The data processing system of claim 1, wherein the data collection module collects information including roster data, intellectual property data, development project data, scientific and technological achievement transformation data, high and new technology product data, development expense auxiliary account data, high and new technology product auxiliary account data, development organization management and other material data.

and the data processing module is used for rapidly capturing a plurality of data in the roster data, the intellectual property data, the research and development project data, the scientific and technological achievement conversion data, the high and new technology product data, the research and development expense auxiliary account data, the high and new technology product auxiliary account data, the research and development organization management and other material data through the associated information of the data association module, automatically associating and filling according to the template, and outputting the target file.

the system automatically captures information of research and development organizations and other materials according to the data relationship preset by the system and configured by other materials, and the system automatically synthesizes the information according to modules after the data selection is finished and generates corresponding files.
10. A data processing method according to claim 9, wherein the system checks the captured and inputted data by the check rule during processing, and prompts the next processing after the modification is successful if the check is not successful.
