Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The method is different from the existing method for writing the account information of the sending end and the account information of the receiving end simultaneously, the mail information comprises at least one mail information pair to be sent, and each mail information pair to be sent has corresponding sending time.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, in a possible embodiment, the bulk sending method of mails based on a mobile terminal specifically includes:
step 101, loading mail configuration information;
102, analyzing the loaded mail configuration information, and determining at least one to-be-sent mail information pair and a target execution time of each to-be-sent mail information pair, wherein each to-be-sent mail information pair comprises a sending end information set and a receiving end information set, the sending end information set comprises a sending end mailbox account and mail contents, and the receiving end information set comprises a plurality of receiving end mailbox accounts;
the mobile-terminal-based bulk sending method for the mails can achieve the technical effect that a plurality of sender mailbox accounts respectively send the mails to a plurality of receiver mailbox accounts through configuration. Based on the above, the loaded mail configuration information is firstly analyzed to obtain the mail information pair to be sent and the target execution time.
The mail configuration information can be edited according to actual requirements. Each mail information pair to be sent comprises a pair of information: a sending end information set and a receiving end information set. And the target execution time corresponds to the information pair of the mail to be sent, so that the mail can be sent to the receiving mailbox account in the receiving end information set by the sending mailbox account in the sending end information set at the target execution time.
And 103, when the target execution time is reached, configuring and sending the target mail according to the sender mailbox account, the mail content and the receiver mailbox account in the to-be-sent mail information pair.
In this embodiment, a sender mail account and mail content are extracted from a sender information set of a to-be-sent mail information pair, and a receiver mailbox account is extracted from a receiver information set of the to-be-sent mail information pair. And then generating a target mail according to the extracted sender mail account, mail content and receiver mailbox account, and sending the target mail to the sender mail account to the receiver mailbox account.
According to the embodiment, through the design of the mail information pair to be sent, the mailbox configuration information can comprise a plurality of groups of sending end information sets and corresponding receiving end information sets, namely, the automatic sending of the mails with different sending end mailbox accounts and different mail contents can be realized through one-time configuration, and independent configuration for each sending end mailbox account is not needed. In addition, because the sending end set can comprise a plurality of receiving end mailbox accounts, batch sending of mails can be realized.
Example two
In one possible embodiment, the target execution time includes a mail designated sending time or a mail sending time rule, wherein the mail sending time rule includes a preset mail sending interval;
when the target execution time is reached, before configuring and sending the target mail according to the sender mailbox account, the mail content and the receiver mailbox account in the to-be-sent mail information pair, the method further comprises the following steps:
step 201, marking the mail information pair to be sent and the corresponding target execution time so as to enable the mail information pair to be sent and the target execution time to carry matched execution identifiers;
in this embodiment, each pair of mail information to be sent corresponds to one or more target execution times, and based on this, the pair of mail information to be sent and the corresponding target execution time are marked, so that the pair of mail information to be sent and the target execution time corresponding to an execution identifier can be found according to the execution identifier.
Step 202, writing the designated sending time or the mail sending time rule into a timer, so that the timer generates a target mail sending signal when reaching the designated sending time or reaching the mail sending time indicated by the mail sending time rule, wherein the target mail sending signal carries a target execution identifier;
in this embodiment, the time at which the mail is desired to be sent may be defined according to the specified sending time or the mail sending time rule, the recording of the time may be realized by a timer to generate the target mail sending information at the desired target execution time, and the execution flag corresponding to this target execution time may be added as the target execution flag to the target mail sending signal. Because the target mail sending information carries the target execution identifier, a mail information pair to be sent can be determined according to the target execution identifier, and the mail information to be sent corresponds to the target execution time.
Further, the mail sending time rule may include a first sending time and a cycle period, and a plurality of regular mail sending times may be determined according to the first sending time and the cycle period, thereby implementing cycle timing sending of the mail.
Correspondingly, when the target execution time is reached, configuring and sending the target mail according to a sender mailbox account, mail content and a receiver mailbox account in the to-be-sent mail information pair, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step 203, responding to the target mail sending signal, determining a matched to-be-sent mail information pair according to the target execution identifier carried by the target mail sending signal, and configuring and sending the target mail according to a sender mailbox account, mail content and a receiver mailbox account in the matched to-be-sent mail information pair.
In this embodiment, each to-be-sent mail information pair is searched, and if the execution identifier carried by a certain to-be-sent mail information pair is the same as the target execution identifier, it is determined that the to-be-sent mail information pair matches the target execution identifier.
And sending the mail according to the mail information to be sent at the target execution time. Specifically, a target mail is configured and sent, wherein a sender mailbox account, mail content and a receiver mailbox account of the target mail are determined according to the mail information to be sent.
The embodiment associates the to-be-sent mail information pair with the corresponding execution time by using the execution identifier, so as to conveniently find the to-be-sent mail information corresponding to the target execution time. And then the mail is sent according to the content in the mail information to be sent, thereby realizing the regular sending of the mail. In addition, the target execution time of the embodiment can be a fixed sending time and can also be determined according to the mail sending time, so that the timing function is more flexible.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the execution time is first determined according to an execution rule, which may include a specified sending time or mail sending time rule, wherein for the mail sending time rule, loop execution may be set using a loop parameter, for example, once per week or once per month.
And then determining one or more receiver mailbox accounts corresponding to the sender mailbox account, namely the batch receiver numbers, wherein the mails can be automatically sent to the one or more receiver mailbox accounts through the sender mailbox account. Different sending mailbox account numbers can correspond to different receiving party mailbox account numbers, so that the risk of number sealing can be reduced, a receiving party can know who sends the mails very intuitively, and the mails cannot be regarded as junk mails.
And in the step of starting the alarm clock, calculating time by using a timer, and automatically executing mail sending operation when the target execution time is reached. According to the number of mailbox accounts of the receiving party, single mails or batch mails can be sent.
In addition, it is also possible to set automatic transmission operation of mail to be performed periodically by using a polling mechanism. Automatic sending mail weekly or monthly may be set, and other sending time intervals may be set.
EXAMPLE III

