Description

Display equipment, server and media asset playing method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent display equipment, in particular to display equipment, a server and a media playing method.
Background
Multimedia resources, referred to as media assets, include video, audio, images, etc. that can be played at the user terminal. A multimedia asset may be referred to as a media asset item. The media asset platform may provide a plurality of media asset items for the user terminal. For example, the media resource platform can be maintained through an operation server of a display device such as a smart television and the like, and displayed through a media resource interface on the display device. The user can select any media item in the media interface for previewing, playing and collecting through interactive operation.
The media resource platform can update the media resource form according to the operation and maintenance condition, namely, the operator can adjust the media resource platform and media resource items provided in the media resource platform according to the conditions of resource copyright attribution, cooperative operation and the like. For example, a plurality of channels are set in the smart television homepage, and each channel can correspondingly display media items in one media platform. With the change of the cooperation relationship between the operator and the video provider, the media resource platform of the corresponding channel needs to be switched or updated.
After the media resource platform is switched or updated, the media resource items which can be provided are changed accordingly. Because the update of the media resource platform occurs at the server side and the playing process of the media resource by the user occurs at the display device side, when the media resource platform can provide a large number of media resource items and the number of the served display devices is large, the media resource platform can not inform the display device side of the update condition of the media resource items one by one, so that part of the media resource item playing process executed on the channel pages after non-update such as the history record, the collection page and the like is not available after the media resource platform is switched.

The display device 200 may play the asset online through the server 400 and automatically generate a history according to the asset play process. The server 400 may provide one or more media asset platforms for the display device 200, where media asset data, play links, and other data content related to media assets for a plurality of media asset items may be included in the media platform, where the data may be stored in the server 400, and when the display device 200 needs to play a media asset item in the platform, the media asset data corresponding to the media asset item to be played may be requested by sending a play request.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, for a juvenile asset item platform, the server 400 may send asset information to the display device 200 to display a plurality of asset items suitable for viewing by a juvenile, such as cartoons, educational videos, etc., in the juvenile channel interface in the display device 200. The user may select a media item to be played in the juvenile channel interface and the display apparatus 200 may transmit a media play request to the server 400 according to the user's selection. After receiving the media data playing request, the server 400 extracts media data from the child media data item platform and feeds back the media data to the display device 200, so that the display device 200 plays the fed back media data.
The display apparatus 200 may acquire the media asset data from the server 400 in real time during the process of playing the media asset item, and continuously form the media asset screen through decoding, rendering, etc. And, the display device 200 may also monitor the playing process of the media asset item in real time, and when the playing process of the media asset item is interrupted, the display device 200 may automatically record the playing progress of the media asset item to generate a history. The history record can enable the user to directly continue playing according to the recorded playing progress when playing the media item again so as to meet the requirement of the user for continuing to watch.
The history record can be displayed through a history record interface so that a user can select the media assets which are played once to continue playing. As shown in fig. 6, in the history interface, the display device 200 may automatically display the media item information that was played and the playing progress according to the viewing time of the user, each media item may form an option in the history interface, and after the user selects the option, the playing process of the media item may be automatically continued. For example, after the user selects the "media asset a" option in the history interface, the display device 200 may obtain that the target media asset item in the current playing process is "media asset a", and the media asset playing progress is 0:12:30. thus, the display device 200 may automatically go from 0:12:30 progress plays media asset a.
To enable the user to know more about the playback process, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may first display the media asset detail interface during playback of the media asset. As shown in fig. 7, in the media asset detail interface, various information related to the media asset to be played, such as the type of the media asset, duration, author, scenario introduction, etc., may be included. In the media asset detail interface, a plurality of function options such as play options, selection options, collection options and the like can be further included. The user can control the play process of the display device 200 by clicking on the corresponding option. For example, the user may control the display device 200 to play the target media asset by selecting the play option. The user may also control the display device 200 to display a plurality of episode options by selecting an episode option, and select an episode to be watched among the episode options for play. The user may also control the display device 200 to collect or cancel the collection of the target media asset items by selecting the collection option.
When the target media asset item is collected, the display device 200 may also display the target media asset in the collection interface for the user to select to play. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the display device 200 may provide a "My collections" interface in which all media items with collection indicia may be displayed. In addition, when the number of the media items collected is large, in order to facilitate the user to quickly find the corresponding media items, in some embodiments, the collection interface may be further displayed through a plurality of tab pages according to the item types. For example, in the "My collections" interface, the left side may include a plurality of category tabs, and when any one of the category tabs is selected by the user, the media items collected by the user under that category may be displayed in the area below "My collections". Similarly, when the number of media items played by the user is large, the history interface can display the media items through a plurality of tab pages according to the classification of the media items.
