Abstract
本发明提供了一种阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:5~15%的阻垢抗菌材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~15%的粘结剂、70~85%的活性碳粉。所述阻垢抗菌材料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:75~78%的阻垢材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~20%的粘结剂。本发明采用两种或多种阻垢材料的协同复配作用比单一阻垢材料具有更好的阻垢效果。这种具有阻垢、抗菌的活性炭棒既可以在复杂水质条件下应用,又能延长活性炭棒的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于活性炭技术领域,具体涉及一种阻垢抗菌活性炭棒。
背景技术
目前活性炭棒是家用净水装置中一个不可或缺的组成部分,它的主要功能是去除水中色度、余氯、胶体、有机物(合成洗涤剂、农药、除草剂、杀虫剂、合成染料、三卤甲烷、卤乙酸、内分泌干扰物如邻苯二甲酸酯PAES等)、重金属(如汞、银、镉、铬、铅、镍等等)、放射性物质等,是净水器中使用最早、最广泛实用的净水材料。然而,活性炭吸附了大量的有机物,这些有机物会成为细菌等微生物的营养,细菌会在活性炭的微孔中大量繁殖增生,并可能导致水中菌落总数超标。另外,人口的加剧,工业化的加速,导致水体循环周期缩短,大量地下水开采,导致自来水中的硬度越来越高,容易在活性炭棒表面形成水垢,致使活性炭棒堵塞,影响活性炭棒的使用限制及使用寿命。
因此,开发一种具有阻垢性能强、阻垢寿命长、抗菌效果好、净水效果好的活性炭棒一直都是家用净水的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处,针对市面上的活性炭棒不能阻垢、也不能抗菌的问题,提供一种既可以抗菌又能阻垢的解决方案。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:5~15%的阻垢抗菌材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~15%的粘结剂、70~85%的活性炭粉。发明人通过研究发现,阻垢抗菌材料在此范围内,阻垢抗菌效果最佳,如果该组分占比过少,则阻垢效果不好,占比过多,则不易控制阻垢抗菌材料的释放量。
本发明的目的在于针对活性炭棒不能阻垢,也不能抗菌的问题,提供一种既可以抗菌又能阻垢的解决方案。发明人通过研究发现,采用两种或多种阻垢材料的协同复配作用比单一阻垢材料具有更好的阻垢效果。这种具有阻垢、抗菌的活性炭棒既可以在复杂水质条件下应用,又能延长活性炭棒的使用寿命。
优选地,所述阻垢抗菌材料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:75~78%的阻垢材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~20%的粘结剂。本发明技术方案,通过在阻垢材料中加入5~10%的抗菌材料,从而增加了抗菌效果,减少了阻垢剂的用量,控制阻垢剂的释放。
优选地,所述阻垢材料为聚天冬氨酸盐类、聚环氧琥珀酸盐类、三聚磷酸盐类、六偏磷酸盐类、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐类、氨基三亚甲基膦酸盐类、乙二胺甲叉膦酸盐类、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸盐类、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸盐类、聚丙烯酸盐类、聚马来酸盐类、膦酰基羧酸盐共聚物中的至少两种;所述盐类为钙盐、钠盐、钾盐或镁盐。
优选地,所述抗菌材料为载氧化锌活性炭、载银活性炭、KDF、氧化锌包覆二氧化硅颗粒、二氧化钛包覆二氧化硅颗粒、氧化锌包覆海藻酸钙中的至少一种。
优选地,所述粘结剂为淀粉、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻胶、角叉胶、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯、甲基纤维素、淀粉磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、藻蛋白酸钠、酪蛋白、聚丙烯酸钠、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
优选地,所述活性炭粉为木质炭、煤质炭、竹炭、骨炭中的至少一种。
优选地,所述阻垢抗菌材料的粒径为0.6~1.5mm。
本发明还提供一种上述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方量,将阻垢抗菌材料、抗菌材料、粘结剂、活性炭粉混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出法或烧结法制成阻垢抗菌活性炭棒。
优选地,当采用螺杆挤出法制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒时,挤出温度为165~225℃;当采用烧结法制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒时,烧结温度为230~300℃。
优选地,所述阻垢抗菌材料的制备方法为:按配方量,将阻垢材料、抗菌材料分别粉碎至目数为100-250目,再添加粘结剂,搅拌均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,烘干。如果粒径过小,则阻垢抗菌材料释放过快,寿命不达标;如果粒径过大,则阻垢抗菌材料释放太慢,影响阻垢抗菌性能。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种安全性极高的家用净水的一种阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,采用两种或多种阻垢材料的协同复配作用比单一阻垢材料具有更好的阻垢效果。这种具有阻垢、抗菌的活性炭棒既可以在复杂水质条件下应用,又能延长活性炭棒的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
作为本发明实施例的一种所述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌阻垢材料:将阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钠组合物(重量百分比为1:4)粉碎为150目,抗菌材料载氧化锌活性炭粉碎为120目;将重量百分比75%阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钠组合粉与重量百分比10%抗菌材料载氧化锌活性炭粉、重量百分比15%明胶混合均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,在180℃烘干。
(2)制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒:将重量百分比15%阻垢抗菌材料、重量百分比为5%的抗菌材料120目载氧化锌活性炭、重量百分比为10%粘结剂聚氧乙烯加入到重量百分比为70%的120目椰壳炭粉中,混合均匀,倒入单螺杆挤出机形成十寸炭棒,挤出温度为195℃。
实施例2
作为本发明实施例的一种所述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌阻垢材料:将阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钙、膦酰基羧酸钙共聚物、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钙组合物(重量百分比为1:2:3)粉碎为180目,抗菌材料载银活性炭粉碎为100目;将重量百分比85%阻垢材料膦酰基羧酸钙共聚物、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钙组合物与重量百分比5%抗菌材料载银活性炭粉、重量百分比10%甲基纤维素混合均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,在160℃烘干。
