Preferably, the purity of the aluminum oxide is below 99%, the particle fineness of the aluminum oxide is below 1um, the purity of the tourmaline powder is below 99%, the particle fineness of the tourmaline powder is above 6000 meshes, and the particle fineness of the silicon oxide is above 2000 meshes.

The present embodiment provides an active hydrogen generator including: the device comprises a supercharging device 1 (a pressure pump with the output pressure of 0.5 MPa), three water activating devices 2, a hydrogen enrichment device 3 and an electronic release device 4 which are connected in sequence between a main water inlet and a main water outlet through water supply pipes, wherein the supercharging device, the water activating devices, the hydrogen enrichment device and the electronic release device are connected in sequence through the water supply pipes; the water activating device comprises a first filter cylinder, and energy spar and projective natural ore are arranged in the first filter cylinder; the hydrogen-rich device comprises a second filter cylinder, and a combined multifunctional health-preserving hydrogen-rich water sheet and a composite medical stone ceramic ball are arranged in the second filter cylinder; the electronic release device comprises an inner ribbed tube, and a combined material consisting of composite tourmaline ceramic balls and an electrode metal band is placed in the inner ribbed tube.
The weight adding amount ratio of the composite tourmaline ceramic ball to the electrode metal belt is 20: 1; the weight adding amount ratio of the energy spar to the projective natural ore is 1: 15; the total addition of energy spar is 3KG and the total addition of the projected natural ore is 25KG, each hour for 2 tons of water.

The composite medical stone ceramic ball is prepared from the following raw materials: 30kg of silicon dioxide and 20kg of medical stone powder; 30kg of tourmaline powder, 3kg of graphene and 5kg of sintering aid; the preparation method of the composite medical stone ceramic ball comprises the following steps: all the raw materials are mixed and sintered into ceramic balls with the diameter of 3-5mm at 1500 ℃ after being uniformly mixed.

