The childbirth assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the bed plate (1) is provided with a groove (31) coaxial with the moving shaft (9) and communicating with the rectangular groove (10), the groove (31) is stepped, the reciprocating screw rod (24) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rear end of the groove (31), the moving shaft (9) coaxially penetrates through the left belt wheel (11) and is slidably connected with the belt wheel (11) through the slider (32), and the slider (32) can rotate in the groove (31).
