s3, installing a gradual change curtain wall glass assembly, fixedly connecting each section assembly provided with the gradual change curtain wall glass assembly 11 with the outer surface of a building structure one by one, connecting two adjacent vertical curtain wall glass assemblies 10 and the gradual change curtain wall glass assembly 11 which are horizontally distributed through a transverse transition section assembly 7 to realize smooth transition, and connecting two adjacent vertical curtain wall glass assemblies 10 and the gradual change curtain wall glass assembly 11 which are vertically distributed through a vertical transition section assembly 8 to realize smooth transition.

Claims (9)

1. A super-thick gradual change unit curtain wall system is characterized by comprising a thickness adjusting curtain wall system and a gradual change curtain wall system;
the thickness adjusting curtain wall system comprises a vertical section assembly, a horizontal section assembly, a thickness adjusting vertical section assembly, a thickness adjusting horizontal section assembly and a transverse staggered section assembly, wherein a vertical curtain wall glass assembly is fixedly installed inside a frame formed by the vertical section assembly and the horizontal section assembly, the vertical curtain wall glass assembly is also fixedly installed inside the frame formed by the thickness adjusting vertical section assembly and the thickness adjusting horizontal section assembly, the vertical curtain wall glass assembly is arranged perpendicular to a horizontal plane, the thickness adjusting vertical section assembly and the thickness adjusting horizontal section assembly are divided into a plurality of types according to the different thicknesses in the horizontal direction, and the left side and the right side of the fixing glass end of the transverse staggered section assembly are respectively fixedly installed with two groups of vertical curtain wall glass assemblies which are not in the same vertical plane;
the curtain wall system with the gradually changed surface comprises a gradually changed vertical profile component, a gradually changed transverse profile component, a transverse transition profile component and a vertical transition profile component, a gradual change curtain wall glass component is fixedly arranged in a frame consisting of the gradual change vertical profile component and the gradual change transverse profile component, the gradual change curtain wall glass component and the vertical surface form an included angle, the gradual change vertical section component and the gradual change horizontal section component are divided into a plurality of types according to the different thicknesses in the horizontal direction, and is matched with the thickness-adjusting vertical profile component and the thickness-adjusting horizontal profile component, the left side and the right side of the glass fixing end of the horizontal transition profile component are respectively and fixedly installed with the vertical curtain wall glass component and the gradual change curtain wall glass component which are horizontally distributed, the upper side and the lower side of the glass fixing end of the vertical transition section bar assembly are fixedly installed with the gradual change curtain wall glass assembly and the vertical curtain wall glass assembly which are vertically distributed respectively.

The curtain wall system of an ultra-thick gradient surface unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vertical section component comprises a left vertical section and a right vertical section which are fixedly connected with one side, the other sides of the left vertical section and the right vertical section are fixedly installed with the two groups of vertical curtain wall glass components which are horizontally distributed respectively, the transverse section component comprises a lower transverse section and an upper transverse section which are fixedly connected with one side, and the other sides of the lower transverse section and the upper transverse section are fixedly installed with the two groups of vertical curtain wall glass components which are vertically distributed respectively.

The curtain wall system of an ultra-thick gradient surface unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the thickness-adjusting vertical profile component comprises a thickness-adjusting left profile and a thickness-adjusting right profile which are fixedly connected with one side, the other sides of the thickness-adjusting left profile and the thickness-adjusting right profile are respectively and fixedly connected with one sides of a left vertical auxiliary profile and a right vertical auxiliary profile through bolts, the left vertical auxiliary profile and the right vertical auxiliary profile are mirror images and are divided into various specifications according to the thickness size in the horizontal direction, and the other sides of the left vertical auxiliary profile and the right vertical auxiliary profile are respectively and fixedly installed with two groups of vertical curtain wall glass components which are horizontally distributed;
the thickness-adjusting transverse profile component comprises a thickness-adjusting upper profile and a thickness-adjusting lower profile which are fixedly connected with one side, the other side of the thickness-adjusting upper profile and the other side of the thickness-adjusting lower profile are respectively and fixedly connected with one side of an upper transverse auxiliary profile and one side of a lower transverse auxiliary profile through bolts, the upper transverse auxiliary profile and the lower transverse auxiliary profile are divided into multiple specifications according to the thickness dimension in the horizontal direction and are matched with the left vertical auxiliary profile and the right vertical auxiliary profile, and the other sides of the upper transverse auxiliary profile and the lower transverse auxiliary profile are respectively and fixedly installed with two groups of vertical curtain wall glass components which are vertically distributed.
