The equipment to be upgraded is hardware equipment with simple communication, generally cannot be accessed to a network, and can establish communication connection with the first equipment through the transparent transmission equipment. The first device is connected to a higher-level device (a terminal device such as a mobile phone and a server, or other devices capable of receiving upgrade data), and the first device may be an HMI device (human-machine interface device), an IOT device (internet of things device), or the like. The first device and the superior device may be in wireless connection (such as WIFI, bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.) or in wired connection. The upper level device can access a PLM (product lifecycle management system) which stores an upgrade program. The superior device or the first device has a user interaction page, the superior device or the first device receives parameter information input by a user through the user interaction page, the parameter information can determine a current upgrading task, upgrading data is called according to the upgrading task, and the first device can forward an upgrading file to another first device or transparent transmission equipment. The upgrade file includes parameter information (which may include the type of device to be upgraded, station number, port number, communication link, communication protocol, communication baud rate, etc.) and upgrade data.
When the first device receives an upgrade file sent by the superior device, that is, the current upgrade task is determined, the parameter information and the upgrade data input by the corresponding user in the upgrade file need to be determined, the parameter information at least includes a first communication protocol identifier of the device to be upgraded, and the upgrade data and the parameter information can be determined from the upgrade file sent by the superior device. The first device can also be provided with a user interaction interface for directly receiving the parameter information input by the user, the parameter information at least comprises a communication protocol identifier, and after the parameter information is confirmed, the first device is connected with the superior device to obtain the upgrading program from the superior device.
Step S20, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, sending a starting data frame carrying the parameter information to the transparent transmission equipment;
in this embodiment, the first device may directly send the first data frame carrying the upgrade program to the device to be upgraded or the transparent transmission device, where the transparent transmission device is used to convert the data frame, and finally, the first device may send the data frame carrying the upgrade program to the device to be upgraded. The key of whether the first device sends the device to be upgraded or the transparent transmission device is whether the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded 2.
The method comprises the steps that a first device obtains a first communication protocol of the first device and a second communication protocol of a device to be upgraded, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded, a starting data frame carrying parameter information is sent to a transparent transmission device, the starting data frame further comprises a transparent transmission flag bit, and the transparent transmission device is informed of entering a transparent transmission mode.
Optionally, if the second communication protocol adopted by the first device is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the device to be upgraded, receiving upgrade data sent by the superior device; and sending the upgrading data to the equipment to be upgraded based on the second communication protocol. Furthermore, the first device can package the upgrade data into a first data frame based on the second communication protocol, and directly send the first data frame to the device to be upgraded.
Step S30, receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame;
in this embodiment, when receiving a start data frame transparent transmission flag bit sent by the first device and entering the transparent transmission mode, the first device returns a response data frame to the first device, where the response data frame is used to instruct the first device to send the first data frame, and the first device receives the response data frame returned by the transparent transmission device according to the start data frame and determines that the transparent transmission device enters the transparent transmission mode.
Optionally, when the first device receives a response data frame sent by the pass-through device, it is determined that the pass-through device enters a pass-through mode. And if the first equipment does not receive the response data frame sent by the transparent transmission equipment within the preset time after sending the starting data frame to the transparent transmission equipment, readjusting the relevant parameters of the starting data frame, and sending the starting data frame to the transparent transmission equipment again. And if the sending times are larger than a preset threshold value, sending feedback information of the error of the transparent transmission equipment to the upper-level equipment, or prompting the user of the error of the transparent transmission equipment through a display page of the user.
Step S40, receiving upgrade data sent by superior equipment;
in this embodiment, the first device and the upper device may be in wireless connection (e.g., WIFI, bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.) or in wired connection. The upper device can be accessed to a PLM (product life cycle management system), the PLM stores an upgrading program, the upper device has a user interaction page, the upper device receives parameter information input by a user through the user interaction page, the parameter information can determine a current upgrading task, upgrade data are called according to the upgrading task, the called upgrading program is sent to the first device, or the first device determines the parameter information input by the user through the interaction page of the first device, determines a working task, confirms related information of a device to be upgraded according to the upgrading task, sends a request needing the upgrading program to the upper device, and receives the upgrading data sent by the upper device.
