For a main outdoor unit (outdoor unit host), if an abnormality occurs for a long time, the entire multi-split air conditioning system is likely to be affected and even devices are damaged, so if upgrading cannot be completed within a preset time, the duration of communication interruption is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold (for example, 3 minutes), at this time, the operation parameters related to the frequency of a compressor can be deleted from the operation parameters in the preset storage space of the RAM memory of the main outdoor unit, the operation of the compressor is stopped, or all the operation parameters in the preset storage space of the RAM memory can be deleted, the operation of the main outdoor unit is stopped, or the communication interruption time is too long, other devices (from the outdoor unit, the indoor unit, the compressor and the like) judge that the communication interruption time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, all the devices stop operating, that is, and an alarm is given.
In one example, if the duration of the interrupted communication is less than a preset duration threshold (e.g., 3 minutes), the waiting may be continued and it may be determined again whether the duration of the interrupted communication is greater than the duration threshold.
In the process of upgrading the program of the outdoor unit/indoor unit, the outdoor unit/indoor unit is operated according to the operation parameters to maintain the current operation state of the outdoor unit/indoor unit, the outdoor unit/indoor unit is operated according to the operation parameters within the preset time threshold without adjusting the operation parameters, and the possibility that the outdoor unit/indoor unit breaks down or damages equipment is extremely low, so that even if the program upgrading of the operation program is abnormal, only the judgment is needed to be made as to whether the communication interruption time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, if the abnormity can be removed and the upgrading can be completed within the preset time threshold, the operation of the outdoor unit/indoor unit according to the operation parameters is not needed to be stopped, if the abnormity cannot be removed and the upgrading can be completed within the preset time threshold, and if the outdoor unit/indoor unit is continuously operated according to the operation parameters, the outdoor unit/indoor unit is likely to break down or damage the equipment, the operation of the outdoor unit/indoor unit according to the operation parameters is needed to be stopped and an alarm is sent.
Based on the steps S101 to S103, the outdoor unit/indoor unit can be continuously operated according to the operation parameters when the operation program of the outdoor unit/indoor unit is upgraded, so that the outdoor unit/indoor unit maintains the current operation state, and the use experience and satisfaction of the air conditioner user are further improved.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe each step in a specific sequence, those skilled in the art can understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present invention, different steps do not have to be executed in such a sequence, and they may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other sequences, and these changes are all within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 4, the program upgrading apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a parameter retention module 41, a first program upgrade control module 42, and a second program upgrade control module 43. In some embodiments, one or more of the parameter retention module 41, the first program upgrade control module 42 and the second program upgrade control module 43 may be combined together into one module. In some embodiments, the program upgrade control module 41 may be configured to, in response to the received upgrade instruction, obtain the operation parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the current operation state, and store the operation parameters in a preset storage area in the RAM memory. The first program upgrade control module 42 may be configured to control the start-up bootstrap program to read the operation parameters of the indoor units/outdoor units in the preset memory space and operate the indoor units/outdoor units according to the operation parameters, so as to maintain the current operation state of the indoor units/outdoor units during the program upgrade of the operation program. The second program upgrade control module 43 may be configured to perform program upgrade on the running program according to the received upgrade code of the running program, control the upgraded running program to read the running parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the preset storage space, and run the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the running parameters, so as to make the indoor unit/outdoor unit continue to maintain the current running state after the program upgrade is completed on the running program. In one embodiment, the first program upgrade control module is further configured to perform the following operations:

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the flow of the method according to the above-described embodiment may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and used to implement the steps of the above-described embodiments of the method when the computer program is executed by a processor. Furthermore, the invention also provides a program upgrading device. In an embodiment of the program upgrading device according to the present invention, the program upgrading device comprises a processor and a storage device, the storage device may be configured to store a program for performing the program upgrading method of the above-mentioned method embodiment, and the processor may be configured to execute the program in the storage device, the program including but not limited to the program for performing the program upgrading method of the above-mentioned method embodiment. For convenience of explanation, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and details of the specific techniques are not disclosed. The control device may be a control device apparatus formed including various electronic apparatuses.
The multi-split air-conditioning system also comprises a background server, the master outdoor unit comprises the program upgrading device of the program upgrading device embodiment, the slave outdoor unit comprises the program upgrading device of the program upgrading device embodiment, and the indoor unit comprises the program upgrading device of the program upgrading device embodiment.
And the main outdoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program through a program upgrading device in the main outdoor unit and according to the upgrading code of the running program, which is sent by the background server and stored in the user area of the ROM memory in the main outdoor unit, after receiving the upgrading instruction sent by the background server.
The slave outdoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program through the program upgrading device of the slave outdoor unit after receiving the upgrading instruction sent by the master outdoor unit according to the upgrading code of the running program stored in the user area of the ROM memory in the master outdoor unit, and the upgrading code is sent by the master outdoor unit.
The indoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program through a program upgrading device of the indoor unit and according to the upgrading code of the running program, sent by the main outdoor unit, stored in the user area of the ROM memory in the main outdoor unit after receiving the upgrading instruction sent by the main outdoor unit.
Further, it should be understood that, since the modules are only configured to illustrate the functional units of the apparatus of the present invention, the corresponding physical devices of the modules may be the processor itself, or a part of software, a part of hardware, or a part of a combination of software and hardware in the processor. Thus, the number of individual modules in the figures is merely illustrative.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the various modules in the apparatus may be adaptively split or combined. Such splitting or merging of specific modules does not cause the technical solutions to deviate from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, the technical solutions after splitting or merging will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can be all within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A program upgrading method is applied to a controller of an indoor unit/outdoor unit in a multi-split air conditioning system, the indoor unit/outdoor unit further comprises a ROM (read only memory) and a RAM (random access memory), a storage area of the ROM comprises a user area and a boot area, the user area is used for storing an operation program of the indoor unit/outdoor unit, and the boot area is used for storing a starting guide program of the indoor unit/outdoor unit, and the method is characterized by upgrading the operation program in the user area by the following steps when the indoor unit/outdoor unit is in an operation state:
responding to a received upgrading instruction, acquiring operation parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the current operation state, and storing the operation parameters to a preset storage area in the RAM;
controlling the starting guide program to read the running parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the preset storage space, and running the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the running parameters so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to maintain the current running state in the process of upgrading the running program;
and upgrading the running program according to the received upgrading code of the running program, controlling the upgraded running program to read the running parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the preset storage space, and running the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the running parameters so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to continuously maintain the current running state after the running program is upgraded.
2. The program upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the step of operating according to the operating parameters comprises:
judging whether the starting bootstrap program can operate the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the operation parameters;
if so, operating the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the operation parameters so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to maintain the current operation state in the process of upgrading the operation program;
if not, acquiring a simulation parameter corresponding to the preset operation parameter, and operating the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the simulation parameter so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to operate in a preset operation state in the process of program upgrading of the operation program.
3. The program upgrade method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and generating prompt information for temporarily interrupting communication and sending the prompt information to external equipment in communication connection with the indoor unit/the outdoor unit in the process of upgrading the running program.
4. The program upgrade method according to claim 3, further comprising:
when the program upgrading of the running program is abnormal, judging whether the communication interruption time length is greater than or equal to a preset time length threshold value or not;
if yes, stopping running the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the running parameters, and sending an alarm.

