In this embodiment, the main body that performs the transmission method of the upgrade data is the first device.
The device to be upgraded is a hardware device with simple communication, generally cannot access a network, and can establish communication connection with the first device through the transparent transmission device. The first device is connected with a superior device (a terminal device such as a mobile phone, a server, or other devices with upgrade data receiving function), and the first device may be an HMI device (a man-machine interface device), an IOT device (an internet of things device), or the like. The first device and the upper device may be a wireless connection (such as WIFI, bluetooth, zigBee, etc.) or a wired connection. The superior device can access a PLM (product lifecycle management system) that stores an upgrade program. The upper-level device or the first device is provided with a user interaction page, the upper-level device or the first device receives parameter information input by a user through the user interaction page, the parameter information can determine a current upgrading task, upgrading data are called according to the upgrading task, and the first device can forward an upgrading file to the other first device or the transparent transmission device. The upgrade file includes parameter information (which may include the type of device to be upgraded, station number, port number, communication link, communication protocol, communication baud rate, etc.) and upgrade data.
When the first device receives the upgrade file sent by the superior device, the current upgrade task is determined, and the parameter information and the upgrade data input by the corresponding user in the upgrade file need to be confirmed, wherein the parameter information at least comprises a first communication protocol identifier of the device to be upgraded, and the upgrade data and the parameter information can be determined from the upgrade file sent by the superior device. The first device may also be provided with a user interaction interface, and directly receive parameter information input by a user, where the parameter information at least includes a communication protocol identifier, and after the first device confirms the parameter information, the first device connects to a superior device, and obtains an upgrade program from the superior device.
Step S20, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, transmitting a starting data frame carrying the parameter information to the transparent transmission equipment;
In this embodiment, the first device may directly send the first data frame carrying the upgrade program to the device to be upgraded or the transparent device, where the transparent device is used to convert the data frame, and finally, send the data frame carrying the upgrade program to the device to be upgraded. The key of the first device sending to the device to be upgraded or the transparent transmission device is whether the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded by 2.
The method comprises the steps that a first device obtains a first communication protocol of the first device and a second communication protocol of a device to be upgraded, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded, a start data frame carrying parameter information is sent to a transparent transmission device, the start data frame further comprises a transparent transmission flag bit, and the transparent transmission device is informed of entering a transparent transmission mode.
Optionally, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded, receiving upgrade data sent by the superior device; and sending the upgrade data to the equipment to be upgraded based on the second communication protocol. Furthermore, the first device can encapsulate the upgrade data into the first data frame based on the second communication protocol, and directly send the first data frame to the device to be upgraded.
Step S30, receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame;
In this embodiment, when receiving a transmission flag bit of a start data frame sent by a first device, after entering a transmission mode, a response data frame is returned to the first device, where the response data frame is used to instruct the first device to send the first data frame, and after the first device receives the response data frame returned by the transmission device according to the start data frame and determines that the transmission device enters the transmission mode.
Optionally, when the first device receives the response data frame sent by the transparent transmission device, it is determined that the transparent transmission device enters the transparent transmission mode. If the first device does not receive the response data frame sent by the transparent transmission device within the preset time after sending the starting data frame to the transparent transmission device, the first device readjust the relevant parameters of the starting data frame and resends the starting data frame to the transparent transmission device. If the number of times of transmission is greater than a preset threshold, transmitting feedback information of the transparent transmission equipment errors to the upper-level equipment, or prompting a user of the transparent transmission equipment errors through a display page of the user.
Step S40, receiving upgrade data sent by the superior equipment;
In this embodiment, the first device and the upper device may be a wireless connection (such as WIFI, bluetooth, zigBee, etc.) or a wired connection. The upper device can be connected with a PLM (product life cycle management system), the PLM stores an upgrade program, the upper device is provided with a user interaction page, the upper device receives parameter information input by a user through the user interaction page, the parameter information can determine a current upgrade task, upgrade data are called according to the upgrade task, the called upgrade program is sent to the first device, or the first device determines parameter information input by the user through the interaction page of the first device, determines a work task, confirms relevant information of the device to be upgraded according to the upgrade task, sends a request for the upgrade program to the upper device, and receives the upgrade data sent by the upper device.
Optionally, the first device establishes a wired connection or a wireless connection with the superior device; the wireless connection is connected based on wireless hotspots of the superior equipment; and receiving the upgrade data sent by the superior equipment based on wired connection or wireless connection.
Step S50, a first data frame carrying the upgrade data is sent to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into the second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
In this embodiment, after determining that the transparent transmission device enters the transparent transmission mode, the first device sends a first data frame carrying upgrade data to the transparent transmission device. The transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into the second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded, and the equipment to be upgraded can determine upgrading data based on the second data frame and conduct software upgrading according to the upgrading data.
To better illustrate the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 4, a device software upgrade process is provided:
the mobile phone 1 and the cloud of the Internet of things belong to a superior device, the network bridge device 2, the HMI device 3 and the IOT device 4 belong to a first device, the first device can be in wireless communication connection with the superior device, the superior device can be connected with a PLM system, upgrade data of a device 6 (which can be an industrial control device such as a motor or a frequency converter) to be upgraded are obtained from the PLM system, and the superior device generates an upgrade file according to a work task and sends the upgrade file to the first device. It should be noted that, the HMI device 3 may directly provide an interactive interface for a client to obtain information of relevant parameters input by the user, and mainly includes: the type of upgrade device, station number, port number, communication link, communication protocol, communication baud rate, or communication timeout time, or a combination of information. In addition, the IOT device 4 may also access the cloud end of the internet of things to obtain an upgrade file. In the figure ①②③④⑤, five different upgrade data transmission channels are shown, wherein ①②③ three paths need to be connected to a PLC device 5 (programmable logic controller), the PLC device 5 belongs to a transparent transmission device, and when the communication protocols between the first device and the device 6 to be upgraded are different, the data frame is processed through the PLC device 5 and then sent to the device 6 to be upgraded. ④⑤ The PLC device 5 need not be accessed and the data frame can be directly transmitted to the device 6 to be upgraded.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, parameter information input by a user is received; the parameter information comprises a communication protocol identifier; the communication protocol identifier is used for identifying a second communication protocol adopted by the first device; if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, sending a starting data frame carrying the parameter information to the transparent transmission equipment; receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame; receiving upgrade data sent by superior equipment; a first data frame carrying the upgrade data is sent to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into the second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded. When the first device receives parameter information input by a user, according to the second communication protocol of the first device and the second communication protocol to be upgraded, whether to send a first data frame carrying upgrade data to the transparent transmission device is determined, and the transparent transmission device converts the first data frame to enable the device to be upgraded to normally obtain an upgrade program, so that transmission paths of various upgrade data are provided, and software upgrade of the device to be upgraded in various scenes is met. Meanwhile, the first equipment is accessed to network communication, so that the issue of upgrading data is realized, the equipment is not required to be upgraded manually on site, the efficiency of upgrading the software of the equipment is improved, and the cost is reduced.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for transmitting the upgrade data, which comprises a memory, a processor and a transmission program of the upgrade data, wherein the transmission program of the upgrade data is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, and the steps of the method for transmitting the upgrade data described in the above embodiments are realized when the transmission program of the upgrade data is executed by the processor.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a communication system which comprises a transparent transmission device, a first device, a device to be upgraded and a superior device; the upper-level equipment is connected with the first equipment, the first equipment is connected with the transparent transmission equipment, and the transparent transmission equipment is connected with the equipment to be upgraded; the transparent transmission device is used for realizing the steps of the upgrade data transmission method according to the above embodiments; the first device is configured to implement the steps of the method for transmitting upgrade data according to the above embodiments; the equipment to be upgraded is used for upgrading according to the upgrading data; the superior device is configured to send the upgrade data to the transparent device, the first device, or the device to be upgraded.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further proposes a transparent transmission device, and referring to fig. 5, the transparent transmission device 100 includes:
A receiving module 101, a converting module 102, and a transmitting module 103, where the receiving module 101 is configured to receive a first data frame sent by a first device; the first data frame comprises upgrade data; the conversion module 102 is configured to perform format conversion on the first data frame according to a first communication protocol corresponding to a device to be upgraded, so as to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol; and the sending module 103 is configured to send the second data frame to the device to be upgraded, where the second data frame is used to upgrade the device to be upgraded.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a transmission program of upgrade data, and the transmission program of upgrade data realizes the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data in the above embodiments when being executed by a processor.