For media assets that need to be played online, different display devices 200 or different media asset applications in the display devices 200 may have different media asset platforms in the server 400 for providing specific media asset data for the display devices 200 connected to the server 400. The media asset item platform may form different channel interfaces in the display device 200. For example, the media items provided in the juvenile channel interface originate from the juvenile media item platform; the media items provided in the short video interface originate from a short video media item platform or the like. The media asset item platform may be responsible for operation and maintenance by different item parties depending on the type of display device 200, the copyright attribution of the media asset data, and the type of application. Therefore, the media item platform that the display device 200 can apply may be a system platform, i.e. a platform developed by the display device 200 or provided by an operator, or may be a third party platform, i.e. a platform provided by a third party application operator or an audio/video website operator.
In some embodiments, to increase the amount and type of media assets that can be provided by the display device 200, the operators of portions of the display device 200 may also cooperate with third party platforms to collectively provide a media asset item platform. For example, display device 200 operator H and video website operator Q may establish a partnership that provides a completely new QY juvenile media asset platform for users using H-brand display device 200 to provide more juvenile media asset items.
Since the media asset project platform updates the media asset form according to the operation and maintenance conditions. With the continuous update of the media asset form, the same media asset item in different media asset forms can have different media asset information. For example, when the display device 200 operator H switches the self-created child asset form to the QY child asset form, as shown in fig. 9, in the self-created asset platform, the asset ID of "second quarter of the x world" is 46170, and the name is "×" second quarter of the world ", and the asset type is 2001 (indicating education class). As shown in fig. 10, in the QY child asset platform, the asset ID of the asset is: 11017041395, entitled "××world season 2", media asset type 1001 (representing video class).
Since the display device 200 generally performs detail display, playing and collection processing using the media asset detail information provided by the media asset platform when the user plays the media asset item using the display device 200, after the media asset item platform is changed or the version is updated, the display device 200 may not identify the media asset item based on the media asset information provided by the original platform, so that the media asset item may not be available.
In addition, since the media asset platform used by the display device 200 has a change in the media asset form of a part of the media asset after the platform is switched, and the history content recorded by the display device 200 may be completed before the platform is switched, so that the data recorded in the history is still in the form of the stored media asset in the original platform, and therefore, when the user controls the display device 200 to play a part of the media asset through the interface such as the history, the part of the media asset in the history is not available.
For example, after the cooperation relationship is established between the operator H and the video website operator Q, part or all of the media items under the "movie" channel and the "child" channel in the original media interface are transferred to the corresponding channel of the QY child media platform along with the platform switching, and after the transfer, the original old version of media items are dropped. However, since the history record and the collection record are stored in the local database of the display device 200, the content of the media item recorded before the transfer is still kept in the history record interface, the my collection interface, the recommendation interface and the player interface, and these contents are associated with the use state of each user, in a general software design, the local database is updated in an incremental manner according to the operation (play operation and collection operation) of the user, in some cases, the play operation record with long history is deleted in the history record, and the collection operation record is not deleted. In some prior art, the local database would be synchronized to the server. Because the media assets at the server end are generally kept stable, the use of the local database in the software use process is more beneficial to the display speed of the history pages and/or the collection pages. In some embodiments, the local database is deleted when the application is deleted. In some embodiments, exiting the account also deletes the local database, thereby requiring the database on the server to be synchronized with the account from the server when logging in or when newly installing an application. In some embodiments, the exit account does not delete the local database so that the user can load as soon as possible after logging in again. After the transfer of the media assets is encountered, the media assets cannot be used as the same media assets due to different attributes of the media assets before and after the transfer, and meanwhile, due to different media asset items corresponding to each display device 200, the server 400 is difficult to uniformly push updated information for each display device 200, the data volume of the pushed updated information is huge, and when a user selects to play the corresponding media assets in the interface, the problem that part of media asset items are unavailable due to the fact that old version of media asset items are offline can occur.
In order to alleviate the problem that the media items displayed in part of the user interface are unavailable after the media platform is switched or updated, in some embodiments of the present application, a media playing method is provided to update the local database of the terminal as required, and meanwhile, normal playing is ensured. The media asset playing method can be applied to the display device 200, and can obtain new edition of media asset item data according to old edition of media asset items by inquiring the history record information and mapping media asset information so as to realize normal playing of corresponding media asset items from the original viewing history, collection record and other interfaces. As shown in fig. 11, the media asset playing method includes the following contents:
and acquiring a playing instruction input by a user for playing the media items. The play instruction may be generated by the user triggered by different interactions. In some embodiments, the user may control the display device 200 to play the target media asset item through a user interface provided by the control apparatus 100 or the communication terminal 300 in conjunction with the display device 200. For example, the user may control the focus cursor to move through the control device 100 matched with the display device 200, and after the user selects the "child" tab, the display device 200 may switch the tab in the control homepage from the default homepage to the "child channel" to display the media items in the channel. And the user selects any media item in the juvenile channel interface by moving the focus cursor, and presses the 'confirm key' to play.
