In a word, after the feeding of the circular plate 301 is completed, the circular plate is at least completely crossed over the feeding hole 204 by the outer side surface, so that the leakage of the feeding hole 204 is avoided, the originally required opening and closing cover plate at the feeding hole 204 is also saved, and the feeding operation is ensured to be quicker.
The hot air pipe unit 4 comprises a hose 401 externally connected with a hot air blower, a hot air pipe 402 arranged on the hose 401 and inserted into the air outlet 303, a sealing plate 403 arranged at the end of the hot air pipe 402, an air outlet 404 arranged on the hot air pipe 402 and located in the transverse circular barrel body 201, and a circular cover plate 405 sleeved on the hot air pipe 402 and used for sealing the lateral barrel body opening of the transverse circular barrel body 201.
In this embodiment, the material of the hot air pipe 402 is stainless steel, and the material of the closing plate 403 is rubber, so as to ensure proper clamping on the hot air pipe 402 and sliding, that is, after the circular plate 301 slides out, the closing plate 403 needs to be pushed in to close the horizontal circular barrel body 201 again, whereas if the circular plate 301 is pushed in, the closing plate 403 does not need to be operated, and just always presses and closes the opening of the horizontal circular barrel body 201.
In addition, the positions of the air outlets 404 need to be relatively centralized and close to the inside so as to avoid moving out of the sealing plate 403, and of course, the circular plate 301 is closer to the inside than the air outlets 404.
Finally, the outer diameter of the hot air pipe 402 is smaller than the diameter of the air outlet 303, so that hot air at the position can be effectively discharged, and the air outlet 303 is located in the middle, so that accidental material leakage at the position of the air outlet 303 is relatively difficult to occur when materials are turned over.
The hot air duct unit 4 further includes a limit slide block 406 provided on the slide groove 104, a connecting plate 407 provided between the hot air duct 402 and the limit slide block 406, and a lateral cylinder plate 408 provided on the connecting plate 407.
