一种显示基板及显示装置，属于显示技术领域。该显示基板中，衬底基板(01)具有显示区(A1)、弯折区(A2)和焊盘区(A3)，且显示区(A1)在第一方向(X1)上的长度大于显示区(A1)在第二方向(Y1)上的长度。由于设置焊盘区(A3)、弯折区(A2)和显示区(A1)沿第二方向(Y1)排列，因此使得焊盘区(A3)位于显示区(A1)的较长的边界线所在侧，进而使得由焊盘区(A3)引入至显示区(A1)的每条信号线在显示区(A1)内的长度较短。相应的，由焊盘区(A3)引入至显示区(A1)的每条信号线两端的压差较小，采用该显示基板的显示装置的显示效果较好。
