The license plate recognition parking management system of claim 1, wherein a protection mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the protection rod (18), the protection mechanism comprises a plurality of water bags (19) and a protection pad (21), the outer walls of two sides of each water bag (19) are respectively bonded with the protection rod (18) and the protection pad (21), and a conduit (22) is arranged between every two adjacent water bags (19).
