The mass ratio of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone, the initiator and the high-boiling point solvent is 3.5:1.5:1:0.06: 29.
The initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the high boiling point solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide; the inert gas is nitrogen.

The preparation method of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer comprises the following steps: adding 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone and an initiator into a high boiling point solvent, stirring and reacting for 4.5 hours at 58 ℃ in an inert gas atmosphere, precipitating in water, washing the precipitated polymer for 5 times by using ethanol, and finally drying in a vacuum drying box at 90 ℃ to constant weight to obtain 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1- Isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymers.

The aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer, 55 parts of amino-terminated polypropylene, 14 parts of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 4.5 parts of safranine phenate.
The preparation method of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer comprises the following steps: adding 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone and an initiator into a high boiling point solvent, stirring and reacting for 5.5 hours at 63 ℃ in an inert gas atmosphere, precipitating in water, washing the precipitated polymer for 6 times by using ethanol, and finally drying in a vacuum drying box at 92 ℃ to constant weight to obtain 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1- Isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymers.
The mass ratio of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one, the initiator and the high-boiling point solvent is 4.5:2.5:1:0.08: 37; the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the high-boiling-point solvent is a mixture formed by mixing dimethyl sulfoxide, N-dimethylformamide and N, N-dimethylacetamide according to a mass ratio of 1:2: 4; the inert gas is nitrogen; the amino-terminated polypropylene is prepared according to the method of example 8 in Chinese patent CN 101812147B.

The aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer, 60 parts of amino-terminated polypropylene, 15 parts of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 5 parts of safranine.
The preparation method of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer comprises the following steps: adding 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone and an initiator into a high boiling point solvent, stirring and reacting for 6 hours at 65 ℃ in an inert gas atmosphere, precipitating in water, washing the precipitated polymer for 6 times by using ethanol, and finally drying in a vacuum drying box at 95 ℃ to constant weight to obtain 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1- Isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymers.
The mass ratio of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone, the initiator and the high-boiling point solvent is 5:3:1:0.09: 40; the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the high boiling point solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide; the inert gas is nitrogen; the amino-terminated polypropylene is prepared according to the method of example 8 in Chinese patent CN 101812147B.
A preparation method of the aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials except the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether uniformly according to parts by weight to obtain a mixed material, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, sequentially carrying out melt-blowing, web formation, rolling into cloth by a rolling mill, soaking the ethanol solution of the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, drying and curing, washing with clear water, and drying to prepare the anti-aging hydrophilic non-woven fabric; the temperature of the rolling mill during rolling is 155 ℃, and the speed of the non-woven fabric passing through the hot roller of the rolling mill is 270 r/min; the mass percentage concentration of the ethanol solution of the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is 30 wt%; the temperature for drying and curing is 80 ℃ and the time is 5 hours.
Comparative example 1
An aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric of similar formulation and preparation to example 1 except that 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymer was prepared without the addition of 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one.
Comparative example 2
An aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric having a formulation and a preparation process similar to those of example 1, except that amino-terminated polypropylene was replaced with Shanghai petrochemical grade T30S general-purpose homo-polypropylene.
To further illustrate the beneficial technical effects of the aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics prepared in the embodiments of the present invention, the aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the related performance tests, the test results are shown in table 1, and the test methods are as follows:
(1) burst strength of nonwoven fabric: according to ISO standard 13938-1999, a pressure of 0.8Kg/cm2
(2) Contact angle: the contact angle is smaller, the surface wettability is better, and the hydrophilicity is better when the test is carried out by using DB 44/T1872-2016.
(3) Aging resistance: after the nonwoven fabric was placed in hot air at 85 ℃ for 96 hours, the retention of the burst strength was measured and calculated, and the larger the value, the better the aging resistance.
As can be seen from table 1, the aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention has more excellent hydrophilicity, mechanical properties, and aging resistance. Through blind touch of experts, the non-woven fabric products in the embodiments of the invention are soft and smooth in hand feeling.

Claims (8)

1. The aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-one copolymer, 40-60 parts of amino-terminated polypropylene, 10-15 parts of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 3-5 parts of safranine.
2. The aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymer comprises the following steps: adding 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ketone and an initiator into a high boiling point solvent, stirring and reacting for 3-6 hours at 50-65 ℃ in an inert gas atmosphere, precipitating in water, washing the precipitated polymer for 3-6 times by using ethanol, and finally drying in a vacuum drying box at 85-95 ℃ to constant weight to obtain 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane Sulfonic acid/5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one copolymers.
3. The aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the 2- [3- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4-hydroxyphenyl ] ethyl 2-methacrylate, the 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, the 5-fluoro-1-isopropenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one, the initiator, and the high-boiling solvent is (3-5): (1-3):1 (0.05-0.09): (25-40).
4. The aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric of claim 2, wherein the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile; the high boiling point solvent is at least one of dimethyl sulfoxide, N-dimethylformamide and N, N-dimethylacetamide; the inert gas is nitrogen.
5. The aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the amino-terminated polypropylene has a molecular weight of 13000-90000g/mol and an amino-terminated functionality of 0.80-0.92.
6. A method for preparing the aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials except the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether uniformly according to parts by weight to obtain a mixed material, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, sequentially carrying out melt-blowing, web formation, rolling into cloth by a rolling mill, soaking the ethanol solution of the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, drying and curing, washing with clear water, and drying to prepare the anti-aging hydrophilic non-woven fabric.
7. The method for preparing an aging-resistant hydrophilic nonwoven fabric as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature of the rolling mill during rolling is 115 ℃ to 155 ℃, and the speed of the nonwoven fabric passing through the hot roll of the rolling mill is 150 and 270 rpm.
8. The preparation method of the aging-resistant hydrophilic non-woven fabric according to claim 6, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the ethanol solution of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is 15-30 wt%; the temperature for drying and curing is 70-80 ℃ and the time is 2-5 hours.