The user may also input play instructions based on other user interfaces. For example, the user may control the focus cursor movement through the control apparatus 100 associated with the display device 200, and sequentially select the "my" - "history" operation in the control homepage, and control the display device 200 to display the history interface. And then selecting the second season option of the X times world from the history interface to control the display device 200 to play the selected media items. Also for example, the user may control the display device 200 to display a collection interface by controlling the focus cursor movement, selecting "my" - "my collection" once in the user interface, and selecting any one of the media items in the collection interface to control the display device 200 to play the selected media item.
In some embodiments, for the display device 200 supporting the touch interaction operation, the user may also control the display device 200 to play the target media asset through the touch interaction operation. For example, the user may sequentially click on "my" - "history" - "×" world second season "options based on the control homepage through touch interaction, and may also cause the display device 200 to generate and transmit a play instruction to the server 400.
In some embodiments, for a display device 200 that supports voice interaction, the user may also control the display device 200 to play the target media asset item based on the intelligent voice system. For example, the user may input voice contents such as "i want to see x world second quarter", "play x world second quarter", etc. through the far-field microphone of the display apparatus 200 or a microphone built in the control device 100. The intelligent voice system converts the voice into text after receiving the voice content, and extracts the semantics through the natural language processing model, thereby generating a control instruction according to the semantics, controlling the display device 200 to play the target media item and sending a play instruction to the server 400.
It should be noted that the above interaction manner is only a few examples of numerous interaction manners, and is not limited to the specific playing instruction input process, and other input manners that can be suggested by those skilled in the art based on the above interaction manner, and other input manners adopted to adapt to the interaction strategies of different display devices 200, all fall within the scope of the present application.
After the user inputs the play instruction, the display device 200 may extract the asset identifier of the current play item in the local database in response to the play instruction input by the user. The media asset identifier is used for uniquely representing the media asset item and can be composed of information such as a media asset ID, a media asset name, a media asset file network address or a local storage address of the media asset item. During the use of the display device 200 by the user, the display device 200 will buffer the media item data related to the viewing process in the local database along with the viewing process of the media of the user. The cached media item data can comprise information such as media asset ID, media asset name, media asset file network address or local storage address. The media asset item data may be converted to form media asset identification for use in forming a user's history, collection, etc. And the media resource item data also supports application call such as a player in the subsequent playing process so as to meet the requirements of different applications.
Because the data such as the media asset identification and the like stored in the local database is generated according to the playing process of the user, and the playing process of the user can occur at different times, the media asset item data stored locally also originate from the playing process at different times. When the version of the media resource platform is switched, if the playing process corresponding to the media resource item data stored in the local database is performed before the switching, the media resource item data is old version data before the switching; if the corresponding playing process occurs after the switching, the media item data is the new version data after the switching. Thus, the asset identification includes an old version asset identification or a new version asset identification.
The old version of media asset identifier is an identifier of an old streaming media file, that is, the media asset identifier generated by the display device 200 based on media asset item data cached in the local database during the playing process of the user before the platform version is switched. Similarly, the new version of media asset identifier is an identifier of a new streaming media file, that is, the media asset identifier generated by the display device 200 based on the media asset item data cached in the local database during the playing process of the user after the platform version is switched. The new streaming media file is a streaming media file that replaces the old streaming media file in the server 400, and the new streaming media file and the old streaming media file provide the same media content.
After extracting the media asset identifier from the local database, the display device 200 may send a media asset request to the server 400 according to the extracted media asset identifier, so as to obtain a streaming media file corresponding to the current play item. When the asset identifier is a new version asset identifier, the display device 200 may send a first asset request including the new version asset identifier to the server 400 to receive and play a new streaming media file corresponding to the new version asset identifier.
For example, when the user selects the media asset a to play through the history collection interface, the display device 200 may extract the corresponding media asset identifier of the media asset a cached in the local database, and if the extracted media asset identifier is generated according to the media asset item data after the platform version is switched, that is, the new version of the media asset identifier, the display device 200 directly sends the first media asset request to the server 400 to request the new streaming media file to play according to the new version of the media asset identifier.
When the media asset identifier is an old version media asset identifier, a second media asset request containing the old version media asset identifier is sent to the server 400, and the mapping relation between the corresponding new version media asset identifier and the old version media asset identifier issued by the server 400 according to the old version media asset identifier is received. After the platform version is switched, the media resource server corresponding to the old platform is offline after a specific time, so that the old version of media resource identifier generated based on the old media resource item information cannot request media resource data on the new platform. Accordingly, when the media asset identifier extracted by the display apparatus 200 is an old version media asset identifier, a second media asset request may be transmitted to the server 400 based on the old version media asset identifier. The second asset request may request the server 400 to feed back a mapping relationship between the new asset identifier and the old asset identifier.
