With the development of internet technology, the display device 200 can display Web pages. A Web page may contain a variety of and a plurality of page elements (also referred to as items), such as text, images, controls, links, etc. The user can send out an instruction by operating a moving key on the remote controller to enable the selector to move among different items in the web page, can send out an instruction by operating a confirmation key on the remote controller to switch to the page associated with the item selected by the current selector, and can also send out an instruction by operating a return key on the remote controller to switch back to the page displayed before.
Taking the switching between the first page and the second page as an example, if the current selector selects the first item in the first page, at this time, the user operates the confirm key of the remote controller to cause the display to display the page associated with the first item, but finds that the page is not the page desired to be accessed, the user returns to the first page by operating the return key of the remote controller, at this time, the selector selects the second item (for example, the item located at the starting position of the page) in the first page according to the default position, and the user needs to move the selector to the target item in the first page by the moving key of the remote controller, so that the operation is cumbersome, and the experience is poor. Generally, the target item is closer to the first item selected previously, and if the position of the selector can be displayed on the first item after the first page is returned, the subsequent operation of the user can be facilitated.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present application, by using a principle of modifying a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) parameter without refresh, in a moving process of a selector, identification information of an item selected by the selector is added to the URL as selector position information in real time and stored in a page browsing record, so that when a page is returned, the selector can be displayed on the returned page according to the recorded selector position information, and further user experience is improved.
For the sake of clarity in describing the implementation principle of the embodiments of the present application, technical terms referred to in the embodiments of the present application will be described below.
(1)URL
A URL describes the address of a resource on the world wide web in an abstract form of a string. One URL uniquely identifies one Web resource, and the resource can be obtained through the URL corresponding to the resource. The URL format is generally: protocol type: // server address [: port number ]/path/[ file name ] [? Parameter is value ]. Wherein, the contents in [ ] can be omitted. Port number is the same as the protocol type default port, port number may be omitted, otherwise it cannot be omitted, "? "is the connection effect, by"? "add parameter, Protocol type includes HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP), email Protocol (SimpleMail Transfer Protocol, MAILTO), local File Transfer Protocol (File Protocol, File), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), etc.
For example, the format of a URL for accessing a resource on the world wide web using the HTTP protocol is: http:// web. com/goods/search. php? Com server address, search, php is a script file at the server end, and then the script file is followed by the parameter term needed by script execution, and the applet is the parameter value of the corresponding term input by the user.
(2) DOM structure
The Document Object Model (DOM) is a browser, platform, language independent interface that can access other standard components of a page. All things in the DOM are nodes, such as the entire document being a document node, each page element being an element node, the text within an element being a text node. All nodes form a node tree, one node corresponds to one item in the page, the position information of the node in the node tree corresponds to the position information of the item in the page, and the position information of the item in the page can be identified by an item ID. The identifiers of the items in the page may also be equal to the identifiers of the corresponding nodes in the DOM structure, or the items in the page are identified by the corresponding node identifiers. Nodes may be created and deleted.
(3) Page stack
The page stack is used for managing pages browsed by a user, is a linear table with a closed stack bottom and an open stack top, and executes insertion and deletion operations from the stack top. The page stack stores data according to a principle of first-in and second-out, the first-in data is pressed to the bottom of the stack, the last data is on the top of the stack, the data is read from the top of the stack when the data needs to be read, and the first-in data is read finally. In the embodiment of the application, a user clicks a control key of a remote controller to control the stack-in and stack-out operations of the URL of the page. For example, when a user selects a first item of a first page, a user clicks a confirmation key of a remote controller to access a second page associated with the item, and a URL of the second page is pushed; the user clicks a return key of the remote controller, and the URL of the second page is popped; and if the user presses a confirmation key when the selector selects a second item associated with the first page in the second page, the URL of the first page is pushed again.
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiments of the present application are applicable to a switching process between pages, and a page display process provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described below with a scenario in which a first page is switched to a second page, and then the first page is returned from the second page as an example.
A schematic flow diagram for displaying a page by the display device 200 according to an embodiment is illustrated in fig. 5.
In execution 510, the display device 200 receives a request to access a first page, where the request includes a URL of the first page; the browser in the display device 200 may store the URL of the first page in a page browsing record of the browser, and obtain data of the first page according to the URL, so that the display renders and displays the first page according to the data of the first page.
If the data of the first page is cached locally in the display device 200, the data of the first page may be obtained locally, otherwise, the display device 200 obtains the data of the first page from a server on the network side according to the URL.
In the execution of 520, the display apparatus 200 receives a movement key instruction transmitted by a user through a remote controller, and moves the selector in the first page according to the received movement key instruction. For example, if the user presses the up move key of the remote controller, the selector selects the item at the position above the current item in the first page, and if the user presses the down move key of the remote controller, the selector selects the item at the position below the current item in the first page. When the selector moves to an item, the item is selected by the selector, and the selected item is highlighted compared to the unselected item, for example, the background color of the selected item changes, the border of the selected item becomes thicker, or the icon of the selected item becomes larger.
And in the process that the selector is moved, the browser acquires the identification information of the item selected by the selector through a callback function, records the item identification information as the current position information of the selector into a page browsing record, and associates the item identification information with the URL of the first page.
Based on the selector being moved event, the browser may initiate detection of the position of the selector in the first page displayed in the screen, storing the current position information of the selector in the page view record. The current location information of the selector is characterized by identification information (such as an ID number) of the item selected by the selector, and is associated with the URL of the first page. Specifically, according to the principle that parameters of a URL can be modified without being updated, can be passed? "add identification information of the item as a parameter to the URL of the first page.
