Example 1
The embodiment provides a toilet cleaning article release device installed on a water replenishing pipe of a closestool, which is used for increasing the toilet cleaning article release device in the closestool water tank by utilizing the water replenishing process of the closestool water tank. The conventional water replenishing process of the toilet water tank comprises the following steps: the water replenishing pipe in the toilet water tank is connected with the overflow pipe, the water replenishing pipe replenishes water to the overflow pipe after the toilet water tank flushes water, and the liquid flowing through the overflow pipe flows to the water accumulation area of the toilet bowl so as to leave certain liquid in the toilet bowl. The cleaning toilet articles release that this embodiment provided specifically sets up between moisturizing pipe and overflow pipe to make the liquid that gets into from the moisturizing pipe dissolve cleaning toilet articles via the device, the cleaning toilet solution that forms flows into the ponding district via the overflow pipe, thereby plays comparatively lasting and effectual cleaning toilet effect in the lavatory basin.
As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus includes a chamber 110, and the chamber 110 includes an upper end surface. Preferably, the chamber 110 is a cylindrical wide-mouth container.
The upper end surface of the cavity 110 is provided with a water inlet interface 120 communicated with the cavity, and the water inlet interface 120 is connected with a water replenishing pipe 10 in the water tank of the toilet. Preferably, the axis of the water inlet port 120 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 110, which is beneficial to simplify the structure of the manufacturing mold.
The toilet cleaning article 130 is disposed in the cavity 110, and the toilet cleaning article 130 is a solid substance having toilet cleaning effective components, and may be in the form of granule, block, etc. Preferably, the toilet cleaning product 130 is a rectangular parallelepiped or cube block-shaped material.
The device also comprises a siphon which is a bent pipe and comprises a siphon front section 141 and a siphon rear section 142. The siphon may be in the form of an inverted "U" or "U", and in the present embodiment, any tube capable of siphoning a liquid may be used as the siphon, and thus, the shape, degree of bending, or form of the siphon is not particularly limited. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the siphon tube is in an inverted "U" configuration.
The siphon front section 141 is disposed in the cavity 110, specifically, the inner wall of the cavity 110. The siphon front section 141 has an inlet and an outlet respectively disposed at both ends thereof, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated with each other to form a passage. The inlet of the siphon front section 141 communicates with the bottom of the chamber 110.
The siphon back section 142 is disposed outside the cavity 110. The siphon rear section 142 has an inlet and an outlet respectively disposed at both ends thereof, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a passage.
The inlet of the siphon rear section 142 is connected to the outlet of the siphon front section 141, and the outlet of the siphon rear section 142 communicates with the overflow pipe 20 in the toilet tank.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper end surface of the cavity 110 is provided with a water outlet port 150 communicated with the cavity 110, an outlet of the front siphon segment 141 is communicated with the water outlet port 150, and the water outlet port 150 is communicated with an inlet of the rear siphon segment 142. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water outlet 150 and the water inlet 120 are located on the same side, so that a larger accommodating space is formed in the cavity 110, and a toilet cleaning product with a larger volume can be placed in the cavity. Preferably, the axis of the water outlet 150 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 110 to simplify the manufacturing of the mold.
As shown in fig. 1, the portion of the siphon rear section 142 connected to the siphon front section 141 is a bent pipe, i.e. a portion of the siphon rear section 142 needs to be bent, so in a preferred embodiment, the siphon rear section 142 is preferably implemented by a soft pipe and can be directly sleeved on the water outlet port 150. The conduit is typically a circular conduit.
As shown in fig. 1, the relationship between the siphon rear section 142 and the siphon front section 141 further satisfies: the level of the outlet of the siphon rear section 142 is lower than that of the inlet of the siphon front section 141, a height difference deltah exists between the two, and the cross-sectional area of the siphon front section 141 is larger than that of the siphon rear section 142.
When the water replenishing pipe 10 in the toilet tank starts to replenish water, the liquid reaches the overflow pipe 20 along the cavity 110 and the front section 141 and the rear section 142 of the siphon pipe:
as shown in fig. 3, the liquid enters the cavity 110 from the water inlet port 120 connected with the water replenishing pipe 10, the toilet cleaning articles 130 arranged in the cavity 110 start to dissolve, thereby forming the toilet cleaning solution, the height of the toilet cleaning solution gradually rises, the toilet cleaning solution reaches the rear section 142 of the siphon pipe along the front section 141 of the siphon pipe, and the toilet cleaning solution enters the water accumulation area of the toilet bowl along the overflow pipe 20.