The purity of alumina is below 99%, the particle fineness of alumina is below 1um, the purity of tourmaline powder is below 99%, the particle fineness of tourmaline powder is above 6000 meshes, and the particle fineness of silicon oxide is above 2000 meshes.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides an active hydrogen generator including: the device comprises a pressurizing device 1, four water activating devices 2, a hydrogen enriching device 3, two electronic releasing devices 4, a filtering device 5 and a sterilizing device 6 which are connected in sequence from a main water inlet to a main water outlet through water supply pipes, wherein each water activating device comprises a first filter cylinder, and energy crystal and projective natural ore are alternately arranged in the first filter cylinder; the hydrogen-rich device comprises a second filter cylinder, and combined multifunctional health-preserving hydrogen-rich water sheets and composite medical stone ceramic balls are alternately arranged in the second filter cylinder; the electronic release device comprises an inner ribbed pipe, and composite materials consisting of composite tourmaline ceramic balls and aluminum strips are alternately arranged in the inner ribbed pipe.
The active hydrogen generator is provided with a supercharging device, four water activating devices, a hydrogen-rich device and two electron releasing devices which are sequentially connected through a water supply pipe. The inner ribbed tube is made of aluminum alloy, and the electrode metal belt is a nickel-aluminum belt. The thickness of the electrode metal belt is 0.1-0.5mm, and the width of the electrode metal belt is 10-50 mm; the electrode metal band is in a hollow spiral shape with the length of 20-50 mm. 3/1-volume combined materials are added into each section of inner ribbed pipe, each combined material consists of a composite tourmaline ceramic ball and a nickel-aluminum belt, and the weight adding amount ratio of the composite tourmaline ceramic ball to the nickel-aluminum belt is 10: 1; 2 tons of water per hour are treated, the total addition of energy spar is 1KG and the total addition of projected natural ore is 10 KG.
The energy spar is prepared from the following raw materials: 80kg of silicate binder, 10kg of tourmaline powder, 10kg of nano rare earth oxide, 5kg of low-temperature fluxing agent and 10kg of far infrared ceramic powder; the preparation method of the energy spar comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and sintering at 1470 ℃.
The silicate binder is kaolin with the particle size of more than 2000 meshes; the tourmaline powder is iron tourmaline with the particle size of more than 10000 meshes; the nano rare earth oxide is yttrium oxide; the low-temperature fluxing agent is CaO; the projective natural ore is black agate.
The composite medical stone ceramic ball is prepared from the following raw materials: 30kg of silicon dioxide and 40kg of medical stone powder; 10kg of tourmaline powder, 10kg of graphene and 3kg of sintering aid; the preparation method of the composite medical stone ceramic ball comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and sintering at 1500 ℃ to form ceramic balls with the diameter of 3-5 mm; the particle size of the silicon dioxide is more than 2000 meshes, the purity of the medical stone powder is more than 95%, the particle size of the medical stone powder is more than 1250 meshes, the tourmaline powder is ferroelectric gas with the particle size of more than 10000 meshes, the particle fineness of the graphene is 70-90 microns, and the sintering aid is yttrium oxide and aluminum oxide.
The composite tourmaline ceramic ball is prepared from the following raw materials: 50kg of aluminum oxide, 5kg of tourmaline powder, 15kg of silicon oxide, 10kg of magnesium oxide, 3kg of organic binder, 10kg of pore-forming agent and 0.1kg of nano noble metal; the preparation method of the composite tourmaline ceramic ball comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and sintering at the temperature of over 900 ℃ to obtain the material; the organic binder is hydroxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol, the pore-forming agent is sodium bicarbonate and bamboo charcoal powder, and the nano noble metal is palladium oxide.
Preferably, the purity of the aluminum oxide is below 99%, the particle fineness of the aluminum oxide is below 1um, the purity of the tourmaline powder is below 99%, the particle fineness of the tourmaline powder is above 6000 meshes, and the particle fineness of the silicon oxide is above 2000 meshes.
Example 3
This example differs from example 2 in that:
the weight adding amount ratio of the composite tourmaline ceramic ball to the electrode metal belt is 15: 1; and 2 tons of water are processed per hour, the total addition amount of the energy spar is 2KG, and the total addition amount of the projected natural ore is 20 KG.
The energy spar is prepared from the following raw materials: 70kg of silicate binder, 15kg of tourmaline powder, 8kg of nano rare earth oxide, 8kg of low-temperature fluxing agent and 7kg of far infrared ceramic powder; the preparation method of the energy spar comprises the following steps: mixing all the above raw materials, mixing well, and sintering at 1480 deg.C.
The silicate binder is kaolin with the particle size of more than 2000 meshes; the tourmaline powder is lithium tourmaline with the particle size of more than 10000 meshes; the nano rare earth oxide is cerium oxide; the low-temperature fluxing agent is Na 2 And O. The projection natural ore is the combination of red agate, ruby, sunstone, alexandrite and cross stone.
The composite medical stone ceramic ball is prepared from the following raw materials: 40kg of silicon dioxide and 30kg of medical stone powder; 20kg of tourmaline powder, 6kg of graphene and 4kg of sintering aid; the preparation method of the composite medical stone ceramic ball comprises the following steps: all the raw materials are mixed and sintered into ceramic balls with the diameter of 3-5mm at 1500 ℃ after being uniformly mixed.
The particle size of the silicon dioxide is more than 2000 meshes, the purity of the medical stone powder is more than 95%, the particle size of the medical stone powder is more than 1250 meshes, the tourmaline powder is lithium tourmaline with the particle size of more than 10000 meshes, the particle fineness of the graphene is 70-90 microns, and the sintering aid is yttrium oxide and aluminum oxide.
The composite tourmaline ceramic ball is prepared from the following raw materials: 55kg of alumina, 15kg of tourmaline powder, 10kg of silicon oxide, 7kg of potassium oxide, 3kg of hydroxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol respectively, 3.5kg of sodium bicarbonate and bamboo charcoal powder respectively and 0.3kg of palladium oxide; the preparation method of the composite tourmaline ceramic ball comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and sintering at 920 ℃.
The purity of alumina is below 99%, the particle fineness of alumina is below 1um, the purity of tourmaline powder is below 99%, the particle fineness of tourmaline powder is above 6000 meshes, and the particle fineness of silicon oxide is above 2000 meshes.
Detection test
The active hydrogen generators of examples 2 and 3 were used to treat water, which flowed in from the total water inlet, was pressurized by the pressurizing device, and then flowed out through four water activating devices, one hydrogen enriching device, two electron releasing devices, one filtering device and one sterilizing device. Please examine the water flowing out from the center for hydrogen atoms (free radicals) and oxygen-rich content.
The detection method comprises the following steps: DBNBS was added to the sample, and the color produced by the absorption characteristics of the resulting solution was detected, and hydrogen gas was blown into OPPH solution and DBNBS solution having an absorption peak near 517nm at a constant rate in the presence of platinum black, and the concentration of hydrogen radicals was determined using a calibration curve showing the relationship between the absorbance of DBNBS azo compound near 450nm and the concentration of hydrogen radicals produced.
The results are shown in Table 1 below.

The active hydrogen generator according to claim 1, wherein the active hydrogen generator is provided with one pressure boosting device, four water activating devices, one hydrogen rich device and two electron releasing devices which are connected in sequence through water supply pipes; the boosting device is a pressure pump with the output pressure of 0.3-0.6 MPa.

An active hydrogen generator according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the active hydrogen generator is further provided with a filtering device and/or a sterilizing device; the filtering holes of the filtering device are 0.2-5 um, and the sterilizing device is a 50-100 watt flow type ultraviolet tube; energy spar and projective natural ore are alternately arranged in the first filter cylinder, and combined multifunctional health-preserving hydrogen-rich water tablets and composite medical stone ceramic balls are alternately arranged in the second filter cylinder.
4. The active hydrogen generator of claim 1 or 2, wherein the ratio of the weight addition of the energy spar to the projected natural ore is 1: 10-15.

The active hydrogen generator of claim 1, wherein the energy spar is prepared by: mixing all the raw materials, uniformly mixing, and sintering at the temperature of below 1500 ℃; the silicate binder is kaolin with the particle size of more than 2000 meshes; the tourmaline powder is one or more of iron tourmaline, magnesium tourmaline and lithium tourmaline with particle size of more than 10000 meshes; the above-mentioned The nanometer rare earth oxide is yttrium oxide, neodymium oxide and/or cerium oxide; the low-temperature fluxing agent is CaO, MgO and K 2 O、Na 2 O, PbO and mixing above two materials.

8. The active hydrogen generator of claim 1, wherein the first and second filter cartridges are stainless steel filter cartridges.
