Abstract

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information recommendation method. The information recommendation method comprises the following steps: acquiring user characteristics; determining a target member interest to be recommended in a plurality of member interests according to the user characteristics; and sending recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests. By means of the method for recommending the membership rights to the user in a targeted manner based on the user characteristics, the method disclosed by the invention is used for improving the exposure probability of part of the membership rights to the user in a targeted manner based on the user characteristics, improving the accuracy of showing the membership rights to the user and further being beneficial to improving the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the membership rights. Furthermore, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a medium, an apparatus, and a computing device.

Technical Field

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information recommendation method, medium, apparatus, and computing device.

Background

This section is intended to provide a background or context to the embodiments of the disclosure recited in the claims. The description herein is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.

On an internet service application program (such as an application program providing multimedia playing services of songs, videos and the like), corresponding member services are provided for users in a manner of selling member rights.

Currently, all the affiliate services provided by an application are exposed on the affiliate center page of the application. After the user clicks to enter the member center page, the user can search the required member rights among the plurality of member rights by sliding the page, clicking the member rights and the like.

However, in the above manner, as the kinds of the membership rights increase, many membership rights are difficult to be discovered and perceived by the user, resulting in a low conversion rate and usage rate of the membership rights. For example, in addition to the popular member interests such as "member free advertisement", "free download", "high quality audio", etc. being known to the user, the other member interests are almost transparent to the user, and the user does not know what services the member interests provide.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure provides an information recommendation method, medium, apparatus, and computing device to solve the problem that a conversion rate and a usage rate of a member right are low due to the fact that the member right is difficult to be found and perceived by a user.

In a first aspect of the disclosed embodiments, there is provided an information recommendation method applied to a server, the information recommendation method including: acquiring user characteristics; determining a target member interest to be recommended in a plurality of member interests according to the user characteristics; and sending recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, determining a target membership right to be recommended among a plurality of membership rights according to a user characteristic includes: determining recommended resources in a digital resource library according to the user characteristics; and determining a target membership right in a membership right library according to the recommended resource, wherein the membership right library comprises a plurality of membership rights.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user characteristics include a user behavior tag, and determining recommended resources in the digital resource library according to the user characteristics includes: determining digital resources matched with the user behavior labels in a digital resource library; and determining the recommended resource as a digital resource matched with the user behavior label.

In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user behavior tags include at least one of: playing behavior tags, purchasing behavior tags and rights and interests use behavior tags, and determining digital resources matched with the user behavior tags in a digital resource library, wherein the steps comprise: determining a digital resource matched with the playing behavior tag in a digital resource library; and/or, determining a digital resource matched with the purchasing behavior label in a digital resource library; and/or, in the digital resource library, determining the digital resource matched with the rights and interests use behavior label.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the digital resource library further includes a content tag of a recommended resource, the member interest library further includes a plurality of interest tags of member interests, and the determining a target member interest in the member interest library according to the recommended resource includes: in the member rights and interests library, carrying out similarity matching on the content label of the recommended resource and the rights and interests labels of a plurality of member rights and interests; and determining the target member rights as the member rights of which the similarity between the rights label and the content label of the recommended resource is greater than the similarity threshold.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommendation information includes a member interest package, and before sending the recommendation information to the terminal, the method further includes: and combining the target member rights to obtain a member rights package.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, combining the target member rights to obtain the member rights package includes: screening and/or sorting the target member rights and interests; and combining the processed target member rights to obtain a member rights package.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the screening and/or ranking process of the target member interests includes: determining the weight corresponding to the target member rights; and screening and/or sorting the target member rights according to the weight corresponding to the target member rights.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommendation information further includes a rights and interests recommendation file of the rights and interests of the target member, and before sending the recommendation information to the terminal, the method further includes: and generating the rights and interests recommendation file of the target member rights and interests according to the preset file template corresponding to the recommended resources and the target member rights and interests.

In a second aspect of the disclosed embodiments, there is provided an information recommendation method applied to a terminal, the information recommendation method including: receiving recommendation information from a server, wherein the recommendation information comprises target member rights and interests, and the target member rights and interests are related to user characteristics; and responding to the recommendation information, and displaying the target member rights and interests.