Optionally, the first device establishes a wired connection or a wireless connection with the superior device; the wireless connection is based on a wireless hotspot of the superior device; and receiving the upgrading data sent by the superior equipment based on wired connection or wireless connection.
Step S50, sending a first data frame carrying the upgrade data to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into a second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
In this embodiment, after determining that the transparent transmission device enters the transparent transmission mode, the first device sends a first data frame carrying the upgrade data to the transparent transmission device. The transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into a second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded, and the equipment to be upgraded can determine upgrading data based on the second data frame and upgrade software according to the upgrading data.
To better illustrate the above embodiments, referring to fig. 4, a device software upgrade process is provided:
the mobile phone 1 and the internet of things cloud belong to a superior device, the network bridge device 2, the HMI device 3 and the IOT device 4 belong to a first device, the first device can be in wireless communication connection with the superior device, the superior device can be accessed into a PLM system, upgrade data of a device 6 to be upgraded (which can be an industrial control device such as a motor or a frequency converter) is obtained from the PLM system, and the superior device generates an upgrade file according to a work task and sends the upgrade file to the first device. It should be noted that the HMI device 3 may directly provide an interactive interface for the client, and obtain the information of the relevant parameters input by the user, and mainly include: the type of the upgrading device, the station number, the port number, the communication link, the communication protocol, the communication baud rate or the communication timeout time, and the like, or a combination of a plurality of kinds of information. In addition, the IOT device 4 may also access the internet of things cloud to obtain the upgrade file. In the figure, the third step is that five different upgrading data transmission channels are adopted, wherein the third step is that three paths need to be accessed to a PLC device 3 (a programmable logic controller), the PLC device 3 belongs to a transparent transmission device, and when the communication protocols between the first device and the device 6 to be upgraded are different, the PLC device 3 processes data frames and sends the processed data frames to the device 6 to be upgraded. Fifthly, the data frame can be directly sent to the equipment to be upgraded 6 without accessing the PLC equipment 3.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, parameter information input by a user is received; the parameter information comprises a communication protocol identification; the communication protocol identification is used for identifying a second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment; if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, sending a starting data frame carrying the parameter information to the transparent transmission equipment; receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame; receiving upgrade data sent by superior equipment; a first data frame carrying the upgrade data and sent to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into a second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded. Therefore, when the first device receives the parameter information input by the user, whether the first data frame carrying the upgrading data is sent to the transparent transmission device or not is determined according to the second communication protocol of the first device and the second communication protocol to be upgraded, the first data frame is converted by the transparent transmission device, the device to be upgraded can normally obtain the upgrading program, transmission paths of various upgrading data are provided, and software upgrading of the device to be upgraded under various scenes is met. Meanwhile, the first equipment is accessed to the network for communication, so that the issuing of the upgrade data is realized, the equipment upgrading is not required to be carried out on site manually, the efficiency of software upgrading of the equipment is improved, and the cost is reduced.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a transmission device of upgrade data, where the transmission device of upgrade data includes a memory, a processor, and a transmission program of upgrade data that is stored in the memory and is executable on the processor, and when the transmission program of upgrade data is executed by the processor, the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data according to the above embodiments are implemented.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a communication system, which comprises transparent transmission equipment, first equipment, equipment to be upgraded and superior equipment; the superior equipment is connected with the first equipment, the first equipment is connected with the transparent transmission equipment, and the transparent transmission equipment is connected with the equipment to be upgraded; the transparent transmission equipment is used for realizing the transmission method of the upgrade data in each embodiment; the first device is configured to implement the steps of the transmission method of the upgrade data according to the above embodiments; the equipment to be upgraded is used for upgrading according to the upgrading data; the superior device is used for sending the upgrade data to the transparent transmission device, the first device or the device to be upgraded.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a transparent transmission device, exemplarily referring to fig. 5, where the transparent transmission device 100 includes:
the device comprises a receiving module 101, a converting module 102 and a sending module 103, wherein the receiving module 101 is used for receiving a first data frame sent by a first device; the first data frame comprises upgrading data; a conversion module 102, configured to perform format conversion on the first data frame according to a first communication protocol corresponding to a device to be upgraded, to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol; a sending module 102, configured to send the second data frame to the device to be upgraded, where the second data frame is used to upgrade the device to be upgraded.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a transmission program of upgrade data is stored, and when the transmission program of upgrade data is executed by a processor, the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data according to the above embodiments are implemented.

