Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-woven fabric production, in particular to an anti-aging hydrophilic non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The non-woven fabric is a fabric formed without spinning and weaving, and is formed by carrying out directional or random array support on textile short fibers or filaments to form a fiber net structure and then reinforcing by adopting mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods. Compared with the traditional textile cloth, the non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, ventilation, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity and irritation, rich color, low price, recycling and the like, and is widely applied to medical and health cloth, household decorative cloth, industrial cloth, agricultural cloth, space cotton manufacturing and the like.
The existing non-woven fabric generally has good hydrophobicity, so that the product has the advantages of no mildew and no mildew-proof property. However, the hydrophobicity causes the defects that the non-woven fabric is easy to generate static electricity and is not skin-friendly enough in the application process, and the application requirements on occasions with high water absorption requirements such as medical and sanitary cloth cannot be met. In order to improve the hydrophilicity of the nonwoven fabric, this is generally achieved by a surface hydrophilic finish. However, the product manufactured by the method has a hard hand feeling, and if the slipping agent is added for spinning and then hydrophilic finishing is performed, the product has the problem that the hydrophilic effect can be invalid.
Aging resistance is another important index for measuring the quality of non-woven fabrics, and the quality of the performance directly influences the durability and the service life of the non-woven fabrics. The existing non-woven fabric generally has the problem of poor ageing resistance, and in order to improve ageing resistance, an anti-aging agent is generally added, however, due to the problem of compatibility between the anti-aging agent and main raw materials of the non-woven fabric, the anti-aging agent can be infiltrated outwards in the long-term use process, and the service life and the performance stability of the non-woven fabric are further affected.
In order to solve the above problems, chinese patent No. CN102251345B proposes a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric with high water absorption and a process for manufacturing the same, wherein the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is made of polypropylene (PP) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials, and the required hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is finally obtained by extrusion and injection of a screw, web formation, rolling and forming of the fabric by a rolling mill, hydrophilic process and shaping of the hydrophilic fabric. The hydrophilic non-woven fabric produced by the manufacturing process has the advantages of high hydrophilic speed, good flexibility, comfortable hand feeling and stable hydrophilic performance, and is particularly suitable for the fields of medical treatment and health with high requirement on water absorption. However, its aging resistance, slipping property and performance stability are to be further improved.
Therefore, how to provide an aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric with good aging resistance, sufficient hydrophilicity, soft and smooth hand feeling and long service life and a preparation method thereof are the problems to be solved by researchers in the industry.
