The fixing of the device to be suspended can also be realized by fixedly connecting the mounting seat 330 with the supporting shaft 310 in the above structure, but only the fastening member 320 locks the supporting shaft 310 and the vertex angle piece 200, and under the action of the gravity of the device, the mounting seat 330 may drive the supporting shaft 310 to rotate to a certain extent without being adjusted for a long time, which affects the locking effect of the suspension device 300. In order to further ensure locking and avoid rotation of the supporting shaft 310, in this embodiment, the mounting seat 330 is a U-shaped seat, the shaft portion 311 penetrates through two side arms of the U-shaped seat and extends into the waist-shaped hole 210, the shaft portion 311 is rotatably matched with the side arms, the hook portion 312 and the fastening member 320 are located on two sides of the U-shaped seat to press and fasten the U-shaped seat and the vertex angle piece 200, the U-shaped seat and the vertex angle piece 200 are fixed under the action of fastening force and friction force, if a fixing means of the mounting seat 330 is added, rotation stopping of the supporting shaft 310 can be effectively and indirectly achieved, and meanwhile, disassembly and assembly can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the rotation-stopping fixing of the mounting seat 330 may be achieved by providing two shaft portions 311 or two support shafts 310 penetrating through the U-shaped seat and barbed in the waist-shaped hole 210 of the vertex angle member 200, and in some embodiments, the mounting seat 330 may be fixed by a device to be suspended, for example, two suspension apparatuses 300 arranged at intervals are provided, two ends of the device to be suspended are respectively connected with the mounting seats 330 of the two suspension apparatuses 300, and the device to be suspended is sandwiched between the two mounting seats 330, i.e., a rotation-stopping plane may be formed to limit the rotation of the mounting seat 330.
In order to further ensure that the supporting shaft 310 and the mounting seat 330 can be constrained with each other in a locked and suspended state, so as to avoid relative rotation or ensure that the relative rotation is within a range which can meet the suspension requirement, in the embodiment, the shaft part 311 is provided with a prism 313, and the prism 313 is positioned in a U-shaped cavity of the U-shaped seat; the U-shaped cavity is provided with a rotation stopping plate 340, the rotation stopping plate 340 is movably connected with the U-shaped seat so that the rotation stopping plate 340 can be switched between a state of locking the prism 313 and a state of separating from the prism 313, the rotation stopping plate 340 is located in the circumferential direction of the prism 313, and the prism 313 and the rotation stopping plate 340 form a rotation stopping structure. When the rotation stopping plate 340 moves to the set locking position, the rotation stopping plate 340 is in contact with the prism 313, or the maximum gap between the rotation stopping plate 340 and the prism 313 is smaller than the distance required by the rotation of the locking edge of the prism 313 matched with the rotation stopping plate 340, and the rotation stopping plate 340 is automatically limited under the action of the U-shaped seat so as to realize rotation stopping through line contact or surface contact.
The movable connection manner of the rotation stopping plate 340 and the U-shaped seat is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be realized by a detachable structure or a structure that is movably rotated around one end, for example, as long as the rotation stopping plate 340 and the prism 313 are aligned when the supporting shaft 310 needs to be locked. In this embodiment, the U-shaped seat includes two side arms and a connecting arm connecting the two side arms; the rotation stopping plate 340 is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, the rotation stopping plate 340 is attached to the connecting arm and in surface contact with the connecting arm, the thickness of the rotation stopping plate 340 is larger than the minimum gap between the locking edge of the prism 313 and the connecting arm when the rotation stopping plate rotates, and the rotation stopping plate 340 is located in the rotation range of the locking edge. In the locked state, the rotation stop plate 340 is interposed between the prism 313 and the connecting arm, and the connecting arm directly limits the position movement of the rotation stop plate 340 in the locked state, limits the rotation of the prism 313, and ensures the fixing of the support shaft 310, but it is necessary to ensure that the rotation range of the prism 313 does not cause the hook portion 312 to be disengaged from the kidney-shaped hole 210.
In order to ensure effective hooking of the suspension device 300 to the corner piece 200, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the rotation preventing plate 340 is parallel to and in surface contact with the locking edge of the prism 313, i.e., the gap between the rotation preventing plate 340 and the prism 313 is 0. The prism 313 and the rotation stop plate 340 are in position one after the other, and the prism 313 is positioned under the limit of the rotation stop plate 340.
The sliding fit mode of the anti-rotation plate 340 and the mounting seat 330 is not particularly limited, for example, a sliding groove is formed in the U-shaped seat, and the anti-rotation plate 340 is in sliding fit with the U-shaped seat through the sliding groove. In order to avoid disassembling the rotation stopping plate 340, the rotation stopping plate 340 can be arranged on the U-shaped seat without external force, and the rotation stopping plate 340 is a bending plate to be hung on the U-shaped seat by bending and limiting. In this embodiment, the rotation stopping plate 340 is an L-shaped plate, a vertical plate of the L-shaped plate is arranged in the sliding groove in a penetrating manner, and a transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is hung on the mounting base 330.
In this embodiment, the connecting arm is provided with a guide portion 331 protruding therefrom, and the guide portion 331 is located in the U-shaped cavity and has a through hole forming a sliding slot. The riser of L template runs through and stretches out in the through-hole, and the diaphragm of L template hangs and establish on mount pad 330, and under no exogenic action, the L template is hung upside down on mount pad 330 naturally, and the cooperation of partial riser and prismatic 313 that stretch out is locking state, rotates support shaft 310 as needs, but stirs L template to prismatic 313 free rotation.
In order to facilitate the installation, the detachment, and the like of the whole suspension device 300, in this embodiment, the prism 313 is detachably disposed on the shaft portion 311 and is fixedly connected with the shaft portion 311 through a threaded structure, optionally, a side opening matched with the shaft portion 311 is formed in the prism 313, a protruding threaded column is disposed on the opening surface, and a corresponding threaded hole is formed in the shaft portion 311 and is fixed through a bolt. Or the prism 313 is directly sleeved on the shaft part 311 and is fastened into a coaxial rotating structure through a threaded part.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the supporting shaft 310 and to facilitate the adjustment of the angle and position between the hook portion 312 and the kidney-shaped hole 210, in this embodiment, an operating handle 314 is provided on the shaft portion 311 of the supporting shaft 310. The operation handle 314 may be provided directly on the shaft portion 311 or on the prism 313.
In order to realize lubrication and ensure the rotation of the supporting shaft 310, in this embodiment, the mounting seat 330 is provided with a grease hole 332 communicated with a mounting hole for mounting the supporting shaft 310.
Through the embodiment, the invention has the following beneficial effects or advantages:
1) according to the container and the transportation equipment, provided by the invention, the structural characteristics that the top corner piece of the container has the universality of a standard piece are fully utilized, various equipment can be suspended and fixed on the container, the technical problems that equipment to be suspended occupies the internal space of the container and is not beneficial to improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the container in the prior art are solved, the container and the transportation equipment are suitable for fixing small-sized, medium-sized and large-sized equipment, the universality is high, and more functions can be given to the container.
2) When the refrigeration container and the suspension device provided by the invention are applied to the refrigeration container, the backpack type power supply system can be stably fixed on the corner piece of the refrigeration container through the device, so that the aim of stably supplying power to the refrigeration container is fulfilled.
3) The suspension device provided by the invention has the characteristic of modularization, is suitable for various other devices fixed at one end of the container in the way by utilizing the structural characteristic of universality of the corner fittings of the container, has simple structure, convenient operation and high reliability, and can realize single-person operation.

Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (14)

1. The container is characterized by comprising a container body, equipment to be hung and a hanging device, wherein a vertex angle piece is arranged on the container body, the hanging device is connected with the vertex angle piece, and the equipment to be hung is arranged on the vertex angle piece through the hanging device.
2. A container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container is a refrigerated container and the device to be suspended is a power supply for supplying electrical power to the container.
3. A container as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of said suspension means is two or more, and said power supply means is mounted and secured by at least two of said suspension means.
4. A container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the suspension means comprises:
the supporting shaft comprises a shaft part and a hooking part which are connected, the shaft part is arranged in the waist-shaped hole of the apex angle piece in a penetrating mode, and the hooking part hooks the hole wall of the waist-shaped hole;
a fastener provided to the shaft portion;
the mounting seat is connected to the shaft part, and the mounting seat and the vertex angle piece are arranged side by side along the axial direction of the shaft part;
the equipment to be suspended is mounted on the mounting seat, and the mounting seat and the supporting shaft are locked on the vertex angle piece through the fastening piece.
5. The container of claim 4, wherein the mounting base is a U-shaped base, the shaft portion extends through two side arms of the U-shaped base and into the kidney-shaped aperture, and the shaft portion is rotatably engaged with the side arms.
6. The container of claim 5, wherein the shaft portion is provided with a prism, the prism being located in a U-shaped cavity of the U-shaped seat; and a rotation stopping plate is arranged in the U-shaped cavity and is movably connected with the U-shaped seat, so that the rotation stopping plate is switched between the two states of locking the prism and separating from the prism.
7. A container as claimed in claim 6, wherein said U-shaped base includes two said side arms and a connecting arm connecting said two side arms; the rotation stopping plate is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, and the thickness of the rotation stopping plate is larger than the minimum gap between the prism and the connecting arm when the prism rotates.
8. The container of claim 7, wherein said U-shaped seat is provided with a sliding slot, and said anti-rotation plate is slidably engaged with said U-shaped seat through said sliding slot; the rotation stopping plate is an L-shaped plate, a vertical plate of the L-shaped plate penetrates through the sliding groove, and a transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is hung on the connecting arm.
9. A container as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the shaft portion is provided with an operating handle.
10. A transport device, characterized in that it comprises a container according to any one of claims 1-9.
11. A suspension arrangement for securing a device to be suspended to a corner fitting of a container; the suspension device includes:
the supporting shaft comprises a shaft part and a hook part which are connected, the shaft part and the hook part are used for extending into the waist-shaped hole of the apex angle piece, and the hook part is used for hooking the hole wall of the waist-shaped hole;
the fastening piece is arranged on the shaft part, and the supporting shaft is locked on the vertex angle piece through the fastening piece and the hook part;
the mounting seat, connect in the axial region, be used for the installation wait to hang equipment, the mounting seat with the apex angle spare is followed the axial of axial region sets up side by side.

The suspension device of claim 12 wherein said U-shaped base includes two said side arms and a connecting arm connecting said two side arms; the rotation stopping plate is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, and the thickness of the rotation stopping plate is larger than the minimum gap between the prism and the connecting arm when the prism rotates.
14. The suspension system of claim 13 wherein said clevis is formed with a slot through which said anti-rotation plate is slidably engaged with said clevis; the rotation stopping plate is an L-shaped plate, a vertical plate of the L-shaped plate penetrates through the sliding groove, and a transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is hung on the mounting seat.