Claims (8)

1. The transmission method of the upgrade data is characterized by being applied to the transparent transmission equipment, and comprises the following steps:
Receiving a starting data frame sent by first equipment, wherein the starting data frame comprises a transparent transmission flag bit;
Entering a transparent transmission mode after receiving the transparent transmission flag bit;
Returning a response data frame to the first device; the response data frame is used for indicating the first equipment to send a first data frame;
Receiving the first data frame sent by the first device; the first data frame comprises upgrade data;
Determining an encapsulation field of the first data frame according to a second communication protocol corresponding to the first device;
acquiring a first communication protocol corresponding to equipment to be upgraded based on a starting data frame sent by the first equipment;
and replacing the encapsulation field based on the first communication protocol to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol, specifically: deleting the encapsulation fields at the front and rear of the first data frame, and re-encapsulating the first data frame according to the first communication protocol to obtain the second data frame;
and sending the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
2. The method for transmitting the upgrade data is characterized by being applied to a first device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving parameter information input by a user; the parameter information comprises a communication protocol identifier; the communication protocol identifier is used for identifying a first communication protocol adopted by equipment to be upgraded;
If the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, transmitting a starting data frame carrying the parameter information and the transparent identification bit to the transparent transmission equipment;
receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame;
Receiving upgrade data sent by superior equipment;
A first data frame carrying the upgrade data is sent to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission device is configured to convert a first data frame with a second communication protocol into a second data frame with the first communication protocol, and forward the second data frame to a device to be upgraded, and specifically, determine an encapsulation field of the first data frame according to the second communication protocol corresponding to the first device; acquiring a first communication protocol corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded based on a starting data frame sent by the first equipment; and replacing the encapsulation field based on the first communication protocol to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol, specifically: deleting the encapsulation fields at the front and rear of the first data frame, and re-encapsulating the first data frame according to the first communication protocol to obtain the second data frame; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
3. The method for transmitting upgrade data according to claim 2, further comprising, after said step of receiving parameter information input by a user:
if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, receiving upgrading data sent by the superior equipment;
And sending the upgrade data to the equipment to be upgraded based on the second communication protocol.
4. A method for transmitting upgrade data according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein said step of receiving upgrade data transmitted from a superior device comprises:
Establishing wired connection or wireless connection with the superior equipment; the wireless connection is connected based on wireless hotspots of the superior equipment;
and receiving the upgrade data sent by the superior equipment based on wired connection or wireless connection.
5. A permeabilization apparatus, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a transmission program of upgrade data stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the upgrade data transmission method of claim 1.

A communication system, which is characterized by comprising a transparent transmission device, a first device, a device to be upgraded and a superior device; the upper-level equipment is connected with the first equipment, the first equipment is connected with the transparent transmission equipment, and the transparent transmission equipment is connected with the equipment to be upgraded;
The transparent transmission device is used for realizing the step of the transmission method of the upgrade data according to claim 1;
the first device is configured to implement the steps of the method for transmitting upgrade data according to any one of claims 2 to 4;