(2)制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒:将重量百分比14%阻垢抗菌材料、重量百分比3%抗菌材料100-160目载银活性炭、重量百分比13%粘结剂聚丙烯酸钠添加入重量百分比70%的120目椰壳炭粉中,混合均匀,倒入模具内,置于烤箱内烧结成十寸炭棒,烧结温度为280℃。
实施例3
作为本发明实施例的一种所述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌阻垢材料:将阻垢材料聚环氧琥珀酸钾、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钾组合物(重量百分比为1:3)粉碎为200目,抗菌材料氧化锌包覆二氧化硅颗粒粉碎为150目;将重量百分比80%阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钾、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸钾组合物与重量百分比10%抗菌材料氧化锌包覆二氧化硅粉、重量百分比10%丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯混合均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,在180℃烘干。
(2)制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒:将重量百分比15%阻垢抗菌材料、重量百分比4%抗菌材料氧化锌包覆二氧化硅颗粒、重量百分比11%粘结剂羧甲基纤维素添加入重量百分比70%的120目椰壳炭粉中,混合均匀,倒入单螺杆挤出机形成十寸炭棒,挤出温度为195℃。
实施例4
作为本发明实施例的一种所述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗菌阻垢材料:将阻垢材料聚天冬氨酸镁、膦酰基羧酸镁共聚物组合物(重量百分比为2:3)粉碎为200目,抗菌材料氧化锌包覆海藻酸钙为140目;将重量百分比80%阻垢材料膦酰基羧酸镁共聚物、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸镁组合物与重量百分比8%抗菌材料氧化锌包覆海藻酸钙、重量百分比12%海藻胶混合均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,在160℃烘干。
(2)制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒:将重量百分比10%阻垢抗菌材料、重量百分比5%抗菌材料140目氧化锌包覆海藻酸钙、重量百分比10%粘结剂甲基纤维素分别添加入重量百分比70%的120目椰壳炭粉中,混合均匀,倒入模具内,置于烤箱内烧结成十寸炭棒,烧结温度可为280℃。
对比例1
作为本发明的一种所述阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法的对比例,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备阻垢材料:将阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钠粉碎为150目;将重量百分比75%阻垢材料羟基乙叉二膦酸钠与重量百分比10%活性炭粉、重量百分比15%明胶混合均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢材料,在180℃烘干。
(2)制备阻垢活性炭棒:将重量百分比15%阻垢材料、重量百分比15%粘结剂聚氧乙烯添加入重量百分比70%的120目椰壳炭粉中,混合均匀,倒入单螺杆挤出机形成十寸炭棒,挤出温度为195℃。
性能测试
对实施例1~4及对比例1所制得的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒进行性能测试,其中,菌落数是根据国标GB/T5750.12-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标;金属离子的检测是根据国标GB/T5750.6-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法检测金属离子指标;流量指的是阻垢抗菌活性炭棒可以净化的水的流量,单位为升(L);阻垢率是按照GB/T 16632-2008检测水处理剂的阻垢性能,测定碳酸钙的沉积率。结果见表1和表2。

由表1、表2的性能测试结果可以得出:采用本发明的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒具有良好的抗菌阻垢效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:5~15%的阻垢抗菌材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~15%的粘结剂、70~85%的活性炭粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述阻垢抗菌材料,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:75~78%的阻垢材料、5~10%的抗菌材料、5~20%的粘结剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述阻垢材料为聚天冬氨酸盐类、聚环氧琥珀酸盐类、三聚磷酸盐类、六偏磷酸盐类、羟基乙叉二膦酸盐类、氨基三亚甲基膦酸盐类、乙二胺甲叉膦酸盐类、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸盐类、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸盐类、聚丙烯酸盐类、聚马来酸盐类、膦酰基羧酸盐共聚物中的至少两种;所述盐类为钙盐、钠盐、钾盐或镁盐。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述抗菌材料为载氧化锌活性炭、载银活性炭、KDF、氧化锌包覆二氧化硅颗粒、二氧化钛包覆二氧化硅颗粒、氧化锌包覆海藻酸钙中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为淀粉、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻胶、角叉胶、糊精、羧甲基纤维素、丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯、甲基纤维素、淀粉磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、藻蛋白酸钠、酪蛋白、聚丙烯酸钠、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述活性炭粉为木质炭、煤质炭、骨炭中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒,其特征在于,所述阻垢抗菌材料的粒径为0.6-1.5mm。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按配方量,将阻垢抗菌材料、抗菌材料、粘结剂、活性炭粉混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出法或烧结法制成阻垢抗菌活性炭棒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,其特征在于,当采用螺杆挤出法制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒时,挤出温度为165~225℃;当采用烧结法制备阻垢抗菌活性炭棒时,烧结温度为230~300℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的阻垢抗菌活性炭棒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻垢抗菌材料的制备方法为:按配方量,将阻垢材料、抗菌材料分别粉碎至目数为100-250目,再添加粘结剂,搅拌均匀,在搅拌的过程中边搅拌边添加适量溶剂,继续混合均匀,倒入造粒机制备出0.6-1.5mm的阻垢抗菌材料,烘干。
