Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and in the drawings are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for limiting a particular order. The following embodiments of the present invention may be implemented individually or in combination with each other, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for determining a start time of a cooling fan according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for determining the starting time of the cooling fan specifically includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring temperature data of the power battery at a first moment, wherein the temperature data comprise a temperature change rate and a temperature value at an initial moment of driving.
Specifically, in driving equipment driving process, BMS (Battery Management System ) can acquire power battery's temperature value as required, and this temperature value includes driving initial time temperature value, still includes the temperature value of driving in-process every certain time collection, and BMS can also confirm power battery's temperature change rate at the first moment based on the temperature value that acquires.
S102, determining the rising time of the power battery from the current temperature value to the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value based on the temperature data and the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value.
Specifically, the power battery has an optimal working temperature range in the working process, wherein the upper limit value of the optimal working temperature range is a preset upper limit value of the optimal working temperature. The optimal working temperature range is preset according to the characteristics of the battery cells in the power battery. Generally, the range of the preset optimum operating temperature upper limit is 25℃to 45 ℃.
The performance of the power battery can be tested in advance according to the requirement, the rising time of different power batteries in different temperature data and different preset optimal working temperature upper limit values is determined according to the temperature data and the preset optimal working temperature upper limit values in the test process, the rising time is the rising time of the power battery from the current temperature value to the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value, then the temperature data, the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value and the rising time corresponding to the temperature data, the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value and the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value are integrated into a battery cell performance parameter table, and the battery cell performance parameter table is stored for standby. Therefore, after the temperature data of the power battery at the first moment and the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value are obtained, the battery core performance parameter table can be inquired according to the temperature data and the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value, so that the rising time of the power battery from the current temperature value at the first moment to the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value can be obtained.
S103, determining the starting moment of the cooling fan based on the rising time and the preset cooling fan cooling time.
Specifically, after determining the rising time of the power battery from the current temperature value at the first moment to the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value, comparing the rising time with the preset cooling fan cooling time, and judging at which moment the cooling fan is started, so that the power battery can reach the optimal temperature value in the optimal working temperature range in the shortest time without continuously rising the temperature to the preset optimal working temperature upper limit value, and further exceeding the upper limit value, thereby influencing the service life of the power battery.
Optionally, S103, determining the start time of the cooling fan based on the rising time and the preset cooling fan cooling time includes: comparing the rising time with the preset cooling time of the cooling fan; if the rising time is greater than the preset cooling fan cooling time, determining a first wind speed and a first wind quantity of the cooling fan based on the preset cooling fan cooling time, and determining the starting time of the cooling fan.
Specifically, the cooling fan has different gear positions, and each gear position corresponds to a corresponding wind speed and wind quantity. The preset cooling fan cooling time is the duration that the cooling fan obtained by the experimental test can reduce the temperature of the power battery by a plurality of degrees under different wind speeds and wind volumes in advance, therefore, the preset cooling fan cooling time is a set of data, namely, one preset cooling fan cooling time corresponds to one wind speed value and one wind volume value, the preset cooling fan cooling time obtained by the experimental test, the corresponding wind speeds and wind volumes are integrated into one cooling time table, and after the rising time is obtained, the cooling time table is queried, so that the preset cooling fan cooling time can be obtained.
The specific table look-up method can be that the rising time of the power battery is compared with the preset cooling fan cooling time in the table, if the rising time is larger than the preset cooling fan cooling time, the fan can reduce the temperature of the power battery to an optimal temperature value in an optimal working range before the power battery reaches a preset optimal working temperature upper limit value, and therefore the cooling time of the cooling fan to reduce the temperature of the power battery to the optimal temperature value in the optimal working temperature range can be determined. The preset cooling fan cooling time corresponds to the corresponding wind speed and wind quantity of the cooling fan, namely, the corresponding first wind speed and first wind quantity can be determined based on the preset cooling fan cooling time, meanwhile, the cooling time can be determined by making a difference between the rising time and the preset cooling fan cooling time, the starting time of the cooling fan is further determined, namely, the cooling fan is started from the time in advance to cool the power battery, and the power battery can be prevented from continuously heating up to reach the upper limit value of the preset optimal working temperature and further exceeding the upper limit value.
