本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法、终端设备和网络设备,在未检测到节能信号的情况下,终端设备可以确定其在辅小区上工作于休眠BWP或者非休眠BWP,从而实现节能。该无线通信方法包括:终端设备检测节能信号;在该终端设备未检测到该节能信号的情况下,该终端设备确定该终端设备在第一辅小区上工作于休眠BWP或者非休眠BWP。