In a fourth aspect of the disclosed embodiments, there is provided an information recommendation apparatus applied to a server, the information recommendation apparatus including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire a user characteristic; the determining unit is used for determining target member rights to be recommended in the plurality of member rights according to the user characteristics; and the sending unit is used for sending recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining unit is specifically configured to: determining recommended resources in a digital resource library according to the user characteristics; and determining a target membership right in a membership right library according to the recommended resource, wherein the membership right library comprises a plurality of membership rights.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user characteristic includes a user behavior tag, and the determining unit is specifically configured to: determining digital resources matched with the user behavior labels in a digital resource library; and determining the recommended resource as a digital resource matched with the user behavior label.

In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, the user behavior tags include at least one of: the play behavior tag, the purchase behavior tag and the rights and interests use behavior tag, and the determining unit is specifically configured to: determining a digital resource matched with the playing behavior tag in a digital resource library; and/or, determining a digital resource matched with the purchasing behavior label in a digital resource library; and/or, in the digital resource library, determining the digital resource matched with the rights and interests use behavior label.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the digital resource library further includes a content tag of a recommended resource, the member interest library further includes interest tags of a plurality of member interests, and the determining unit is specifically configured to: in the member rights and interests library, carrying out similarity matching on the content label of the recommended resource and the rights and interests labels of a plurality of member rights and interests; and determining the target member rights as the member rights of which the similarity between the rights label and the content label of the recommended resource is greater than the similarity threshold.

In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommendation information includes a member interest package, and the information recommendation apparatus further includes: and the combination unit is used for combining the target member rights and interests to obtain the member rights and interests package.

In a further embodiment of the disclosure, the combination unit is specifically configured to: screening and/or sorting the target member rights and interests; and combining the processed target member rights to obtain a member rights package.

In a fifth aspect of the disclosed embodiments, there is provided an information recommendation apparatus applied to a terminal, the information recommendation apparatus including: the receiving unit is used for receiving recommendation information from the server, wherein the recommendation information comprises target member rights and interests, and the target member rights and interests are related to user characteristics; and the display unit is used for responding to the recommendation information and displaying the target member rights and interests.

In an embodiment of the disclosure, the recommendation information includes a member interest package, the member interest package includes a target member interest, and the display unit is specifically configured to: and responding to the recommendation information, and displaying the member interest package.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommendation information further includes a rights and interests recommendation file of the target member rights and interests, and the display unit is further configured to: and responding to the recommendation information, and displaying the interest recommendation file of the target member interest.

In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the information recommendation apparatus further includes: and a transmitting unit for transmitting the membership right recommendation request to the server in response to a request for accessing the membership page.

In a sixth aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computing device comprising: at least one processor and memory; the memory stores computer-executable instructions; the at least one processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to cause the at least one processor to perform the information recommendation method as described in any one of the first aspect or the first aspect above, or to cause the at least one processor to perform the information recommendation method as described in any one of the second aspect or the second aspect above.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the membership right to be recommended to the user is determined based on the user characteristics, and the recommendation information is sent to the terminal according to the membership right to be recommended to the user. Therefore, compared with the mode of displaying all the membership rights on the membership page, the embodiment of the disclosure is based on the user characteristics, and the membership rights are pertinently recommended to the user, so that the accuracy of displaying the membership rights is improved, the exposure probability of the membership rights in front of the user is improved, the attention of the user is attracted, and the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the membership rights are improved.

The principles and spirit of the present disclosure will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is understood that these embodiments are given solely for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand and to practice the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied as a system, apparatus, device, method, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, an information recommendation method, a medium, an apparatus and a computing device are provided.

In this context, it is to be understood that the terms referred to, and the meanings of the terms, are as follows:

(1) member rights and interests: and aiming at the privileges pushed out by the member users, such as coupons, welfare coupons, sound effect, personality skins and head portrait pendants. Typically, member rights opened to members at different levels vary.