As shown in fig. 4, when the water replenishing pipe 10 finishes the water replenishing, the siphon rear section 142 is filled with the liquid, and the toilet cleaning solution in the cavity 110 continuously flows along the siphon front section 141 to the siphon rear section 142 under the siphon effect and flows into the overflow pipe 20, and enters the water accumulation area of the toilet bowl through the overflow pipe 20.
Since the overflow tube 20 does not store liquid, the siphoning effect ceases when the liquid level in the chamber 110 is below the inlet of the siphon front section 141 and no more liquid can flow into the inlet of the siphon front section 141. As shown in fig. 5, at the moment the siphon effect stops, air enters the front section 141 of the siphon, since the cross-sectional area of the front section 141 of the siphon is larger than that of the rear section 142 of the siphon, the liquid flow rate of the front section 141 of the siphon is slower than that of the rear section 142 of the siphon, the liquid in the front section 141 of the siphon exchanges with the air entering the front section 141 of the siphon under the action of gravity, the siphon is broken, and the liquid in the front section 141 of the siphon falls back into the cavity 110. As shown in fig. 6, the falling liquid can make the liquid level a1 in the cavity 110 higher than the inlet of the siphon front section 141, and the liquid seals the inlet of the siphon front section 141, i.e. seals the lowest opening in the cavity 110, which is equivalent to isolating the air in the cavity 110 from flowing to the outside, thereby preventing the corrosive gas possibly generated by the toilet cleaning product 130 from overflowing the cavity and affecting the sensitive elements in the toilet.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to replace the toilet cleaning product in the cavity 110, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the bottom of the cavity 110 is provided with a lower opening, and the device provided in this embodiment further comprises a lower plug 160, which cooperates with the lower plug 160 to seal the bottom of the cavity 110, so that when the toilet cleaning product 130 in the cavity 110 needs to be replaced, the lower plug 160 can be removed. as shown in fig. 13, the device includes a cavity 210, and the cavity 210 includes an upper end surface.
The upper end surface of the cavity 210 is provided with a water inlet interface 220 communicated with the cavity, and the water inlet interface 220 is connected with a water replenishing pipe 10 in the water tank of the toilet. Preferably, the axis of the water inlet interface 220 is parallel to the axis of the cavity 210, which is beneficial to simplify the structure of the manufacturing mold.
The toilet cleaning product 230 is a solid substance with toilet cleaning effective components and can be in the shape of particles, blocks, etc. and is disposed in the cavity 210. Preferably, the toilet cleaning product 230 is a rectangular or cubic block-shaped material.
As shown in fig. 13, the device further includes a partition 240 disposed in the cavity 210, a gap C is left between the bottom end of the partition and the bottom of the cavity 210, and the top end of the partition is connected to one side of the upper end surface of the cavity 210. The partition 240 is longitudinally arranged in the cavity 210 to divide the cavity 210 into two parts with different space sizes, the toilet cleaning product 230 arranged in the cavity 210 is positioned in the part with larger space, and the water inlet 220 is also arranged at one side of the part with larger space, so that the liquid can enter the cavity 210 to dissolve the toilet cleaning product 230.
The device further comprises a siphon tube which is a bent tube and comprises a siphon tube front section 251 and a siphon tube rear section 252.
Siphon front section 251 is disposed in cavity 210, and is located in the smaller space portion separated by partition 240 in cavity 210, and is close to the inner wall of cavity 210. The siphon tube front section 251 has an inlet and an outlet respectively disposed at both ends thereof, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a passage. The inlet of the siphon front section 251 communicates with the bottom of the chamber 210.
The level of the inlet of siphon front section 251 is higher than the level of the bottom end of partition 240 and lower (the height of the inlet of siphon front section 252 is greater than the height of gap C).
Siphon back section 252 is disposed outside of cavity 210. The siphon rear section 252 has an inlet and an outlet respectively disposed at both ends thereof, and the inlet and the outlet are communicated to form a passage. The inlet of siphon rear section 252 is connected to the outlet of siphon front section 251. The outlet of the siphon rear section 252 communicates with the overflow tube 20 in the toilet tank.