A program upgrading apparatus applied to a controller of an indoor/outdoor unit in a multi-split air conditioning system, the indoor/outdoor unit further including a ROM memory and a RAM memory, a storage area of the ROM memory including a user area and a boot area, the user area being used for storing an operating program of the indoor/outdoor unit, the boot area being used for storing a start-up guide program of the indoor/outdoor unit, the apparatus being configured to perform program upgrading on the operating program in the user area when the indoor/outdoor unit is in an operating state, the apparatus comprising:
the parameter retention module is configured to respond to the received upgrading instruction, acquire the operation parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the current operation state and store the operation parameters into a preset storage area in the RAM;
a first program upgrade control module configured to control the start-up bootstrap program to read operation parameters of indoor units/outdoor units in the preset storage space and operate the indoor units/outdoor units according to the operation parameters, so as to maintain the indoor units/outdoor units in the current operation state during program upgrade of the operation program;
and the second program upgrading control module is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program according to the received upgrading code of the running program, control the upgraded running program to read the running parameters of the indoor unit/outdoor unit in the preset storage space, and operate the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the running parameters so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to continuously maintain the current running state after the program upgrading of the running program is completed.
6. The program upgrade device according to claim 5, wherein the first program upgrade control module is further configured to:
judging whether the starting bootstrap program can operate the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the operation parameters;
if so, operating the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the operation parameters so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to maintain the current operation state in the process of upgrading the operation program;
if not, acquiring a simulation parameter corresponding to the preset operation parameter, and operating the indoor unit/outdoor unit according to the simulation parameter so as to enable the indoor unit/outdoor unit to operate in a preset operation state in the process of program upgrading of the operation program.
7. The program upgrading apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the communication interruption prompting module is configured to generate prompting information of temporary communication interruption and send the prompting information to an external device in communication connection with the indoor unit/the outdoor unit in the process of upgrading the running program.
8. The program upgrading apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising:
the exception handling module is configured to judge whether the duration of communication interruption is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold when the exception occurs in the process of upgrading the running program;
if yes, stopping operating the indoor unit/the outdoor unit according to the operation parameters, and sending an alarm.
9. A program upgrading device comprising a processor and a storage device, said storage device being adapted to store a plurality of program codes, wherein said program codes are adapted to be loaded and run by said processor to perform the program upgrading method of any of claims 1 to 4.

A multi-split air conditioning system, comprising an outdoor subsystem and an indoor subsystem, wherein the outdoor subsystem comprises a master outdoor unit and a plurality of slave outdoor units, and the indoor subsystem comprises a plurality of indoor units, and the master outdoor unit is in communication connection with the slave outdoor units and the indoor units respectively, the multi-split air conditioning system further comprises a background server, wherein the master outdoor unit comprises the program upgrading device as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9, the slave outdoor unit comprises the program upgrading device as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9, and the indoor unit comprises the program upgrading device as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9;
the main outdoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on an operation program through a program upgrading device in the main outdoor unit and according to an upgrading code of the operation program, sent by the background server, stored in a user area of a ROM (read only memory) in the main outdoor unit after receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the background server;
the slave outdoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program through a program upgrading device of the slave outdoor unit and according to an upgrading code of the running program, which is sent by the master outdoor unit and stored in a user area of a ROM (read only memory) in the master outdoor unit, after receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the master outdoor unit;
the indoor unit is configured to perform program upgrading on the running program through a program upgrading device of the indoor unit and according to an upgrading code of the running program, which is sent by the main outdoor unit and stored in a user area of a ROM (read only memory) in the main outdoor unit, after receiving an upgrading instruction sent by the main outdoor unit.