(2) Member equity package: aggregated content comprising at least 2 affiliate benefits for presentation to a user.

(3) Digital resources: data resources owned by the service provider that can be provided to the user in electronic data. For example, music applications have resources in many aspects, such as audios and videos, comments, sound effects, performances, live broadcasts, songs on karaoke, and the like.

Moreover, any number of elements in the drawings are by way of example and not by way of limitation, and any nomenclature is used solely for differentiation and not by way of limitation.

The principles and spirit of the present disclosure are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the present disclosure.

Summary of The Invention

Currently, all the membership rights corresponding to members of different levels in the application program are mainly displayed on a certain page (e.g., a member personal center page, a member purchase page, etc.).

The inventor finds that, as the member grades are more and more divided and the types of the member rights and interests are more and more, the display mode is difficult to call the attention of the user to the member rights and interests, so that most of the member rights and interests are transparent to the user, namely, the user does not know about the services (or the values) provided by most of the member rights and interests, so that the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the member rights and interests are low, and the operation of the member rights and interests is not facilitated.

In the course of thinking about the solution to the above problems, the inventor finds that, in the technology related to information recommendation, users are generally classified based on user characteristics, and then some digital resources are recommended in a targeted and personalized manner according to the category group to which the users belong (for example, cinema users are classified and movies are recommended in a personalized manner according to the category group to which the users belong), but the recommendation method is not applied to the membership rights.

Therefore, the method is based on the idea of information recommendation, the target member rights to be recommended are determined in the plurality of member rights on the server side according to the user characteristics, and the target member rights are sent to the terminal in the information recommendation mode, so that personalized recommendation of the member rights is achieved, the user is reminded of paying attention to the member rights, and the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the member rights are improved.

Having described the general principles of the present disclosure, various non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below.

Application scene overview

Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 schematically illustrates an application scenario provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the application scenario involves a device including a server 101 and a terminal 102, and the server 101 and the terminal 102 may communicate via a network.

The server 101 is, for example, a product server of an application, user data, service data, and the like of the application are deployed in the server 101, and the terminal 102 is installed with a client of the application.

Among other things, the server 101 may provide application-related services to users of a plurality of terminals 102 (fig. 1 takes one terminal as an example). For example, the application is a song playing application, the user opens the application on the terminal 102 and operates the application, and in the process, the terminal 102 interacts with the server 101 to provide services such as song playing and song recording for the user.

The terminal may be a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) device, a handheld device with a wireless communication function (e.g., a smart phone or a tablet), a computing device (e.g., a Personal Computer (PC)), an in-vehicle device, a wearable device (e.g., a smart watch or a smart band), a smart home device (e.g., a smart display device), and the like.

Exemplary method

An information recommendation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 5 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flowchart of an information recommendation method provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the information recommendation method includes:

s201, the server acquires user characteristics.

Wherein the user characteristics reflect characteristics and/or preferences (or interests) of the user in one or more aspects.

In one example, the user characteristics include the user's age, gender, occupation, and other identity characteristics.

In yet another example, the user characteristics include user behavior characteristics (or user behavior preferences, or user interests) of the user in one or more aspects. Such as the user's listening to songs preferences, video viewing preferences, etc.

In this embodiment, the terminal may collect user information after being authorized by the user, where the user information may include user identity information and/or user behavior information. And the terminal sends the collected user information to the server. The server extracts the user characteristics from the user information from the terminal and can also store and call the user characteristics.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the user characteristics, the terminal can acquire user information in real time or according to a preset time interval, and the server periodically updates the user characteristics based on the user information fed back by the terminal. For example, the server performs an update of the user characteristics once a day.

S202, the server determines target membership rights to be recommended in the plurality of membership rights according to the user characteristics.

In this embodiment, after obtaining the user characteristics, the server may determine, based on the user characteristics, a member right meeting the user characteristics among the plurality of member rights, and determine that the member right to be recommended is the member right meeting the user characteristics, where for simplicity of description, the member right to be recommended is referred to as a target member right.

