In the switching operation, the modes a) and d) are switched by a selection mode, and a computer required to be operated is selected at one time, so that the working efficiency of a user is greatly improved; the modes b) and c) are switched by browsing, and the user operates the keyboard 11 and the mouse 12 with both hands respectively, so that the user blindly operates the keyboard 11 and the mouse 12 in the scheduling process.
In the switch of the present invention, the IP address of the computer, the number of the dial switch 55 provided in the signal transceiver 5, and the color of the trigger switch are all in one-to-one correspondence, so as to increase the data processing rate of the core CPU on the PCB board 31. The switcher always keeps the connection state with the computer in the same local area network, and the keyboard 11 and the mouse 12 are switched to the use state only after being triggered by the switching signal, so that the switching time is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the state of the connected computer can be represented by the light emitting diode 34, so that the user can conveniently observe the computer, and the working efficiency of the user is improved.
In light of the above, the present invention is directed to an embodiment of a switching method for operating a plurality of industrial personal computers, and various changes and modifications can be made by workers in accordance with the above description without departing from the scope of the present invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.

Claims (7)

1. A switching method for operating a plurality of industrial personal computers is characterized in that:
switching by a dedicated peripheral, the dedicated peripheral comprising: a keyboard (11), a mouse (12) and a signal transceiver (5),
the keyboard (11) is hinged on the front end side wall of a first placing box (21) at the rear part of the keyboard, a second placing box (22) with the length equal to the longitudinal length of the first placing box (21) is fixedly arranged on the right side of the first placing box (21) in parallel, the sum of the lengths of the first placing box (21) and the second placing box (22) in the left-right direction is equal to the length of the keyboard (11) in the left-right direction, placing grooves (111) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the keyboard (11), at least one sliding shaft (112) is longitudinally arranged in each placing groove (111), a sliding block (113) is arranged on each sliding shaft (112) in a sliding manner, a pressing bulge (114) is movably inserted in each sliding block (113), the pressing bulge (114) is kept to protrude out of the outer side wall of the keyboard (11) through a return spring (116) in each sliding block (113), and a lock catch (115) which is contacted with each sliding shaft (112) is arranged on the side wall of each sliding block (113) in a sliding manner, the lock catch (115) and the pressing bulge (114) are fixedly connected in the slider (113),
a PCB (31) is fixedly arranged in the first placing box (21), an adaptive power socket (32) penetrating through the side wall of the rear end of the first placing box (21) is arranged at the rear part of the PCB (31), a plurality of light touch switches (33) are transversely and uniformly arranged on the PCB (31) in parallel, a light emitting diode (34) is arranged on the PCB (31) near the light touch switches (33), a plurality of expanding interfaces (35) penetrating through the first placing box (21) and the second placing box (22) are longitudinally and uniformly arranged on the right side of the PCB (31) in parallel, the expanding interfaces (35) can be inserted into a FLASH register, a top plate (4) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the first placing box (21) through screws hinged with the side wall of the first placing box,
the top plate (4) comprises: set up in dabbing switch (33) and touch printing opacity button (41) directly over the head, be provided with on roof (4) in button (41) the place ahead and run through trough (42) of roof (4), roof (4) are provided with from a left side right side with wear communicating cross slot (45) in trough (42), it is provided with picture peg (43) to slide in cross slot (45), the end of inserting of picture peg (43) is provided with the boss that is greater than its thickness, and the notch department of cross slot (45) is provided with semicircle and lacks hole (44), is provided with on the upper and lower two sides of picture peg (43) and wears indicator (46) of trough (42) coincidence,

still be provided with communication unit and the single chip microcomputer control unit with adaptation supply socket (32) electrical connection on PCB board (31), communication unit sets up to wireless routing equipment, can realize that keyboard (11), mouse (12) and a plurality of signal transceiver (5) remain throughout to be connected in same LAN, single chip microcomputer control unit includes: a register and a button cell for keeping power supply for the register, the singlechip control unit selects the connection state of a keyboard (11), a mouse (12) and a signal transceiver (5) through switching signals,
the switching method comprises the following steps:
A. respectively inserting a plurality of signal transceivers (5) on USB interfaces of a plurality of computers;
B. adjusting a dial switch (55) arranged on the signal transceiver (5), wherein the numbers adjusted by the dial switch (55) correspond to corresponding colors, and at the moment, distinguishing the signal transceiver (5) is that different computers are distinguished;
C. setting a fixed IP address on the computer, such that the IP address corresponds to the set dial switch (55);
D. after the PCB (31) is electrified, the singlechip control unit runs an initialization program to control the communication unit to be connected with each signal transceiver (5), the light-emitting diodes (34) are sequentially lightened from left to right in the connection process to indicate that the communication unit and the signal transceivers (5) are in communication, and when the light-emitting diodes (34) are normally lightened, the communication is successfully established, namely the signal transceivers (5) are connected to the PCB (31);
E. switching operation:
a) pressing the light-transmitting button (41) to trigger the tact switch (33) to connect the keyboard (11) and the mouse (12) to the corresponding computer, and operating the computer through the keyboard (11) and the mouse (12);
b) a transverse roller (121) arranged on the left side of the mouse (12) is rolled, and the numbers adjusted by the dial switch (55) are sequentially switched;
c) when the mouse (12) is operated, the mouse is translated towards the left side or the right side by taking the horizontal central line as a reference line, and after the limit of the mouse exceeds the set limit of a displacement register on the PCB (31), the mouse is switched in sequence according to the numbers adjusted by the dial switch (55);
d) the sensor probe (124) of the color recognition sensor (123) can judge the color below the mouse (12), and when the sensor probe (124) detects the color change, the keyboard (11) and the mouse (12) are connected to a computer of the dial switch (55) according to the dial switch (55) corresponding to the color;
F. when the keyboard (11) and the mouse (12) are switched to the use state, the light emitting diode (34) corresponding to the computer which can be operated flickers to show that the computer can be operated by the keyboard (11) and the mouse (12);
G. copy and paste operation:
a) the original copying and pasting functions of the computer are reserved, and copying and pasting are carried out according to the original operation mode;
b) before copying and pasting operation is carried out on a computer, the connection state of a register is confirmed through a display interface of the computer, and the condition that the computer identifies the register arranged on a PCB (31) or an expanded FLASH register is ensured;
c) the copied content is stored in a register arranged on a PCB (31) or an expanded FLASH register so as to realize the centralized storage and backup of a plurality of files in a plurality of computers.
2. The switching method for operating a plurality of industrial personal computers according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the bottom surface of the sliding block (113) is an inclined plane with the inner height of the outsole, anti-skid rubber materials are pasted on the inclined plane, and the anti-skid rubber materials are pasted at the bottom ends of the first placing box (21) and the second placing box (22).
