Further, in order to more clearly understand the real-time production data of the workpiece, in this embodiment, the real-time data may be directly displayed when the currently detected real-time data is within a preset normal value range, and when the currently detected real-time data is lower than a preset lower limit value, the calculated lower limit tolerance value is displayed in the detection value display frame; and when the currently detected real-time data is higher than a preset upper limit value, displaying the calculated upper limit tolerance value in a detection value display frame. And obtaining an evaluation result of the workpiece at the current station according to the evaluation result of the monitoring data of the workpiece at the next monitoring point of the current monitoring station, for example, whether the processing data of the workpiece at the current station is qualified. Therefore, an operator only needs to input the ID value of the workpiece needing to inquire the production data in the data inquiry command, namely, the production data, the evaluation result, the production quality and the like of the automatic checking tool of the workpiece at the monitoring station in the production process can be obtained only by the ID value of the workpiece, the product quality can be conveniently and rapidly traced, and great convenience is brought to an execution layer and a management layer of production.
In this embodiment, the workpiece query picture is obtained according to the workpiece ID value by taking the workpiece ID value as a target traceability factor; displaying a pattern of the workpiece at the at least one station; and marking the monitoring data of the workpiece monitoring points according to the monitoring model. Therefore, an operator only needs to input the ID value of the workpiece needing to inquire the production data in the data inquiry command, namely, the production data, the evaluation result, the production quality and the like of the automatic checking tool of the workpiece at the monitoring station in the production process can be obtained only by the ID value of the workpiece, the product quality can be conveniently and rapidly traced, and great convenience is brought to an execution layer and a management layer of production.
Further, referring to fig. 14 and 15, based on the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the data tracing method according to the present invention, the step S10 further includes:
step S201' taking the time period as a target traceability factor, and acquiring corresponding traceability data in the time period according to the time period;
step S202' displaying a data report under at least one station in the time period;
and step S203', the data report includes the production data of the workpiece under the at least one station and the production qualified rate.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in at least one workstation, a daily production report of the workstation is generated according to monitoring data and an evaluation result of a monitoring point, a time period corresponding to the daily production report is stored, when a data query instruction takes the production time period as a target traceability factor, a daily production data report corresponding to data within a time limit corresponding to the data query instruction is obtained from a database according to a time period input by an operator when the data query instruction is input, and a corresponding historical report is generated and displayed on a display terminal such as an operation terminal and an administrator terminal. Illustratively, if a production manager needs to query production data of the month, a specific time period such as an identity ID of a workpiece to be queried and a traceability time period (years, months, days, hours and minutes) is input, a corresponding monitoring station is queried according to an ID value of the workpiece, a corresponding production report set is queried according to a production report under the monitoring station and a deadline requirement in the traceability time period, and a corresponding historical production data report is generated based on the production report set, wherein the report includes: and the production data of the workpiece under at least one station comprises the evaluation results of the workpiece in each production time period and the like. Therefore, production management personnel can input corresponding workpiece ID values in the data query instruction, and the production data historical report of the workpiece in the traceability time period can be obtained by factors such as the traceability time period and the like. The production data management system is greatly convenient for production executives and managers to manage production data conveniently, brings convenience to product production management for enterprises, and saves enterprise management resources.
Referring to fig. 16, in an embodiment of the present invention, a data tracing system 300 is provided, including:
a data query module 310, configured to, in the data query instruction, include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining a workpiece ID value, a time period, a gauge number and other traceability factors related to traceability;
a source tracing module 320, configured to obtain source tracing data related to the workpiece according to the source tracing factor;

One embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, including: at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon instructions executable by at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor, when executing, to implement the steps of the data tracing method as claimed in any one of the preceding claims.
One embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the data tracing method according to any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (15)

1. A data tracing method, comprising:
receiving a data query instruction, wherein the data query instruction comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining a workpiece ID value, a time period, a gauge number and other traceability factors related to traceability;
obtaining the tracing data related to the workpiece according to the tracing factor;
and generating and displaying the tracing result of the workpiece according to the tracing data.
2. The data tracing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the tracing data corresponding to the workpiece according to the tracing factor comprises:
searching a data monitoring model corresponding to the workpiece according to the workpiece ID value in the query instruction;
and acquiring monitoring data corresponding to the workpiece in the data monitoring model.
3. A data tracing method according to claim 2, wherein said step of searching for a data monitoring model corresponding to said workpiece according to a workpiece ID value in said query command comprises:
setting data of variable groups of a data monitoring model;
establishing an evaluation standard corresponding to the variable group data;
and constructing a data monitoring model according to the variable group data and the corresponding evaluation standard.
4. A data tracing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of setting data monitoring model variable group data comprises:
setting variable data under at least one station;
and monitoring and recording variable data under the at least one station.
5. A data tracing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of formulating evaluation criteria corresponding to the variable group data comprises:
setting a monitoring point under the at least one station;
and setting an evaluation standard of the monitoring point data.
6. A data tracing method according to claim 5, wherein the step of setting the evaluation criterion of the monitoring point data comprises:
determining the evaluation result of the monitoring point according to the evaluation standard of the monitoring point data;
and obtaining a quality evaluation result of the workpiece under the at least one station according to the workpiece evaluation standard.
7. The data tracing method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating and displaying the tracing result of the workpiece according to the tracing data comprises:
acquiring and displaying a monitoring result of the at least one station;
wherein the display content comprises: data of monitoring points under the at least one station.
8. A data tracing method according to claim 7, wherein said step of obtaining and displaying the monitoring results of said at least one workstation comprises:
obtaining an evaluation result of the monitoring point according to a preset evaluation standard of the monitoring point;
and displaying the ID value and the evaluation result of the monitoring point.
9. The data tracing method according to claim 8, wherein the step of displaying the ID values of the monitoring points and the evaluation results comprises:
and displaying the evaluation result of the monitoring point through different backgrounds and corresponding data.
10. The data tracing method according to claim 9, wherein the step of displaying the evaluation results of the monitoring points by different backgrounds and their corresponding data comprises:
if the monitoring data are within a preset numerical range, the evaluation result adopts a first background;
if the monitoring data exceed the preset numerical range, the evaluation result adopts a second background;
and if the monitoring data is lower than a preset numerical range, adopting a third background for the evaluation result.
11. The data tracing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the step of obtaining the tracing data related to the workpiece according to the tracing factor comprises:
taking the workpiece ID value as a target traceability factor, and acquiring the workpiece query picture according to the workpiece ID value;
displaying a pattern of the workpiece at the at least one station;
and marking the monitoring data of the workpiece monitoring points according to the monitoring model.
12. The data tracing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the step of obtaining the tracing data related to the workpiece according to the tracing factor comprises:
taking the time period as a target traceability factor, and acquiring corresponding traceability data in the time period according to the time period;
displaying a data report under at least one station in the time period;
the data report comprises the production data of the workpieces under the at least one station and the production qualified rate.
13. A data tracing system, comprising:
a data query module, configured to, in the data query instruction, include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining a workpiece ID value, a time period, a gauge number and other traceability factors related to traceability;
the tracing module is used for acquiring tracing data related to the workpiece according to the tracing factor;
and the display module is used for generating and displaying the tracing result of the workpiece according to the tracing data.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon instructions executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor, when executing, to perform the steps of data tracing according to any of claims 1-12.
15. A computer storage medium having stored thereon a program for data trace back, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of data trace back as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