The mapping relation comprises new version of media resource item information with the mapping relation with the current media resource item, and the new version of media resource item information comprises media resource ID, media resource data link and the like of the new version of media resource item information capable of representing the new version of media resource item. The mapping relationship may be generated by the server 400 by comparing new and old versions of the media asset items when the media asset platform is switched or updated. Therefore, a mapping relationship table may be stored in the server 400, where the mapping relationship table may record a correspondence relationship between an old version of the media asset item before the media asset platform is switched or updated and a new version of the media asset item after the media asset platform is switched or updated. The display device 200 connected to the server 400 may request the server 400 to match the mapping relationship in the mapping relationship table by transmitting a media asset request.
For example, when the user selects the media asset B to play through the history collection interface, the display device 200 may extract the corresponding media asset identifier of the media asset B cached in the local database, and if the extracted media asset identifier is generated according to the media asset item data before the platform version is switched, that is, the old version of the media asset identifier, the display device 200 may send a second media asset request including the media asset B identifier to the server 400. After receiving the second media resource request, the server 400 may analyze the old version of media resource identifier from the second media resource request, and match the corresponding new version of media resource identifier, that is, media resource C, in the database according to the old version of media resource identifier, obtain the mapping relationship between media resource B and media resource C, and feed back the mapping relationship between media resource B and media resource C to the display device 200.
After the display device 200 obtains the mapping relationship, the display device 200 may obtain a new version of the media asset identifier corresponding to the old version of the media asset identifier in the mapping relationship, and update the local database according to the new version of the media asset identifier, so as to delete the old version of the media asset identifier in the local database. For example, after obtaining the mapping relationship between the media asset B and the media asset C, the display apparatus 200 may extract a new version of the media asset C corresponding to the old version of the media asset B in the mapping relationship. And the new version of the media resource C is used for replacing the old version of the media resource B cached in the local database, so that in the subsequent playing process, the new version of the media resource identifier corresponding to the new version of the media resource C can be directly extracted from the local database to request a new streaming media file corresponding to the new version of the media resource identifier.
In some embodiments, replacing the old version of the asset B cached in the local database with the new version of the asset C includes updating the old version of the asset parameter data in the local database with the new version of the asset C. Wherein, the media asset parameter data includes: at least one of a media asset identifier, a media asset poster, and a media asset name. In some embodiments, the parameters of the old version of media asset parameters such as the current play set number, play progress, collection mark and the like are not existed in the new version of media asset parameters, so that the parameters can be synchronized into the new version of media asset parameters, so that the users can be fully connected when using the new and old media assets.
In some embodiments, the display device 200 may further display, according to the received new version of the media asset identifier in the mapping relationship, a prompt message indicating whether to view the new media asset corresponding to the new version of the media asset identifier. The prompt message is used for prompting that the old version of the media resource platform corresponding to the media resource item currently played by the user is switched, the media resource item cached in the current local database may not be available, and prompting the channel where the new version of the media resource corresponding to the media resource item is located. Based on the prompt message corresponding to the new media asset, the user can control the display device 200 to play the corresponding new version media asset item by executing the interactive operation.
As shown in fig. 12, in order to implement the subsequent play process, in some embodiments, the display device 200 receives a first operation instruction input by a user for viewing a new media asset corresponding to the new version media asset identifier, and sends a third media asset request including the new version media asset identifier to the server 400 in response to the first operation instruction. And then receiving the new streaming media file corresponding to the new version of the media asset identifier issued by the server 400 in response to the third media asset request, thereby playing the received new streaming media file.
In the foregoing playing process, the first media asset request, the second media asset request, and the third media asset request are media asset requests sent by the display device 200 to the server 400 according to the media asset identifier extracted in the local database. Because in practical applications, the media platform switching message may not be timely notified to each display device 200, the display device 200 cannot determine whether the media identifier extracted in the local database is a new version of media identifier or an old version of media identifier. In this regard, the first, second, and third media asset requests sent by the display device 200 to the server 400 may take the same form, i.e., the media asset request includes the media asset identifier extracted from the local database. After sending the media resource request to the server 400, the server 400 determines which of the first, second and third media resource requests the media resource request is based on the mapping relationship between the new and old media resource identifiers pre-stored at the server 400 side and whether the media resource identifier included in the media resource request is a new version or an old version of media resource identifier, so as to feed back different contents to the display device 200.