In one example, the rights content (or rights value, which is used to describe the service or value that the member rights can bring to the user) of the plurality of member rights can be text-matched with the user characteristics, and the target member rights to be recommended is determined as the member rights whose similarity between the rights content and the user characteristics is greater than the similarity threshold. Wherein the rights and interests content of the member rights and interests includes content for describing the value of the member rights and interests, for example, the rights and interests content of the member rights and interests such as 'song download' may include 'mass songs in a free download station'.

Wherein, the target member rights can be one or more. For example, when the user characteristics reflect that the user likes to both listen to a song and watch a concert, the target affiliate equity may include affiliate equity associated with listening to a song, and may also include affiliate equity associated with a concert ticket.

S203, the server sends recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

In this embodiment, after determining the target member rights and interests, the server sends recommendation information to the terminal, where the recommendation information includes the target member rights and interests, and specifically, the recommendation information includes rights and interests names of the target member rights and interests, and optionally, the recommendation information may also include rights and interests content of the target member rights and interests.

For example, when the target member interest includes two member interests of "song download" and "exclusive member song interest", the recommendation information includes the interest names of "song download" and "exclusive member song" of the target member interest, and may further include interest content of "song download" (for example, "mass songs in free download station") and interest content of "exclusive member song" (for example, "exclusive member song is listened to freely").

Optionally, the recommendation information further includes a target member level corresponding to the target member interest, so that the user can know that the target member interest can be enjoyed after the target member level is reached.

And S204, the terminal responds to the recommendation information and displays the target member rights and interests.

In this embodiment, after receiving the recommendation information from the server, the terminal acquires the target member rights to be recommended from the recommendation information, and displays the target member rights on its own display screen, so that the user at the terminal notices the target member rights. Because the target member rights are determined based on the user characteristics, compared with a mode of randomly displaying the member rights or displaying all the member rights, the mode of recommending the target member rights to the user can more accurately focus on the user preference and the user requirement, and the interest of the user on the target member rights can be more accurately stimulated, so that the user can further know the target member rights.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server determines the target member rights to be recommended based on the user characteristics, sends the target member rights to the terminal in a recommendation information mode, and displays the received target member rights by the terminal, so that the member rights are recommended individually, and the user can pay attention to the member rights related to own hobbies and demands. If the target member interest is the member interest under the member level purchased by the user, the recommendation scheme can remind the user to pay attention to and use the member interest owned by the user; the recommendation scheme facilitates more accurate member level purchases by the user if the target member interest is a member interest at a member level not purchased by the user. Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure can better guide and enhance the value perception of the user to the member rights and interests, is beneficial to improving the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the member rights and interests, makes the member rights and interests fully used, and makes the user feel 'beyond the best things'.

In some embodiments, where the user characteristics include user behavior characteristics, the user behavior characteristics may be represented as user behavior tags, in other words, the user characteristics include user behavior tags.

In this embodiment, the server may collect the user behavior information in advance on the premise of being authorized by the user. For example, the user behavior information may be a behavior log of the user within the application, the behavior log including behavior data of one or more aspects of the user on the application that are related to services provided by the application. Taking a song playing application program as an example, the behavior log includes behavior data of a plurality of user behaviors, such as a song playing behavior, a song purchasing behavior, and the like of the user. After the user behavior information is obtained, the server performs data analysis processing (for example, performs keyword extraction) on the user behavior information to obtain a user behavior tag.

When the application program is an audio/video playing application program, optionally, the user behavior tag includes at least one of the following: playing behavior labels, purchasing behavior labels and rights and interests using behavior labels.

The playing behavior label is obtained by carrying out data analysis processing on the user playing behavior, the purchasing behavior is obtained by carrying out data analysis processing on the user purchasing behavior, and the interest use behavior label is obtained by carrying out data analysis processing on the user interest use behavior.

Further, the playing behavior may include a song playing behavior, a Music Video (MV) playing behavior, and the like, and the data processing analysis may be performed on the song playing behavior and the MV playing behavior to analyze playing behavior tags such as a song style, a singer, and a language that the user likes.