For example, assuming that the rising time is 65 minutes, the preset cooling fan cooling time satisfying less than the rising time is 45 minutes after the corresponding lookup table, the rising time and the preset cooling fan cooling time are differed by 20 minutes, the cooling fan is started to cool the power battery after 20 minutes from the moment, and the gear of the cooling fan is set to be the wind speed and the wind volume corresponding to the preset cooling fan cooling time of 45 minutes.
Optionally, after determining the start time of the cooling fan in step S103, the method for determining the start time of the cooling fan further includes: after the cooling fan is started for a preset time, judging whether the cooling amplitude of the power battery reaches the preset cooling amplitude; if not, the current temperature data of the power battery is acquired again, the corresponding rising time is determined again based on the current temperature data, and then the second wind speed and the second wind quantity of the cooling fan are determined based on the determined rising time, wherein the second wind speed is larger than the first wind speed, and the second wind quantity is larger than the second wind quantity.
Specifically, in order to ensure that cooling of the power battery can be effectively achieved, after the cooling fan is turned on for a preset period of time, for example, after the cooling fan is turned on for half an hour, temperature data of the power battery needs to be acquired again, whether the cooling range of the power battery reaches the preset cooling range or not is judged, that is, whether the cooling requirement can be met by detecting whether the cooling fan uses a gear of the first wind speed and the first wind quantity as the cooling of the power battery or not, the preset cooling range can be obtained according to the corresponding preset cooling fan cooling time, that is, the temperature of the power battery can be reduced by a plurality of degrees in the preset cooling fan cooling time, and then the believed preset cooling range can be obtained.
If the cooling amplitude does not reach the preset cooling amplitude, the current cooling fan is indicated to cool the power battery by taking the gear of the first air speed and the first air quantity as the power battery, the steps S101-S102 are required to be re-executed, the new preset cooling fan cooling time is determined according to the re-determined rising time table, and the second air speed and the second air quantity of the cooling fan are further determined, so that the cooling fan can timely change the gear to cool the power battery.
In a word, by the method for determining the starting time of the cooling fan, the wind speed of the cooling fan can be started and regulated in advance, and the power battery is cooled in time, so that the power battery can be in an optimal working temperature range, the performance of the power battery is kept in an optimal interval, a user is guaranteed to have good driving experience to a certain extent, and the service life of the power battery is prolonged; on the other hand, the cooling fan is started in advance to cool the power battery, so that the power battery is in a pre-optimal working temperature range, the cooling fan does not need to be controlled to be started to the maximum wind speed, and the service life decay speed of the cooling fan is reduced.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for determining a start time of a cooling fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in S103, after determining the start time of the cooling fan, the method for determining the start time of the cooling fan further includes:
s201, integrating the starting time of the cooling fan and the running condition of the driving equipment at the first time into cooling fan starting time information, and uploading the cooling fan starting time information to the cloud server.
Specifically, in the driving process of the driving equipment, the driving working condition at the first moment can be obtained in real time, the driving working condition specifically comprises driving road condition information of the driving equipment, GPS positioning information, driving environment information and the like, and the driving road condition information specifically comprises driving conditions of the driving equipment in ascending, descending and flat road or driving conditions of acceleration, deceleration and the like; the GPS positioning information can accurately indicate the current position of the driving equipment; the environmental information includes geographical environmental information such as mountain roads, urban areas, suburban areas, etc., and may also include climate environmental information such as weather conditions, etc.
After determining the starting time of the cooling fan and acquiring the driving working condition under the same time (i.e. the first time), the starting time information of the cooling fan can be integrated into the starting time information of the cooling fan, and the starting time information of the cooling fan is uploaded to the cloud server side, so that other driving equipment can share the starting time information of the cooling fan.
Optionally, the cooling fan on time information is uploaded to the cloud server through a wireless communication mode.