step 401, if the mail content does not include signature information, acquiring a local preset signature as target signature information;
step 402, if the mail content includes signature information, the signature information is used as target signature information;
in this embodiment, the target mail is configured according to the content in the information pair to be sent. Specifically, for the signature information of the mail, if the mail content already includes the signature information, the signature information is written into the target mail as the target signature information; if the mail content does not include the signature information, the local preset signature is acquired as the target signature information, so that the situation that the receiver cannot know the identity of the sender due to the fact that the sent mail does not have the signature is avoided.
And step 403, filling the target signature information, the header information and the text information in the mail content into a preset mail template to obtain the target mail.
In the embodiment, the target signature information, the header information and the text information are respectively filled into the corresponding positions in the preset mail template to obtain the complete target mail.
Further, information such as a name (a person name) in the mail information to be sent can be filled into the preset mail template. The information contained in the mail information pair to be sent is as follows:
Figure BDA0003428450380000091
Figure BDA0003428450380000101
according to the embodiment, the preset mail template is automatically filled by using the mail content in the mail information pair to be sent to obtain the target mail, so that a user can ensure the integrity of the mail information without manually filling the mail.
EXAMPLE five
In a possible embodiment, before parsing the configuration information, the method further includes:
step 501, receiving mail configuration information sent by a management background; or
Step 502, receiving input information, and determining mail configuration information according to the input information.
In the embodiment, a user can edit the mail configuration information in the management background of the computer end and send the mail configuration information to the mobile end by one key; or directly inputting information at the mobile terminal and automatically generating mail configuration information according to the input information. The mail configuration information is in an xml format or a json format.

The mail configuration information may be obtained from a server where the management background is located, or may be a local xml file or json file locally generated at the mobile terminal.
And each execution time corresponds to one mail information pair to be sent, and automatic sending operation is executed according to the corresponding mail information pair to be sent at the execution time.
The embodiment provides two different mail configuration information editing methods, so that the editing operation is more flexible and the applicability is wider, and a user can select a method suitable for the user according to actual requirements or preference.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible embodiment, after sending the mail according to the target sending information and the target receiving information, the method further includes:
601, generating sending result information according to the sending result of the target mail;
step 602, storing the sending result information in a preset mail database and/or a management background.
In this embodiment, after the operation of sending the mail is performed, sending result information is generated according to the sending result, wherein the sending result information may be a sending success or a sending failure. And storing the sending result information in a preset mail database and/or a management background so as to be convenient for a user to view.

step 701, determining the sending frequency of the mail according to the specified sending time of the mail or the rule of the sending time of the mail;
in this embodiment, the mail transmission frequency is determined according to the mail designated transmission time or the mail transmission time rule. Specifically, if the mail sending time rule is a cyclic sending, the mail sending frequency is determined according to the sending time interval of the mail. And the mail sending frequency is the number of times of sending the target mail within a preset time length.
Step 702, if the mail sending frequency is higher than a preset sending frequency threshold, determining and outputting adjustment time according to the preset sending frequency threshold;
in this embodiment, if the sender mailbox account frequently sends a target mail to the receiver mailbox account, the sender mailbox account may be blocked. Based on the method, the sending frequency of the target mail is controlled according to the preset sending frequency threshold, and if the sending frequency is higher than the preset sending frequency threshold, the mailbox account number of the sender is considered to have the risk of being signed, so that the sending time is adjusted to obtain the adjusting time, and the sending frequency is reduced.
And 703, if the confirmation information corresponding to the adjustment time is received, taking the adjustment time as a new scheduled sending time, and writing the new scheduled sending time into the timer.
In this example, after the adjusted time is obtained, this adjusted time is taken as a new designated transmission time and written into the timer. And controlling to send the target mail at the new appointed sending time by using a timer so as to reduce the risk that the account number of the sending end is sealed.
According to the embodiment, the sending frequency of the target mail is controlled by presetting the sending frequency threshold, so that the risk that the number of the mailbox account number of the sending end is sealed due to the fact that the target mail is sent too frequently is reduced, and the safety of the mailbox account number of the sending end is improved.
Example eight