Further, the purchasing behavior may include song purchasing behavior, performance purchasing behavior, member purchasing behavior, and the like, and in the process of performing data analysis on the purchasing behavior, the purchasing times of the user may be recorded for different purchasing behaviors, and the user is classified based on the purchasing times of the user to obtain a classification label of the user under the purchasing behavior, where the classification label is, for example, a mild user, a moderate user, and a severe user. For example, the number of purchases in the song purchasing behavior of the user is more than 10 and less than 30, and the user is classified as a light user in the song purchasing behavior; the user is classified as a moderate user under the performance purchasing behavior, which is greater than 30 times and less than 50 times. Thus, the classification labels of the users under different purchasing behaviors are obtained, and the classification labels are determined as purchasing behavior labels.

Further, the equity use behavior may include multiple equity use behaviors. For example, taking the application program as a song playing application program as an example, the rights and interests using behaviors may include sound effect and dynamic effect using behaviors, head portrait hanging using behaviors, personal skin using behaviors, and the like; analyzing based on the sound effect dynamic effect using behaviors of the user, analyzing to obtain the sound effect dynamic effects used by the user in the past, and determining the categories to which the sound effect dynamic effects belong as entitlement using behavior labels; similarly, based on the analysis of the usage behavior of the head portrait hanging piece and the usage behavior of the individual skin, the head portrait hanging piece and the individual skin which are used by the user in the past can be obtained through analysis, and the categories of the head portrait hanging piece and the individual skin are determined as the authorization usage behavior labels.

By way of example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 schematically illustrates a user behavior analysis graph provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3: the user behavior analysis can comprise analysis of playing behavior (such as listening to songs, playing MVs), purchasing behavior, and rights and interests behavior; analyzing the playing behavior can analyze the song style, singer, language and the like preferred by the user, and the song style, singer, language and the like can be used as a user behavior label; analyzing the purchasing behavior, for example, analyzing the preference of the user to purchase the performance in the application, such as the type of the purchased performance and the artist to which the purchased performance belongs, which may also be used as the user behavior tags, and the user category obtained by classifying the user based on the number of purchases may also be used as the user behavior tags; analyzing the rights and interests using behaviors, including analyzing the sound effect action using behaviors, the head portrait pendant using behaviors, the individual skin using behaviors and other rights and interests using behaviors, and respectively analyzing and obtaining the types of sound effect action, the types of head portrait pendants and the types of individual skin which are liked by the user in the past and have other rights and interests, wherein the types are used as user behavior labels.

Optionally, the server may store the user behavior tag obtained through analysis in the user behavior tag library, and may also update the user behavior tag library according to the newly acquired user behavior information at preset intervals.

In some embodiments, the acquisition timing of the user characteristic is at least one of:

in a possible implementation manner, the server obtains the updated user characteristics after updating the user characteristics, so as to update the membership rights to be recommended in time according to the updated user characteristics.

In another possible implementation manner, the server responds to the member interest recommendation request of the terminal, and acquires the pre-stored user characteristics so as to determine the member interest to be recommended when the terminal requests the member interest recommendation, and the accuracy of the recommended member interest is ensured.

In another possible implementation manner, after detecting that the user logs in the application program, the server obtains the user characteristics of the currently logged-in user, so that the membership rights and interests to be recommended are determined in time after the user logs in.

In some embodiments, the sending timing of the recommendation information is any one of the following:

in a possible implementation manner, after determining the rights and interests of the target members, the server generates recommendation information and sends the recommendation information to the terminal.

In yet another possible implementation, the server pre-determines the target membership rights (based on pre-stored user characteristics). And the server responds to the member rights recommendation request of the terminal and sends recommendation information to the terminal. Therefore, the recommendation information is sent when the terminal requests member rights recommendation, and the accuracy of the sending time of the recommendation information is improved.

In another possible implementation manner, the target membership rights are displayed at a preset position on the membership page, so that the target membership rights are displayed on the membership purchase page under the condition that the user has a tendency to know the membership rights or a tendency to purchase the membership, and convenience of the user in knowing the target membership rights is improved.