Specifically, the cooling fan start time information may be uploaded to the cloud server through a wireless communication module such as a Zigbee module, a bluetooth module, a WiFi module, or may be uploaded to the cloud server through another module capable of implementing wireless communication.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for turning on a cooling fan according to an embodiment of the present invention. The cooling fan start-up method is applied to driving equipment, and the driving equipment stores cooling fan start-up timing information determined by the cooling fan start-up timing determination method according to any one of the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 3, the cooling fan turning-on method specifically includes the following steps:
s301, acquiring the current driving condition of the driving equipment, wherein the driving condition at least comprises one of the following: current road condition information, current location information, and current environment information.
Specifically, during the driving process of the driving device, the ECU (Electronic Control Unit ) can acquire the current driving condition of the driving device in real time, where the driving condition at least includes current road condition information, current position information, current environment information, and the like of the driving device, and specifically, the current road condition information is used to represent the current driving condition information of the driving device, such as uphill, downhill, and flat road, or the current driving condition information of the driving device, such as acceleration and deceleration; the current position information refers to the current position of the driving equipment positioned by the GPS positioning device; the current environmental information may include geographical environmental information such as mountain roads, urban areas, suburban areas, etc., and may also include climate environmental information such as weather conditions, etc.
S302, inquiring the pre-stored cooling fan starting time information of the driving equipment according to the driving working condition, and determining the starting time of the cooling fan.
Specifically, the cooling fan start timing information determined by the cooling fan start timing determining method in the above embodiment may be stored in the driving device in advance, and after the driving device acquires the driving working condition in real time during the driving process, the cooling fan start timing information may be queried according to the acquired driving working condition to determine the start timing of the cooling fan under the same working condition.
S303, starting the cooling fan based on the determined starting moment of the cooling fan.
Specifically, after inquiring the starting time of the cooling fan under the same working condition, the ECU can control the cooling fan to be started at the corresponding time to cool the power battery.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another method for turning on a cooling fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, after S303, the method for turning on a cooling fan further includes:
s401, obtaining cooling fan starting time information of the cloud server side every preset time.
S402, updating cooling fan start time information pre-stored in the driving equipment by using cooling fan start time information of the cloud server side.
Specifically, in the driving process, after the driving device determines the starting time of the cooling fan according to different driving conditions, the driving device uploads the starting time of the cooling fan to the cloud server side, so that the cooling fan starting time information stored in the cloud server side is in unscheduled updating, and therefore, in order to ensure that the cooling fan starting time information stored in the driving device can be in the latest state, the ECU acquires the cooling fan starting time information stored in the cloud server side every interval preset time length and is used for updating the cooling fan starting time information stored in the driving device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cooling fan starting time information stored in the driving equipment is updated in a timing updating mode, so that the stability and reliability of the cooling fan starting are further improved.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for turning on a cooling fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, where S402 specifically includes the following steps:
s501, comparing the cooling fan start time information on the driving equipment with the cooling fan start time information of the cloud server side.
S502, if the cooling time of the power battery is shorter due to the start time of the cooling fan start time information of the cloud server under the same driving working condition, the cooling fan start time information of the driving equipment is replaced by the cooling fan start time information of the cloud server under the driving working condition.
Specifically, after the ECU obtains the cooling fan start timing information of the cloud server, comparing the cooling fan start timing information stored on the driving device with the cooling fan start timing information of the cloud server, and judging that under the same driving condition, the time length that the corresponding stored cooling fan start time can enable the temperature of the power battery to be reduced to the optimal temperature value in the optimal working temperature range is shorter, if the cloud server side stored start time enables the cooling time to be shorter, replacing the cooling fan start timing information of the driving device under the corresponding driving condition with the cooling fan start timing information of the driving condition stored on the cloud server side, otherwise, retaining the cooling fan start timing information of the driving device under the corresponding driving condition originally stored on the driving device, and not updating.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the cooling fan on time information stored in the driving device can be in the latest state, the cooling fan on time information stored in the driving device in advance can be compared with the on time of the cooling fan calculated in real time by the BMS in the driving device, and if the on time of the cooling fan calculated in real time by the BMS can enable the cooling time of the power battery to be shorter, the cooling fan on time information stored in the driving device is updated by using the on time of the cooling fan calculated by the BMS.