For example, after the selector is moved, the identification information of the item selected by the selector is obtained, the identification information of the item selected by the selector is added to the URL of the first page as the position information of the selector, and the URL of the first page after the addition is identified as http:// www.jht.com/a? focus ═ nodeID. The http:// www.jht.com/a represents the URL of the first page, and the focus ═ nodeID represents that the selector selects the item whose identification information is nodeID.
In 520, if the selector position information associated with the first page does not exist in the page view record, the identifier information of the first item currently selected by the selector is stored in the page view record as the current position information of the selector, and is associated with the URL of the first page. And if the selector position information associated with the first page already exists in the page browsing record, replacing the already existing selector position information associated with the first page by using the identification information of the first item currently selected by the selector as the current position information of the selector. And updating the position information of the selector associated with the first page in the page browsing record once every time the selector moves once, so that the position information of the selector associated with the first page in the page browsing record is the identification information of the item selected by the current selector and is unique, and the position of the selector can be accurately fallen back when the page returns.
In the step 520, after the selector is moved, the selector currently selects a first item of the first page, the URL of the first page stored in the page browsing record of the browser is associated with the identification information of the first item, and the identification information of the first item represents the current position information of the selector.
In the 530 implementation, when the selector selects the first item of the first page, a confirmation key instruction sent by clicking an "OK" key of the remote controller by a user is received, the browser acquires the URL of the second page associated with the first item and stores the URL in the page browsing record of the browser, and the data of the second page is acquired according to the URL of the second page, so that the display displays the second page. Wherein the first item is associated with the second page.
Furthermore, the selector can be moved in the second page, and the browser updates the page browsing record according to the identification information of the item selected by the selector in the second page.
In 540 execution, the display device 200 receives an instruction sent by a user by clicking a return key of the remote controller to return to the first page from the second page, the browser reads the page browsing record according to the instruction, obtains the URL of the first page in the page browsing record and the selector position information associated with the URL of the first page, displays the first page according to the obtained URL of the first page, and enables the selector to be located on the first item in the first page according to the read selector position information associated with the URL of the first page. Therefore, after the second page is returned to the first page, the selector selects the first item associated with the second page in the first page, and user experience is improved.
In 540 implementations of other embodiments, if the second page displayed on display 530 contains an item to return to the previous page (e.g., a "return" item). The user can also operate the moving key of the remote controller to move the selector among different items of the second page, so that the selector selects the 'return' item in the second page, then the confirmation key of the remote controller is pressed to send an instruction for returning to the first page from the second page, and the browser updates the page browsing record according to the instruction, so that the display displays the first page and the selector selects the second item of the first page.
In some embodiments, the page view record may be stored in a page stack.
The following describes an update process of position information of a selector associated with a first page with specific examples in conjunction with fig. 6a to 6c and fig. 7a to 7 c.
A user sends a first request for accessing a first page to a browser through a remote controller, the browser receives the first request, acquires data of the first page according to a URL carried by the first request, and sends the acquired data to a display so that the display renders and displays the first page, where a first page 201 displayed by the display is as shown in fig. 6 a. The selector selects the "live" item 10 in the first page 201 according to the preset position information of the selector. The browser adds the URL of the first page at the top of the page stack:
http://www.jht.com/a
the structure of the current page stack is shown in figure 7 a.
The user presses the "right" move key of the remote control and the position of the selector is moved to the right to the "art" item 20 in the first page 201, as shown in fig. 6 b. The browser obtains the identification of the "art in synthesis" item 20 (this identification is the same as the ID of the corresponding node in the DOM structure, and this ID is equal to 2 as an example here), and updates the URL of the first page at the top of the stack in the current page stack, where the updated URL is:
http://www.jht.com/a?focus=2
where focus ═ 2 indicates that the selector position is on an item with ID equal to 2, the structure of the current page stack is as shown in fig. 7 b.
When the selector selects the "art" item 20 in the first page 201, the user presses the "OK" key of the remote control to retrieve the data of the second page according to the URL of the second page 202, so that the display displays the second page 202, as shown in fig. 6 c. The browser adds the URL of the second page 202 associated with the "art-integrated" item 20 to the top of the page stack, i.e. adds the following record at the top of the stack:
http://www.jht.com/b
the structure of the current page stack is shown in figure 7 c.
After the display displays the second page 202, the user presses the return key of the remote controller to send an instruction to return from the second page to the first page, and according to the characteristics of the page stack going in and out, the URL of the second page at the top of the page stack is deleted, and the structure of the page stack is as shown in fig. 7 b. The browser reads the following records from the top of the current page stack:
http://www.jht.com/a?focus=2
and acquiring data of the corresponding page according to the URL in the record, enabling the display to display the first page, and enabling the corresponding item in the first page to be selected by the selector according to the selector position information (focus ═ 2) in the record, as shown in fig. 6 b. It can be seen that the display device currently displays the previous page (first page) of the second page and drops the selector into the position in which it was after the user last moved the selector in the page.
In another embodiment, the first page is set as a default item selected by the selector, the user presses an "OK" key of the remote controller to send a confirmation instruction, the display displays a second page associated with the default item, the URL of the first page is stored at the top of the stack of pages of the browser, after the user presses a "return" key of the remote controller to send an instruction to return from the second page to the first page, the display displays the first page, and the selector selects the default item of the first page.
In an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a display device to perform the method in the above-described embodiment.