In some embodiments, the alert message may be presented through a transfer interface that includes a media asset jump control and a channel page jump control for selection by the user. That is, the server 400 may feed back the mapping relation data to the display device 200 according to the request of the display device 200, and then display the relay interface according to the mapping relation data. As shown in fig. 13, the relay interface may be used to prompt the user about the media asset migration of the current play item, so that the relay interface may further include prompt content. For example, the alert text "the content has migrated to the juvenile channel and subsequently please watch in the juvenile channel" is included. And the transfer interface comprises a jump option for jumping to the first type interface and a play option for continuing to play the current play item. Likewise, the skip option and play option may include specific reminder content. For example, the skip option may include the prompt text "open a juvenile channel for casual review"; the play option may include the prompt text "good, continue watching the piece".
Therefore, as shown in fig. 14, after receiving the mapping relationship between the new version of the media asset identifier and the old version of the media asset identifier, the display device 200 may display the transfer interface, and in the process of receiving the first operation instruction for viewing the new media asset corresponding to the new version of the media asset identifier, which is input by the user, receive the first operation instruction input by the user based on the media asset skip control, and request the new streaming media file according to the above embodiment; or receiving a second operation instruction input by the user based on the channel page jump control; and responding to the second operation instruction, displaying a target channel interface, wherein the target channel interface comprises a label page of a target channel, and the target channel is a channel corresponding to the new streaming media file.
For example, when the user selects to play "media asset a" through the history interface, the display device 200 renders and displays the transfer interface by querying the mapping relationship data corresponding to "media asset a". After the user displays the transfer interface on the display device 200, according to the transfer interface selecting the option of "open juvenile channel for watching at will", the display device 200 may control the user interface to jump, i.e. jump at least the juvenile channel from the history interface, in response to the selected instruction. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the user to continue playing the current media item, the display device 200 may automatically position the display position of the interface to the position corresponding to the media item a (or the new version media item a) after skipping at least the channel interface.
If the selection instruction selects the play option, that is, the user selects the media asset jump control in the transfer interface, the display device 200 may perform the step of sending a third media asset request including the new version of media asset identifier to the server 400 according to the manner provided in the foregoing embodiment, so as to obtain, according to the mapping media asset information, a streaming media file corresponding to the new version of media asset item, so as to play the streaming media file.
It should be noted that, in order to give consideration to both the effect of prompting the user and the user experience that the user does not perceive the migration process, the display device 200 may restrict the display timing of the transfer interface. For example, the display device 200 may display a relay interface when the user selects to play a corresponding media item during a period of time adjacent to a media platform switch or update. The display device 200 may also display the transfer interface each time the corresponding media item is turned on or played for the first time every week. By setting the display time of the transfer interface, the frequency of the display device 200 jumping the transfer interface can be reduced, and the transfer interface is prevented from excessively interfering with the media resource playing process of the user.
After obtaining the new streaming media file corresponding to the new version of media asset identifier, the display device 200 may perform a playing process for the new streaming media file. Because the media resource item data cached in the local database is generally used for forming recording interfaces such as a history record, a collection record and the like, when a new streaming media file is played, the playing time of the media resource item can be adjusted according to the playing progress in the history record or the collection record. That is, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may query the local database for history information after sending the media asset request to the server 400. The history information may include a current play episode of the to-be-played item and a play progress corresponding to the current play episode.
Obviously, when the media asset identifier extracted from the local database is a new version of media asset identifier, the history record information is the playing progress corresponding to the new streaming media file, and at this time, the display device 200 may directly play the new streaming media file by using the playing progress. When the media asset identifier extracted from the local data is an old version media asset identifier, the history record information is the playing progress corresponding to the old streaming media file. In the playing process, the display device 200 may play the new streaming media file according to the playing progress corresponding to the old version of media asset identifier, so as to achieve the same media asset playing effect as the new streaming media file.
In some embodiments, the display device 200 may also display a media asset detail interface before playing the new version of the media asset item. In the media asset detail interface, the related content of the currently played media asset item, such as the media asset name, duration, media asset type, media asset author, media asset introduction, episode, etc., can be displayed. The media asset detail interface may be displayed when a user selects a media asset item to be played and sends a media asset request to the server 400.
The content presented in the media asset detail interface can be generated by reading the file content stored in the local database, or can be generated by requesting data from the server 400 according to the selected media asset item information after the user selects the media asset item to be played. Therefore, for the media items where migration occurs, the media detail interfaces that are finally presented by the two generation modes are partially different. That is, the media asset detail interface generated according to the file content stored in the local database is the content corresponding to the old version of media asset item, and the media asset detail interface generated according to the server 400 request data is the content corresponding to the new version of media asset item.
Because the media asset detail interface corresponding to a part of the media asset items can contain a plurality of episodes, and when the number of the episodes is more, the episodes need to be displayed in a paging mode in the media asset detail interface, the display device 200 can adjust the paging display state in the media asset detail interface according to the mapped media asset information and the history record information. I.e. the history information obtained in the local database can also be used for rendering the media asset detail interface. That is, when playing the received new streaming media file, the display device 200 may extract the total episode in the received streaming media file; then according to the current play episode and the total episode, determining the paging information of the total episode corresponding to the current play episode; and rendering the media asset detail interface according to the paging information.
