Background
A lot of potential safety hazards exist in roadway construction under complex geological conditions of coal mines in China, roof fall and collapse accidents occur, and the safety of underground constructors is seriously threatened. The anchor-grouting support technology developed in recent years is widely applied to mines and geotechnical engineering, has obvious support effect, and is particularly widely applied to the support of mine roadways, weak rocks and broken zones affected by mining. The anchor-grouting support technology combines an anchor rod anchoring technology and a grouting reinforcement technology, uses a hollow anchor rod, and utilizes slurry materials to change the rock mass property of surrounding rocks of the roadway, so that the bearing capacity and the stability of the surrounding rocks are improved, and the stability of the roadway is maintained. A large number of engineering practices show that the anchor-grouting support technology is an effective measure for maintaining the stability of surrounding rocks of the roadway and reducing roof fall accidents.
When the surrounding rock cracks are grouted and reinforced, the anchor rod needs to be subjected to grout stopping and hole sealing treatment to prevent grout from overflowing from the drilled hole. The existing grouting hole sealing technology mainly comprises two types of traditional rubber grout stop plugs and cotton yarn hole sealing. In the actual grouting hole sealing engineering, if cotton yarns are used for stopping the slurry and sealing the holes of the anchor rod, the slurry can still overflow through the cotton yarns, so that the sealing effect is limited; when the grout stopping plug is used for sealing holes, gaps can also appear between the plug body and the anchor rod, and finally grout leakage is caused, so that the grouting effect can be greatly reduced; and the two methods are not suitable for drilling holes and anchor rods with different apertures, and the operation process is complex.

The invention provides a grouting anchor rod hole sealing tray, which aims at the problems of poor hole sealing effect, frequent slurry leakage, high cost, poor applicability and the like of a traditional slurry stop plug and cotton yarn.

Meanwhile, the mixed colloid A-B is quickly hardened, so that the overflow of slurry can be effectively blocked, and the first insurance of the whole grouting anchor rod hole sealing tray is formed. After the colloid in the rubber sleeve is completely extruded, the rubber sleeve is clamped between the tray and the wall surface of the drilled hole in a flat shape, so that the slurry can be effectively prevented from overflowing from the gap to form a second safety of the grouting anchor rod hole sealing tray, and a double safety is formed with the hardened colloid A-B, so that a more effective hole sealing effect can be achieved.
