s3, after water enters the valve body 1, because the water through hole 206 is vertical to the conveying direction of the inner side of the valve body 1, the water cannot pass through the valve body 1, when water is required to be conveyed, the pneumatic driver 2 operates to drive the rotating rod 202 at the bottom to rotate, the rotating rod 202 rotates to drive the rotating seat 203 at the bottom to rotate, the rotating seat 203 rotates to drive the ball 204 at the bottom to rotate, the ball 204 rotates to drive the rotating piece 205 at the bottom to rotate, the rotating piece 205 rotates at the inner side of the limiting groove 103, the rotating piece 205 at the inner side is limited through the limiting groove 103, the deviation of the device is avoided, the water through hole 206 at the inner side of the ball 204 is communicated, and the device is convenient to convey water flow;