In some embodiments, the terminal may send an affiliate rights recommendation request to the server in response to a request to access an affiliate page. When a user clicks to enter a member page, the terminal receives a request for accessing the member page triggered by the user. Therefore, when the user is detected to visit the membership page, membership rights and interests are recommended, the suitability and accuracy of the membership rights and interests recommending time are improved, and the user can conveniently check the recommended membership rights and interests on the membership page. Thus, the accuracy of recommending resources is improved based on user behavior preferences. The user behavior tag may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and is not described in detail.

In this implementation manner, the user behavior tag may be matched with a digital resource in the digital resource library to obtain a digital resource matched with the user behavior tag, and the digital resource is determined as a recommended resource.

Optionally, the digital resource library further includes a content tag of the digital resource. The content tags of the digital resources are used for reflecting the data characteristics of the digital resources, for example, the content tags of the songs may include the song names, composers, word makers, singers, albums of the songs, the song styles, the song languages, and other contents. At this time, similarity matching may be performed on the content tags of the digital resources and the user behavior tags in the digital resource library, and it is determined that the recommended resources are digital resources whose similarity between the content tags and the user behavior tags is greater than a similarity threshold, or the digital resources are sorted in order of high similarity to low similarity between the content tags and the user behavior tags, and the recommended resources are determined as the top preset number of digital resources after sorting.

In yet another possible implementation manner, in a case that the user behavior tag includes at least one of a play behavior tag, a purchase behavior tag, and a rights and interests behavior tag, determining, in the digital resource library, a digital resource matching the user behavior tag includes: determining a digital resource matched with the playing behavior tag in a digital resource library; and/or, determining a digital resource matched with the purchasing behavior label in a digital resource library; and/or, in the digital resource library, determining the digital resource matched with the rights and interests use behavior label. Thus, the accuracy of determining recommended resources in the digital resource library is further improved.

Since the recommended resources are determined based on the user characteristics, the recommended resources are obtained by predicting the demands (e.g., access demands) of the user on the digital resources in the present and/or future period of time to some extent, and in brief, the recommended resources reflect the present and/or future demands of the user on the digital resources. Therefore, the target membership rights and interests are determined based on the recommended resources, the target membership rights and interests can better meet the current and/or future digital resource requirements of the user, the proper membership rights and interests can be recommended for the user in advance, and the user can know the membership rights and interests related to the recommended resources before acquiring the recommended resources.

For example, taking a song playing application as an example, the recommended resource determined based on the user characteristics is a performance of singer a, and the target affiliate interest determined based on the recommended resource is a ticketing privilege associated with the performance.

Optionally, the membership rights repository further comprises a plurality of rights labels for membership rights. The rights label of the membership rights can be obtained by analyzing the rights content of the membership rights (for example, extracting keywords), and the rights label of the membership rights can be determined as the rights name of the membership rights.

In one possible implementation, in a case where the digital resource library further includes a content tag of a recommended resource, and the membership rights library further includes rights tags of a plurality of membership rights, S403 includes: in the member rights and interests library, carrying out similarity matching on the content label of the recommended resource and the rights and interests labels of a plurality of member rights and interests; and determining the target member rights as the member rights of which the similarity between the rights label and the content label of the recommended resource is greater than the similarity threshold. Therefore, the efficiency and the accuracy of determining the target member rights are improved by labeling the recommended resources and the member rights and interests and combining similarity matching.

S404, the server sends recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server determines recommended resources in the digital resource library based on the user characteristics, determines target member rights and interests in the member rights and interests library based on the recommended resources, sends the target member rights and interests to the terminal in a recommended information mode, and the terminal displays the received target member rights and interests. Therefore, not only is the personalized recommendation of the membership rights realized, but also the association between the recommendation rights and the recommended resources is realized, and the membership rights related to the user hobbies and the user demands for the digital resources are recommended to the user, so that the conversion rate and the utilization rate of the membership rights are improved.

Based on any of the foregoing embodiments, some extended embodiments of the information recommendation method are provided below.