For example, 10 episodes can be displayed on each page in the media detail interface, and when the total number of episodes of media items named "media a" exceeds 10, the episodes need to be displayed through multiple pages. And the display pages of the media detail interface are different in different history records. Namely, when the current play episode is the 1 st to 10 th episode, the first page of the paging episode can be displayed, and when the current play episode is the 11 th to 20 th episode, the second page of the paging episode can be displayed.
Because the history information is generated according to the previous playing process of the user, for the media items which are not played by some users, the history information is not stored in the local database. At this time, in order to correctly display the media asset detail interface, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may determine whether the history information corresponding to the current play item is queried after the step of querying the history information in the local database, and if the history information is queried in the local database, may perform the step of extracting the current play episode in the history information to obtain the current play episode according to the history information, and set paging information in combination with the total episode number in the mapped media asset information. If the history information is not queried in the local database, initializing the paging information, namely displaying the paging scenario of the first page in the media detail interface by default.
For example, when the user selects to play "media asset a", the display device 200 may query the local database for history information and request mapping media asset data from the server 400 in the manner provided in the above-described embodiments. If the history information is queried and the current play scenario recorded therein is the 12 th scenario, the display device 200 may query the total scenario number, i.e. the total scenario number is 20 scenarios, in the mapping medium information. Therefore, the paging information can be set according to the current play episode and the total episode number, and the paging episodes of the second page are displayed in the media detail interface, that is, as shown in fig. 15, the options of the 11 th to 20 th episodes are displayed in the media detail interface. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the user to continue playing, the focus cursor can be set on the options corresponding to the 12 th set by default.
If the history record corresponding to the media resource A is not queried in the local database, namely the user does not play the media resource A, the paging information is set to be an initial value of 0. At this time, the display device 200 may display the first page of the paging episode in the media detail interface according to the default paging episode display manner, that is, display the 1 st to 10 th items in the media detail interface.
For a part of the media items, the corresponding total episode number may change after the media platform is switched or updated, so in order to be able to play a new version of the media item according to the history information, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may compare the currently played episode with the total episode after the step of extracting the total episode in the mapping media information; if the current play episode is smaller than or equal to the total episode, extracting the play progress of the current play episode to play the streaming media file according to the play progress in the detail interface; if the current play episode is greater than the total episode, media asset data is played starting from the first episode in the total episode.
For example, when the current play scenario of the "media asset a" is the 19 th set and the total scenario number of the "media asset a" corresponding to the "media asset a" mapping media asset item is reduced to 18 sets according to the history information, the display device 200 cannot play the "media asset a" from the 19 th set because the current play scenario is larger than the total scenario number, and at this time, as shown in fig. 16, the display device 200 may start playing the "media asset a" from the default scenario, i.e., the 1 st set.
Because the information related to the media assets is changed after the version of the media asset platform is switched, for example, the media asset ID, the media asset channel attribute, the media asset cover and the like. These changed data may be compatible with the switched media asset platform data storage rules and may be used to render the media asset detail interface. In the process of updating the local database, the display device 200 may update content related to the media asset item in addition to updating the old version of the media asset identifier.
That is, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may receive new version of the media asset information issued by the server 400 according to the old version of the media asset identifier in the process of updating the local database according to the new version of the media asset identifier, where the new version of the media asset information includes the new version of the media asset ID, the new version of the media asset channel attribute, and the new version of the media asset cover data. And deleting the old version of media information stored in the local database, so as to store the new version of media information into the local database. Similarly, the old version of media information comprises an old version of media information ID, an old version of media information channel attribute and old version of media information cover data.
After replacing the old version of the media asset information in the local database with the new version of the media asset information, the display device 200 may also re-render the history collection interface based on the new version of the media asset information. That is, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may extract new version of the media asset information in the local database in response to the display instruction after obtaining the display instruction for displaying the history collection interface input by the user; generating media asset item options by using the new edition media asset ID and the new edition media asset cover data; and adding media resource item options to a target channel label page in the history collection interface according to the new edition of media resource channel attributes. The target channel is a channel to which the current new version of media resource items provided in the new version of media resource channel attribute belong.
For example, for "media A", as shown in FIG. 17, it is assigned to a "movie" channel before the media platform version is switched, and is assigned to a "juvenile" channel after the media platform version is switched. When the user obtains a new version of the media item "media a" having the same content as "media a", the display device 200 may acquire new version of the media information corresponding to the new version of the media item "media a" from the server 400, including the media ID, the cover, etc. of "media a". And generating media item options according to the new edition media item ID and the new edition media item cover data, and adding the generated media item options into the label pages corresponding to the 'juvenile' channels, as shown in figure 18.
