The embodiment provides a toilet cleaning product release device arranged on a toilet water replenishing pipe, which is used for adding the toilet cleaning product release device in a toilet water tank by utilizing the water replenishing process of the toilet water tank. The conventional water replenishing process of the toilet water tank is as follows: the water replenishing pipe in the toilet water tank is connected with the overflow pipe, the water replenishing pipe is used for replenishing water to the overflow pipe after the toilet water tank is flushed, and liquid flowing through the overflow pipe flows to the water accumulating area of the toilet basin, so that certain liquid is reserved in the toilet basin. The toilet cleaning article release device provided by the embodiment is specifically arranged between the water supplementing pipe and the overflow pipe, so that liquid entering from the water supplementing pipe dissolves the toilet cleaning article through the device, and formed toilet cleaning solution flows into the water accumulation area through the overflow pipe, so that a lasting and effective toilet cleaning effect is achieved in the toilet basin.
As shown in fig. 1, the device includes a cavity 110, and the cavity 110 includes an upper end surface. Preferably, the cavity 110 is a cylindrical wide mouth container.
A water inlet port 120 communicated with the cavity is arranged on the upper end surface of the cavity 110, and the water inlet port 120 is connected with a water supplementing pipe 10 in a toilet water tank. Preferably, the axis of the water inlet 120 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 110, which is advantageous for simplifying the structure of the manufacturing mold.
A toilet cleaning article 130 is provided in the cavity 110, and the toilet cleaning article 130 is a solid substance having a toilet cleaning active ingredient, and may be in the form of particles, blocks, etc. Preferably, the toilet article 130 is a block-shaped substance of a rectangular parallelepiped or cube.
The device also includes a siphon tube, which is an elbow tube, comprising a siphon tube front section 141 and a siphon tube rear section 142. The siphon tube may be in an inverted "U" shape or an inverted "U" shape, and in this embodiment, any pipe that can cause a siphon effect to a liquid may be used as the siphon tube, and thus the shape, degree of bending or form of the siphon tube is not particularly limited. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the siphon tube is of inverted "U" configuration.
The siphon front section 141 is disposed in the cavity 110, specifically, near an inner wall of one side of the cavity 110. The siphon front section 141 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, which are respectively provided at both ends thereof, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a passage. The inlet of the siphon front 141 communicates with the bottom of the cavity 110.
The siphon tube rear section 142 is disposed outside the chamber 110. The siphon rear section 142 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, which are respectively arranged at two ends of the siphon rear section, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a channel.
The inlet of the siphon rear section 142 is connected to the outlet of the siphon front section 141, and the outlet of the siphon rear section 142 is in communication with the overflow pipe 20 in the toilet tank.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper end surface of the cavity 110 is provided with a water outlet 150 communicated with the cavity 110, the outlet of the siphon front section 141 is communicated with the water outlet 150, and the water outlet 150 is communicated with the inlet of the siphon rear section 142. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water outlet 150 and the water inlet 120 are located on the same side, so that a larger accommodating space is formed in the cavity 110, and a toilet cleaning product with a larger volume can be placed. Preferably, the axis of the water outlet 150 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 110 to simplify the manufacturing of the mold.
As shown in fig. 1, the portion of the siphon tube rear section 142 connected to the siphon tube front section 141 is a bent portion of the pipe, that is, a portion of the siphon tube rear section 142 needs to be in a bent state, so in a preferred embodiment, the siphon tube rear section 142 is preferably implemented by a soft pipe and can be directly sleeved on the water outlet 150. The conduit is generally a circular conduit.
As shown in fig. 1, the space between the siphon rear section 142 and the siphon front section 141 also satisfies: the outlet of the siphon rear section 142 has a lower level than the inlet of the siphon front section 141, a height difference Δh exists between them, and the cross-sectional area of the siphon front section 141 is larger than that of the siphon rear section 142.
When the water replenishment pipe 10 in the toilet tank starts to replenish water, the process that the liquid reaches the overflow pipe 20 along the cavity 110 and the siphon front section 141 and the siphon rear section 142 is:
as shown in fig. 3, the liquid enters the cavity 110 from the water inlet port 120 connected with the water supply pipe 10, and the toilet cleaning product 130 arranged in the cavity 110 begins to dissolve, so that the toilet cleaning solution is formed, the height of the toilet cleaning solution gradually rises, the liquid reaches the rear section 142 of the siphon pipe along the front section 141 of the siphon pipe, and enters the toilet bowl water accumulation area along the overflow pipe 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the water supply pipe 10 is completed, the rear section 142 of the siphon pipe is filled with liquid, the toilet cleaning solution in the cavity 110 continuously flows along the front section 141 of the siphon pipe to the rear section 142 of the siphon pipe under the siphon effect, and flows into the overflow pipe 20, and enters the toilet bowl water accumulation area via the overflow pipe 20.