In some embodiments, the server combines the target member rights to obtain a member rights package, and then sends recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the member rights package. And the terminal responds to the recommendation information and displays the member interest package. Therefore, under the condition that the target member rights are multiple, compared with the condition that the target member rights are recommended to the user scattered, the target member rights are aggregated into the member rights package and then recommended to the user, the relevance of the target member rights is improved on display, the convenience of browsing the target member rights by the user is improved, and the time of the user is saved. For example, a membership interest recommendation area may be reserved on the membership purchase page, a membership interest package may be displayed in the area, a plurality of target membership interests in the membership interest package may be listed in parallel, and a user may view the plurality of target membership interests when interacting with the area.

In one possible implementation manner, the server combines the target member rights to obtain the member rights package, including: the server performs screening processing and/or sequencing processing on the target member rights and interests; and combining the processed target member rights to obtain a member rights package. Therefore, considering that different target member interests have different attractions to the user, the important disclosure (or important exposure) of the target member interests is realized by screening and/or sequencing the target member interests, so that the user mainly sees the part of the target member interests firstly, and finally, the user can see the part of the target member interests evenly.

In the implementation mode, the server screens the target member rights and interests, and part of the target member rights and interests which are attractive to the user can be selected from the target member rights and interests. For example, the user has purchased or used the membership rights, and for example, the membership rights with higher privilege level and discount level. And/or the server carries out sequencing processing on the target member rights, the target member rights which are more attractive to the user can be arranged in front, and the target member rights which are less attractive to the user can be arranged behind.

And then, the server combines the processed target member rights into a member rights package, and sends recommendation information to the terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the member rights package. And the terminal displays the target member rights in the member rights package according to the arrangement sequence of the target member rights in the member rights package.

Optionally, the server performs screening processing and/or sorting processing on the target member rights and interests, including: the server determines the weight corresponding to the target member rights; and screening and/or sorting the target member rights according to the weight corresponding to the target member rights.

For example, the operator can set the corresponding weights for the plurality of member rights according to the business requirements to mainly promote part of the member rights, and when the business requirements change, the operator can adjust the weights corresponding to the plurality of member rights. Therefore, the flexibility and the accuracy of the screening processing and/or the sorting processing of the target member rights are effectively improved through the flexible and adjustable weight.

In this alternative, the server reserves the member rights with the weight greater than or equal to the weight threshold according to the weight corresponding to the target member rights, so as to realize the screening processing of the target member rights. And/or the server sorts the target member rights according to the sequence of the weights corresponding to the target member rights from big to small, so as to realize the sorting processing of the target member rights, wherein the larger the weight is, the more important the member rights are; after the ranking process, all target affiliate benefits may be retained, or target affiliate benefits with weights greater than or equal to the weight threshold may be retained, or a top predetermined number of target affiliate benefits after the ranking may be retained. For example, when the number of the target member rights is less than or equal to the preset number, all the target member rights are reserved, otherwise, the sorted target member rights with the preset number are reserved.

In some embodiments, in the case that the recommended resource is determined in the digital resource library according to the user characteristics and the target member interest is determined in the member interest library according to the recommended resource, the recommendation information sent by the server to the terminal further includes the recommended resource. The method and the system realize personalized recommendation of the membership rights and the digital resources to the user, the recommended membership rights and the recommended digital resources are also associated, and the recommended digital resources are beneficial to assisting the user to know the value of the recommended membership rights and improve the recommendation effect of the membership rights.

Optionally, in a case that the recommendation information sent by the server to the terminal further includes a recommendation resource, the recommendation information further includes a rights and interests recommendation file of the target member rights and interests, and the recommendation resource is included in the rights and interests recommendation file of the target member rights and interests. At this time, before the server sends the recommendation information to the terminal, the rights and interests recommendation file of the target member rights can be generated according to the preset file template corresponding to the recommendation resource and the target member rights and interests. And after receiving the recommendation information, the terminal responds to the recommendation information and displays the target member rights and interests and the recommendation file of the target member rights and interests. The interest recommendation file is used for describing the association between the target member interest and the recommended resource, and further, the interest recommendation file is used for describing the value (such as discount offer) that the target member interest can bring on the recommended resource. Therefore, through the rights and interests recommending file, the effect of combined recommendation of the membership rights and interests and the digital resources is improved, and the membership rights and interests are easier to understand by the user.