In the media resource detail interface, the collection state of the current media resource item can be displayed, namely, the media resource detail interface can also comprise collection options, and the user can collect or cancel the collection of the media resource item through the options. When a media item is collected, the user may choose to play the media item via the My Collection interface in display device 200. To present a better user experience, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may adjust the display content according to the collection status of the old version of the media asset item when displaying the media asset detail interface of the new version of the media asset item, so that the new version of the media asset item may inherit the collection operation status of the old version of the media asset item.
Therefore, after the step of querying the history information of the current play item and mapping the media asset information, the display device 200 may render a media asset detail interface according to the mapping relationship, where the media asset detail interface includes a collection option. The collection operation records can be queried in a local database or from the account management system of the server 400 while the media asset detail interface is apparent, and the collection options are set to the same state as the collection operation records.
For example, after the mapping media information corresponding to the media information a is obtained, the media information detail interface can be rendered based on the mapping media information, that is, the detail interface of the new version of the media information a is rendered. While rendering the media asset detail interface, the display device 200 also queries the account management system of the local database or the server 400 for the collection operation record of "media asset a", that is, the user has collected "media asset a", so that the state of the collection options in the media asset detail interface is set according to the queried collection operation record, that is, as shown in fig. 19, the state of the collection options is also set to "collected".
Since the collection operation record is used not only for marking the collection option display state in the media asset detail interface, but also for other shortcut operations, such as displaying media asset items that have been collected by the user in the collection interface. Therefore, after the collection operation record is obtained by the query, the display device 200 may set the collection operation record of the new version of media asset item according to the collection operation record obtained by the query, that is, the display device 200 may delete the collection operation record of the current play item in the local database, and then set the new collection operation record based on the mapping media asset information and the state of the collection option.
For example, when the collection operation record of the old version of the media item "media a" is "collected", the display device 200 may set the state of the collection option to "collected" in the media detail interface of the new version of the media item "media a". And deleting the collection operation record of the media resource A in the local database, and generating the collection operation record of the media resource A with the state of being collected. After the setting, the display device 200 can use the media resource a item to replace the media resource a item when displaying the my collection interface, so that a new version of media resource item can be directly played in the subsequent playing process.
In the above embodiment, the information such as the play scenario, the play progress, and the collection status may be collectively referred to as status information. After the media asset platform is switched, the display device 200 may also update the status information. For the display device 200, the update operation may be triggered by different conditions, that is, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may receive the state information issued by the server during the step of updating the local database according to the new version of the media asset identifier, or when acquiring the collection instruction input by the user for triggering the historical collection behavior. And updating the play episode, the play progress and the collection state of the current play item stored in the local database by using the state information.
To trigger the update operation, the display apparatus 200 may request the server 400 to issue status information while playing the media item. The server 400 may be requested to issue status information when the user inputs a collection instruction for triggering the history collection behavior. In addition to the manner in which the update operation is triggered as described above, the display device 200 may also employ a timed trigger update. For example, the display device 200 may be idle for a preset network time, such as 0:00-3: the 00 time period actively transmits an update operation request to the server 400, wherein the update operation request comprises information related to the media items stored in the current local database. The server 400 then feeds back status information to the display device 200 according to the update operation request. The display device 200 may also trigger an update with an account login/logout operation. For example, after the user boots up, when logging in the account information for the first time, the display device 200 may send an update operation request to the server 400 to obtain the status information fed back by the server 400.
Since the state information is replaced with the state information corresponding to the new version of the media item after the update operation, and the state information stored in the local database and the state information stored in the server 400 are identical, the display device 200 performs the update operation only for the unsynchronized media item in the local database in order to reduce the data transmission amount. And the display device 200 may also set a data synchronization status tag for data stored in the local database in order to distinguish whether the media asset items have been synchronously updated. Wherein the data synchronization state includes a synchronized state or an unsynchronized state. And the display apparatus 200 may set the data synchronization status of the current play item to the synchronized status after updating the play episode, the play progress, and the collection status of the current play item stored in the local database using the status information issued by the server 400.
Based on this, when the update condition of the specific media items is not specified, such as timing trigger or account login/exit operation trigger, the display device 200 may first traverse the data synchronization state corresponding to each media item in the local database, so as to screen the media items in the unsynchronized state. And generating an update operation request according to the related data of the media items in the unsynchronized state and sending the update operation request to the server 400 so as to obtain corresponding state information.
That is, in some embodiments, the display device 200 may traverse the data synchronization status of the asset items in the local database at preset synchronization times, thereby extracting the unsynchronized items in the local database, the unsynchronized items being asset items whose data synchronization status is unsynchronized. And then sends a synchronization request to the server 400 to obtain status information of the unsynchronized items. After obtaining the status information, the display device 200 updates the play episode, the play progress, and the collection status of the unsynchronized items stored in the local database using the status information; and simultaneously setting the data synchronization state of the unsynchronized items to the synchronized state.