Since the overflow pipe 20 does not store liquid, the siphon effect stops when the liquid level in the cavity 110 is lower than the inlet of the siphon front 141, and no more liquid can flow into the inlet of the siphon front 141. As shown in fig. 5, at the moment when the siphon effect is stopped, air enters the siphon front section 141, and since the cross-sectional area of the siphon front section 141 is larger than that of the siphon rear section 142, the liquid flow rate of the siphon front section 141 is slower than that of the siphon rear section 142, the liquid in the siphon front section 141 exchanges with the air entering the siphon front section 141 under the action of gravity, interrupting the progress of the siphon, and the liquid in the siphon front section 141 falls back into the cavity 110. As shown in fig. 6, the falling liquid can make the liquid level A1 in the cavity 110 higher than the inlet of the front section 141 of the siphon, and the inlet of the front section 141 of the siphon is sealed by the liquid, i.e. the lowest opening in the cavity 110 is sealed, which is equivalent to isolating the air in the cavity 110 from the outside, avoiding the corrosive gas possibly generated by the toilet cleaning article 130 from overflowing the cavity and affecting the sensitive element in the toilet.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to replace the toilet cleaning product in the cavity 110, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the bottom of the cavity 110 is provided with a lower end opening, and the device provided in this embodiment further includes a lower cover plug 160, where the lower end opening cooperates with the lower cover plug 160 to seal the bottom of the cavity 110, and when the toilet cleaning product 130 in the cavity 110 needs to be replaced, only the lower cover plug 160 needs to be removed. The lower cap plug 160 may be secured to the lower end opening by threads or interference threads. In a specific embodiment, the lower end opening is provided with threads, the inner side of the lower cover plug 160 is provided with threads, a user can screw the lower cover plug 160 into the lower end opening to seal the bottom of the cavity 110, and can screw out the lower end opening to replace toilet cleaning articles in the cavity 110, so that the recycling rate of the device is increased, and the purposes of environmental protection and energy saving are achieved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the apparatus provided in this embodiment further includes a content bracket 170 provided on an inner surface of the lower cover stopper 160, and the content bracket 170 provides support for the toilet article 130 provided in the cavity 110 when the lower cover stopper 160 has been fixed to the lower end opening of the cavity 110, so that the horizontal position of the toilet article 130 is raised and is not easily soaked by water remaining in the cavity 110 for a long period of time, based on which the level of the support surface of the content bracket 170 should be higher than the level of the inlet of the siphon front section 141, and when the siphon effect is stopped, as shown in fig. 6, the position of the toilet article 130 supported on the content bracket 170 is higher than the liquid level of the cavity 110, thereby not contacting the liquid remaining in the cavity 110, avoiding the toilet article 130 from being in a state of being continuously soaked with the liquid, and prolonging the effective service life of the toilet article 130, which is only dependent on the number of times of toilet bowls and is not limited by the flushing time of installation. Preferably, the supporting surface of the content bracket 170 is a horizontal surface, and may be designed differently according to the shape of the toilet article 130, for example, if the toilet article 130 is spherical, the supporting surface of the content bracket 170 may be designed as a semicircular concave surface to stably support the spherical toilet article 130, and when the supporting surface is not a horizontal surface, the lowest point of the supporting surface should be at a level higher than the inlet of the front section 141 of the siphon tube to avoid continuous soaking of the toilet article 130 by liquid.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upper end surface of the cavity 110 is provided with an upper end opening, and the device provided by this embodiment further includes an upper cover plug 180, where the upper end opening cooperates with the upper cover plug 180 to seal the upper end surface of the cavity 110, and when the toilet cleaning article 130 in the cavity 110 needs to be replaced, only the upper cover plug 180 needs to be removed. The upper cover plug 180 and the upper end opening can be fixed through threads or interference buckling lines, the upper end opening and the upper cover plug 180 are fixed through threads, the upper cover plug 180 can be screwed into the upper end opening to seal the upper end face of the cavity 110, and the upper end opening can be screwed out to replace toilet cleaning products in the cavity 110, so that the recycling rate of the device is improved.
In practical applications, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the designs of the above two preferred embodiments may be retained in one cavity 110, that is, the upper end surface of the cavity 110 is provided with an upper end opening, and is sealed with the upper cover plug 180 in a matching manner, and the bottom of the cavity is also provided with a lower end opening, and is sealed with the lower cover plug 160 in a matching manner, so that the user can open and contact the interior of the cavity 110 in two alternative manners.

The device provided by the embodiment comprises:
as shown in fig. 13, the device includes a cavity 210, and the cavity 210 includes an upper end surface.