Claims (10)

1. A transmission method of upgrade data is applied to transparent transmission equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first data frame sent by first equipment; the first data frame comprises upgrading data;
carrying out format conversion on the first data frame according to a first communication protocol corresponding to equipment to be upgraded to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol;
and sending the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
2. The method for transmitting upgrade data according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing format conversion on the first data frame according to a first communication protocol corresponding to a device to be upgraded to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol includes:
determining an encapsulation field of the first data frame according to a second communication protocol corresponding to the first device;
acquiring a first communication protocol corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded;
and replacing the encapsulation field based on the first communication protocol to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol.
3. The method for transmitting upgrade data according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the first data frame transmitted by the first device is preceded by:
receiving a starting data frame sent by the first equipment, wherein the starting data frame comprises a transparent transmission zone bit;
entering a transparent transmission mode after receiving the transparent transmission flag bit;
returning a response data frame to the first device; the response data frame is used to instruct the first device to transmit the first data frame.
4. A transmission method of upgrade data is applied to a first device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving parameter information input by a user; the parameter information comprises a communication protocol identification; the communication protocol identification is used for identifying a first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded;
if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is different from the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, sending a starting data frame carrying the parameter information to the transparent transmission equipment;
receiving a response data frame returned by the transparent transmission equipment according to the starting data frame;
receiving upgrade data sent by superior equipment;
a first data frame carrying the upgrade data and sent to the transparent transmission equipment; the transparent transmission equipment is used for converting the first data frame with the second communication protocol into a second data frame with the first communication protocol and forwarding the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded; and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
5. The method for transmitting upgrade data according to claim 4, further comprising, after the step of receiving the parameter information input by the user:
if the second communication protocol adopted by the first equipment is the same as the first communication protocol adopted by the equipment to be upgraded, receiving upgrade data sent by the superior equipment;
and sending the upgrading data to the equipment to be upgraded based on the second communication protocol.
6. The method for transmitting upgrade data according to any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the step of receiving upgrade data transmitted by a superior device includes:
establishing wired connection or wireless connection with the superior device; the wireless connection is based on a wireless hotspot of the superior device;
and receiving the upgrading data sent by the superior equipment based on wired connection or wireless connection.
7. A pass-through apparatus, comprising: memory, processor and transmission program of upgrade data stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the transmission program of upgrade data implementing the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data according to any one of claims 1 to 3 when executed by the processor.
8. A communication system is characterized by comprising transparent transmission equipment, first equipment, equipment to be upgraded and superior equipment; the superior equipment is connected with the first equipment, the first equipment is connected with the transparent transmission equipment, and the transparent transmission equipment is connected with the equipment to be upgraded;
the unvarnished transmission device is used for realizing the step of the transmission method of the upgrade data according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the first device is configured to implement the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data according to any one of claims 4 to 6;
the equipment to be upgraded is used for upgrading according to the upgrading data;
the superior device is used for sending the upgrade data to the transparent transmission device, the first device or the device to be upgraded.
9. A pass-through apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a first data frame sent by first equipment; the first data frame comprises upgrading data;
the conversion module is used for carrying out format conversion on the first data frame according to a first communication protocol corresponding to equipment to be upgraded to obtain a second data frame corresponding to the first communication protocol;
and the sending module is used for sending the second data frame to the equipment to be upgraded, and the second data frame is used for upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a transmission program of upgrade data, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the transmission method of upgrade data according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or 4 to 6.
