Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pelvic floor magnetic stimulation rehabilitation treatment device and a rehabilitation treatment chair with the same, and belongs to the technical field of medical and rehabilitation auxiliary instruments.
Background
Female pelvic floor dysfunctional disease (PFD) is a common disease of middle-aged and elderly women, also called pelvic floor defect, mainly comprises stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and the like, and seriously affects the life quality of the middle-aged and elderly women. Statistics show that about 11% of women need to undergo prolapse surgery throughout their lifetime, with about 30% of patients needing re-surgery during the 4 years after the first surgery. With the aging population and increased demand for quality of life, the incidence and diagnosis of PFD has increased year by year.
At present, in the rehabilitation therapy aiming at female postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases, the method which has more definite effect and is widely applied clinically comprises three aspects of medicament therapy, pelvic floor muscle exercise, a biofeedback method and electrical stimulation therapy. The traditional medicament treatment has the defects that the medicament can cause side effects such as systemic adverse reaction and the like, and the effect is unstable and the cure rate is low. The pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment needs long-term training under the guidance of doctors, and the treatment effect is not obvious in clinic. Biofeedback therapy also requires long training periods under the direction of a physician to achieve good results, usually with the aid of electronic instruments and computers, two sensors are usually placed, one inside the patient's vagina or rectum and the other inside the abdomen. The activity condition of the pelvic floor muscles of the patient is reflected in a visual or auditory way, so that the patient is reminded whether to exercise the pelvic floor muscles correctly. At present, the common electric stimulation treatment in the market is to apply low-frequency pulse current to a human body at a certain intensity by placing a treatment probe of a vagina or an anus, or to send the signal to the human body after the signal-current conversion and amplification, so as to stimulate sensory nerves and motor nerves including muscles and enable the sensory nerves and the motor nerves to generate functions. In the methods in the prior art, the treatment probe which is put into a human body for a long time in the implementation process of the electrical stimulation treatment is easy to cause injury or infection to a body cavity, the operation of the treatment process is complex, the patient is difficult to accept and experience, even pain is generated, the condition of the patient is aggravated finally, and the treatment effect cannot be achieved.