A water inlet port 220 communicated with the cavity is arranged on the upper end surface of the cavity 210, and the water inlet port 220 is connected with the water supplementing pipe 10 in the toilet water tank. Preferably, the axis of the water inlet 220 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 210, which is advantageous for simplifying the structure of the manufacturing mold.
A toilet cleaning product 230 is a solid material having a toilet cleaning active ingredient and may be in the form of particles, blocks, etc. is provided in the cavity 210. Preferably, the toilet article 230 is a block of cuboid or cubic shape.
As shown in fig. 13, the apparatus further includes a partition 240 disposed in the cavity 210, wherein a notch C is formed between the bottom end of the partition and the bottom of the cavity 210, and the top end of the partition is connected to one side of the upper end surface of the cavity 210. The partition plate 240 is longitudinally arranged in the cavity 210 to divide the cavity 210 into two parts with different space sizes, the toilet cleaning product 230 arranged in the cavity 210 is positioned in a part with larger space, and the water inlet 220 is also arranged on one side of the part with larger space, so that liquid can conveniently enter the cavity 210 to dissolve the toilet cleaning product 230.
The device also includes a siphon tube, which is a bent tube, comprising a siphon tube front section 251 and a siphon tube rear section 252.
The siphon front 251 is disposed in the cavity 210 at a portion of the cavity 210 where the space divided by the partition 240 is small, and is adjacent to the inner wall of the cavity 210. The siphon front section 251 is provided with an inlet and an outlet which are respectively arranged at two ends of the siphon front section, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a channel. The inlet of the siphon front 251 communicates with the bottom of the cavity 210.
The inlet of the siphon front 251 has a level higher than that of the bottom end of the partition 240 and lower than that of the bottom end (the inlet of the siphon front 252 has a level greater than that of the notch C).
The siphon tube rear section 252 is disposed outside the cavity 210. The siphon tube rear section 252 is provided with an inlet and an outlet which are respectively arranged at two ends of the siphon tube rear section, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a channel. The inlet of the siphon rear section 252 is connected to the outlet of the siphon front section 251. The outlet of the siphon tube rear section 252 communicates with the overflow tube 20 in the toilet tank.
The space between the siphon rear 252 and the siphon front 251 also satisfies: the outlet of the siphon rear section 252 is at a lower level than the inlet of the siphon front section 251, and the cross-sectional area of the siphon front section 251 is less than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the siphon rear section 252.
When the water replenishment pipe 10 in the toilet tank starts to replenish water, the process that the liquid reaches the overflow pipe 20 along the cavity 210 and the siphon front section 251 and the siphon rear section 252 is: liquid enters the larger space part of the cavity 210 from the water inlet port 220 connected with the water supplementing pipe 10, and the toilet cleaning articles 230 in the same space begin to dissolve, so that toilet cleaning solution is formed, the height of the toilet cleaning solution gradually rises, the toilet cleaning solution reaches the rear section 252 of the siphon pipe along the front section 251 of the siphon pipe, and enters the toilet bowl water accumulation area along the overflow pipe 20. After the water replenishing pipe 10 is completed, the rear section 252 of the siphon pipe is filled with liquid, and the toilet cleaning solution in the cavity 210 continuously flows along the front section 251 of the siphon pipe to the rear section 252 of the siphon pipe under the action of the siphon effect. Since the overflow tube 20 does not store liquid, the siphon effect ceases when the liquid level in the cavity 210 is lower than the inlet of the siphon front 251, and no more liquid can flow into the inlet of the siphon front 251. Because the cross-sectional area of the front section 251 of the siphon is smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the rear section 252 of the siphon, it is known that the liquid flow rate of the front section 251 of the siphon is faster than or equal to the liquid flow rate of the rear section 252 of the siphon, and before the siphon effect stops, almost all the liquid in the front section 251 of the siphon can flow to the rear section 252 of the siphon and enter the overflow pipe 20 under the siphon effect, and the liquid level remaining in the cavity 210 is slightly lower than the level of the inlet of the front section 251 of the siphon, but is sufficient to seal the baffle 240, i.e. the lowest opening in the cavity 210 is blocked, the air in the cavity 210 is isolated from flowing with the outside, and corrosive gas possibly discharged from the toilet cleaning product 230 is prevented from overflowing the cavity, thereby affecting sensitive elements in the toilet.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to replace the toilet articles in the cavity 210, as shown in fig. 13, the bottom of the cavity 210 is provided with a lower end opening, and the device provided by this embodiment further includes a lower cover plug 260, and the lower end opening cooperates with the lower cover plug 260 to seal the bottom of the cavity 210, so that when the toilet articles 230 in the cavity 110 need to be replaced, only the lower cover plug 260 needs to be removed.