In this embodiment, corresponding document templates, that is, corresponding preset document templates, may be set for a plurality of member rights in advance, and a first document content and a second document content that are fixed and unchangeable and can be flexibly edited (or flexibly replaced) are reserved in the preset document module, where the first document content is used to describe a digital resource and a value generated by using the member rights on the digital resource, and the second document content is used to describe the member rights. After determining the recommended resources and the target member rights and interests based on the recommended resources, the server can adjust the preset file template corresponding to the target member rights and interests based on the content tags of the recommended resources and the rights and interests tags of the target member rights and interests to obtain the rights and interests recommended file corresponding to the target member rights and interests.

As an example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of an information recommendation method provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 5, information recommendation for a user of a song application is taken as an example.

Having described the method of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, next, a storage medium of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 6.

Referring to fig. 6, a storage medium 60 stores therein a program product for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program codes, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. The computing device 90 shown in fig. 9 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the functionality or scope of use of embodiments of the disclosure.

As shown in fig. 9, computing device 90 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. 1. An information recommendation method is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:

acquiring user characteristics;

determining a target member interest to be recommended in a plurality of member interests according to the user characteristics;

and sending recommendation information to a terminal, wherein the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

2. The information recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target member interest to be recommended among a plurality of member interests according to the user characteristics comprises:

determining recommended resources in a digital resource library according to the user characteristics;

and determining the target member rights in a member rights library according to the recommended resources, wherein the member rights library comprises the plurality of member rights.

3. The information recommendation method of claim 2, wherein the user characteristics comprise user behavior tags, and the determining recommended resources in the digital resource library according to the user characteristics comprises:

determining a digital resource matched with the user behavior tag in the digital resource library;

and determining the recommended resource as the digital resource matched with the user behavior label.

The information recommendation method of claim 3, the user behavior tag comprising at least one of: playing behavior tags, purchasing behavior tags and rights and interests using behavior tags, wherein the step of determining digital resources matched with the user behavior tags in the digital resource library comprises the following steps:

determining a digital resource matched with the playing behavior tag in the digital resource library;

and/or, in the digital resource library, determining a digital resource matched with the purchasing behavior label;

and/or, in the digital resource library, determining the digital resource matched with the rights and interests use behavior label.

5. The information recommendation method of claim 2, the digital resource pool further comprising a content tag of the recommended resource, the member interest pool further comprising interest tags of the plurality of member interests, and the determining the target member interest in the member interest pool according to the recommended resource comprises:

in the member rights base, performing similarity matching on the content label of the recommended resource and the rights labels of the plurality of member rights;

and determining the target member rights and interests as member rights and interests of which the similarity between the rights and interests label and the content label of the recommended resource is greater than a similarity threshold value.

6. An information recommendation method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:

receiving recommendation information from a server, wherein the recommendation information comprises target member rights and interests, and the target member rights and interests are related to user characteristics;

and responding to the recommendation information, and displaying the target member rights and interests.

7. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement the information recommendation method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

8. An information recommendation device applied to a server, the information recommendation device comprising:

an acquisition unit configured to acquire a user characteristic;

the determining unit is used for determining target member rights to be recommended in a plurality of member rights according to the user characteristics;

and the sending unit is used for sending recommendation information to the terminal, and the recommendation information comprises the target member rights and interests.

9. An information recommendation device applied to a terminal, the information recommendation device comprising:

the receiving unit is used for receiving recommendation information from the server, wherein the recommendation information comprises target member rights and interests, and the target member rights and interests are related to user characteristics;

and the display unit is used for responding to the recommendation information and displaying the target member rights and interests.

10. A computing device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;

the memory stores computer-executable instructions;

the at least one processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the information recommendation method of any of claims 1-6.