In order to facilitate the subsequent playing, after playing the media asset data corresponding to the mapped media asset according to the manner provided in the foregoing embodiment, the display device 200 may further use the new version of media asset item to replace the old version of media asset item in the history information, so that the user directly selects and plays the new version of media asset item in the history interface in the subsequent playing process, to realize the migration of the corresponding media asset item. That is, as shown in fig. 20, the display device 200 may acquire a stop instruction for ending the play input by the user after the step of playing the media asset data according to the history information. The stop command generally refers to any control command capable of stopping the media playing process.
For example, when the user display device 200 displays the playing interface, the playing process corresponding to the current playing interface is terminated by controlling to exit from the playing interface through the "back key" and the "home key" on the control device 100. The stop instruction may also be an interactive operation to directly turn off the display device 200 when the user display device 200 displays a play interface. The stop instruction may also be automatically input when the display device 200 stops playing due to other factors. For example, when the display device 200 plays a certain media item online, and abnormal conditions such as network interruption, signal loss, power failure occur, the current media playing process will be terminated, which is equivalent to inputting a stop command.
After receiving the stop instruction, the display apparatus 200 may acquire a play progress of the media asset data in response to the stop instruction, and update the history information using the play progress and the map media asset information. For example, for the media playing process triggered by the old version of media item "media a", the display device 200 plays the new version of media item "media a" according to the manner provided in the above embodiment, and when the user presses the "shutdown key" on the control device 100 at the moment of playing "media a" to "05:20", the display device 200 receives the stop instruction input by the user.
At this time, the display device 200 may automatically record the current playing progress, i.e. the moment 05:20. And generating new historical record information according to the playing progress, namely, the historical record information of the media asset a which is played to 05:20. Finally, the display device 200 may use the history information to replace the history information of "media A" in the local database. Based on this, when the user controls the display device 200 to display the history interface again, it is possible to display "the media asset a" is already broadcast to 05:20 "in the history interface, and no longer display the history of the media asset a", so that in the subsequent playing process, the media asset data can be directly requested from the server 400 according to the media asset ID of the media asset a ".
Because a plurality of media items can be displayed in part of the user interface at the same time, the media items can respectively query the server 400 for the media mapping relationship along with the playing process of the user, and can be updated into new version media items after playing. Therefore, the situation that part of the media resource items in the user interface are old-version media resource items and part of the media resource items are new-version media resource items can occur. At this time, if the type of the playing interface is simply passed, the version state of the media resource item cannot be accurately judged, so that the problem that part of the media resource item is still unavailable is caused.
To alleviate the above-described problem, in some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 may further determine whether the media item is migrated based on the media item detail information corresponding to the media item. That is, the display apparatus 200 may request the media asset detail information of the current play item from the server 400 and read the migration identification in the media asset detail information. Wherein, the migration identifier is identification information set by the server 400 for each media asset item according to a preset migration data structure. For example, the server 400 may additionally add a "mam_play_media_references_index" index and a media attribute to the media item for marking the migration relationship of the media item between the original media platform and the new media platform.
The data structure form of the migration identifier can be in the form of "string," media_id +, "media_id" +content_type ", wherein" media_id "represents the media ID, namely long, the media primary key; "id", "content_type", integer, means the type of media asset, i.e., integer=1001 of video type, and integer=2001 of educational video. Based on the above data structure, media migration information content, that is, two-segment data structures of "play_media_to" and "play_media_from" may be further added, for example, "play_media_to: 46170 2001 "represents the post-replacement asset a," replace media from:11017041395 1001 "represents pre-replacement asset a.
Based on the above information, the server 400 may add the migration identifier of the following migration data structure when judging that the media asset migration is required, which includes: "replayToInfo" data segment, "sceneCode" show, migration media scene "," product code "show, migration media asset identification", "typeCode" show, migration media type "," id "show, migration media id" and so on. For example: when the result of the 'resultCode' operation is determined to be integral=3 and is used for identifying that the media migration action occurs, the 'displaToInfo: sceneCode: license evendo', 'product Code: 21', 'typeCode: 1001', 'id: 11017041395' is added in the 'tileDetail' data segment to identify the migrated media a.
By reading the migration identifier, if the migration identifier is included in the media asset detail information, the display apparatus 200 may perform the step of querying the history information of the current play item and mapping the media asset information to determine a new version of the media asset item in the manner provided in the above embodiment, and play the media asset data corresponding to the new version of the media asset item according to the history information.
If the migration identifier is not included in the media asset detail information, that is, the currently played media asset item is not affected by the switching or updating process of the media asset platform, the display device 200 may query the history information of the currently played item and request media asset data from the server 400 according to the media asset ID of the currently played item.
