2. A power dispatcher dedicated peripheral device as recited in claim 1, wherein:
the bottom surface of the sliding block (113) is an inclined plane with the inner height of the outsole, anti-skid rubber materials are pasted on the inclined plane, and the anti-skid rubber materials are pasted at the bottom ends of the first placing box (21) and the second placing box (22).
3. A power dispatcher dedicated peripheral device as recited in claim 1, wherein:
