In order to ensure the stability of suspension and avoid falling, in this embodiment, preferably, an included angle is formed between the hook portion 312 and the length direction of the waist-shaped hole 210, that is, the installation process of the suspension device 300 is dynamic installation, under the suspension state, the hook portion 312 is parallel to the length direction of the waist-shaped hole 210 and extends into the waist-shaped hole 210, the rotating shaft is rotated, so that the hook portion 312 correspondingly rotates, the hook portion 312 barbs the top corner piece 200 and cannot separate from the top corner piece 200, and separation caused by movement of the support shaft 310 along the length direction of the waist-shaped hole 210 in the manner of hooking in the length direction is avoided.
The fixing of the device to be suspended can also be achieved by fixedly connecting the mounting seat 330 with the supporting shaft 310 in the above structure, but the supporting shaft 310 and the top corner piece 200 are locked only by the fastener 320, and under the action of the gravity of the device, the mounting seat 330 may drive the supporting shaft 310 to rotate to a certain extent under the condition of unadjusted gravity of the device, so as to affect the locking effect of the suspension device 300. In order to further ensure locking and avoid rotation of the supporting shaft 310, in this embodiment, the mounting seat 330 is a U-shaped seat, the shaft 311 penetrates through two side arms of the U-shaped seat and extends into the waist-shaped hole 210, the shaft 311 is in running fit with the side arms, the hook 312 and the fastener 320 are located at two sides of the U-shaped seat, the U-shaped seat and the top corner member 200 are pressed and fastened, the U-shaped seat and the top corner member 200 are fixed under the action of fastening force and friction force, if the fixing means of the mounting seat 330 is further applied, the rotation stopping of the supporting shaft 310 can be effectively and indirectly realized, and meanwhile, the dismounting can also be realized.
In some embodiments, the rotation-stopping fixation of the mounting seat 330 may be achieved by providing two shaft portions 311 penetrating through the U-shaped seat and barbs in the waist-shaped hole 210 of the top corner member 200 or two support shafts 310, in some embodiments, the mounting seat 330 may be fixed by a device to be suspended, for example, two suspension devices 300 disposed at intervals are provided, two ends of the device to be suspended are respectively connected with the mounting seats 330 of the two suspension devices 300, and the device to be suspended is sandwiched between the two mounting seats 330, so as to form a rotation-stopping plane to limit the rotation of the mounting seat 330.
In order to further ensure that the support shaft 310 and the mounting seat 330 can be mutually constrained in a locked and suspended state, relative rotation is avoided or ensured to be in a range capable of meeting suspension, in the embodiment, the shaft portion 311 is provided with a prism 313, and the prism 313 is positioned in a U-shaped cavity of the U-shaped seat; the U-shaped cavity is provided with a rotation stopping plate 340, the rotation stopping plate 340 is movably connected with the U-shaped seat, so that the rotation stopping plate 340 is switched between a locking prism 313 and a state separated from the prism 313, the rotation stopping plate 340 is positioned in the circumferential direction of the prism 313, and the prism 313 and the rotation stopping plate 340 form a rotation stopping structure. When the rotation stopping plate 340 moves to a set locking position, the rotation stopping plate 340 contacts with the prism 313, or the maximum gap between the rotation stopping plate 340 and the prism 313 is smaller than the distance required by the prism 313 for rotating the locking edge matched with the rotation stopping plate 340, the rotation stopping plate 340 is automatically limited under the action of the U-shaped seat, and rotation stopping is realized through line contact or surface contact.
The movable connection mode of the rotation stopping plate 340 and the U-shaped seat is not particularly limited in the present application, for example, the movable connection mode can be realized by a detachable structure or a structure capable of movably rotating around one end, so long as the rotation stopping plate 340 and the prism 313 are aligned when the supporting shaft 310 needs to be locked. In this embodiment, the U-shaped seat includes two side arms and a connecting arm connecting the two side arms; the rotation stopping plate 340 is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, at this time, the rotation stopping plate 340 is in contact with the connecting arm, i.e. in surface contact, and the thickness of the rotation stopping plate 340 is greater than the minimum gap between the locking edge of the prism 313 and the connecting arm during rotation, i.e. the rotation stopping plate 340 is ensured to be positioned in the rotation range of the locking edge. In the locked state, the rotation stopping plate 340 is sandwiched between the prism 313 and the connecting arm, and the connecting arm directly limits the position movement of the rotation stopping plate 340 in the locked state, limits the rotation of the prism 313, and ensures the fixation of the support shaft 310, but needs to ensure that the rotation range of the prism 313 does not cause the hook portion 312 to separate from the waist-shaped hole 210.
In order to ensure an effective hooking of the suspension 300 to the top corner piece 200, in this embodiment, it is preferred that the rotation stop plate 340 is parallel to and in surface contact with the locking edge of the prism 313, i.e. the gap between the rotation stop plate 340 and the prism 313 is 0. The prism 313 and the rotation stop plate 340 are in place one after the other, the prism 313 being positioned under the restriction of the rotation stop plate 340.
The sliding fit manner of the rotation stopping plate 340 and the mounting seat 330 is not particularly limited in the present application, for example, a chute is provided on the U-shaped seat, and the rotation stopping plate 340 is slidably matched with the U-shaped seat through the chute. In order to avoid disassembling the rotation stopping plate 340, the rotation stopping plate 340 can be arranged on the U-shaped seat under the action of no external force, and the rotation stopping plate 340 is a bending plate so as to be hung on the U-shaped seat in a reverse mode through bending to be self-limiting. In this embodiment, the rotation stopping plate 340 is an L-shaped plate, the vertical plate of the L-shaped plate is inserted into the sliding groove, and the transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is hung on the mounting seat 330.
In this embodiment, the connecting arm is provided with a guide portion 331 protruding from the connecting arm, and the guide portion 331 is located in the U-shaped cavity and has a through hole, and the through hole forms a chute. The riser of L template runs through and stretches out in the through-hole, and the diaphragm of L template is hung and is located on mount pad 330, under no exogenic action, and the L template is hung on mount pad 330 naturally, and the cooperation of part riser and the prism 313 that stretches out is locking state, and when needs rotate back shaft 310, dial L template to prism 313 upwards and can freely rotate.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the whole suspension device 300, in this embodiment, the prism 313 is detachably disposed on the shaft 311 and is fixedly connected with the shaft 311 through a screw structure, optionally, a side opening matching with the shaft 311 is formed on the prism 313, a protruding screw column is disposed on the opening surface, and a corresponding screw hole is formed on the shaft 311 and is fixed through a bolt. Or the prism 313 is directly sleeved on the shaft 311 and fastened into an integral coaxial rotating structure through a screw.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the support shaft 310 and to facilitate the adjustment of the angle and position between the hooking portion 312 and the waist-shaped hole 210, in this embodiment, an operation handle 314 is provided on the shaft portion 311 of the support shaft 310. The operation handle 314 may be provided directly on the shaft portion 311 or may be provided on the prism 313.
To achieve lubrication and ensure rotation of the support shaft 310, in this embodiment, a grease hole 332 is formed in the mounting base 330 to communicate with a mounting hole for mounting the support shaft 310.
Through the embodiment, the application has the following beneficial effects or advantages:
1) The container and the transportation equipment provided by the application fully utilize the structural characteristics that the top corner fitting of the container has the universality of the standard component, can suspend and fix various equipment on the container, solve the technical problems that the equipment to be suspended occupies the internal space of the container and is unfavorable for improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the container in the prior art, are suitable for fixing small-sized, medium-sized and large-sized equipment, have high universality and can endow the container with more functions.
2) When the refrigerator and the hanging device are applied to the refrigerated container, the knapsack type power supply system can be stably fixed on the corner fittings of the refrigerated container through the device, so that the purpose of stably supplying power to the refrigerated container is realized.
3) The suspension device provided by the application has the characteristics of modularization, is suitable for a plurality of other devices fixed at one end of the container in the mode by utilizing the structural characteristics of universality of container corner fittings, has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, has high reliability, and can be operated by a single person.

Claims (8)

1. The container is characterized by comprising a container body, equipment to be suspended and a suspension device, wherein a top corner piece is arranged on the container body, the suspension device is connected with the top corner piece, and the equipment to be suspended is arranged on the top corner piece through the suspension device; the suspension device comprises a support shaft, a fastener and a mounting seat: the support shaft comprises a shaft part and a hooking part which are connected, the shaft part penetrates through the waist-shaped hole of the top corner piece, and the hooking part hooks the hole wall of the waist-shaped hole; a fastener is provided to the shaft portion; the mounting seat is connected with the shaft part, and the mounting seat and the top corner piece are arranged side by side along the axial direction of the shaft part;
the device to be suspended is arranged on the mounting seat, and the mounting seat and the supporting shaft are locked on the top corner piece through the fastening piece; the mounting seat is a U-shaped seat, and the U-shaped seat comprises two side arms and a connecting arm for connecting the two side arms; the shaft part penetrates through the two side arms of the U-shaped seat and extends into the waist-shaped hole, and the shaft part is in running fit with the side arms; the shaft part is provided with a prism which is positioned in the U-shaped cavity of the U-shaped seat; the U-shaped cavity is internally provided with a rotation stopping plate which is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, and the thickness of the rotation stopping plate is larger than the minimum clearance between the prism and the connecting arm when the prism rotates, so that the rotation stopping plate is switched in two states of locking the prism and separating from the prism; under the state that the rotation stopping plate locks the prism, the maximum clearance between the rotation stopping plate and the prism is smaller than the distance required by the rotation of the prism for being matched with the rotation stopping plate and the locking edge, and an included angle is formed between the hooking part and the length direction of the waist-shaped hole.
2. A container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container is a refrigerated container and the device to be suspended is a power supply for supplying electrical energy to the container.
3. A container as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of said suspension means is more than two, and said power supply means is secured by means of at least two of said suspension means.
4. A container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the U-shaped seat is provided with a chute through which the anti-rotation plate is in sliding engagement with the U-shaped seat; the anti-rotation plate is an L-shaped plate, a vertical plate of the L-shaped plate is arranged in the sliding groove in a penetrating mode, and a transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is arranged on the connecting arm in a hanging mode.
5. A container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the shaft portion is provided with an operating handle.
6. A transportation device comprising a container according to any one of claims 1-5.
7. A suspension device for securing a device to be suspended to a corner piece of a container; the suspension device includes:
the support shaft comprises a shaft part and a hooking part which are connected, the shaft part and the hooking part are used for extending into a waist-shaped hole of the top corner piece, and the hooking part is used for hooking the hole wall of the waist-shaped hole;
the fastening piece is arranged on the shaft part, and the supporting shaft is locked on the top corner piece through the fastening piece and the hooking part;
the mounting seat is connected with the shaft part and used for mounting the equipment to be suspended, and the mounting seat and the top corner piece are arranged side by side along the axial direction of the shaft part; the mounting seat is a U-shaped seat, and the U-shaped seat comprises two side arms and a connecting arm for connecting the two side arms;
the shaft part penetrates through the two side arms of the U-shaped seat and stretches into the waist-shaped hole, and the shaft part is in running fit with the side arms; the shaft part is provided with a prism which is positioned in the U-shaped cavity of the U-shaped seat; the U-shaped cavity is internally provided with a rotation stopping plate which is in sliding fit with the connecting arm, and the thickness of the rotation stopping plate is larger than the minimum clearance between the prism and the connecting arm when the prism rotates, so that the rotation stopping plate is switched in two states of locking the prism and separating from the prism; under the state that the rotation stopping plate locks the prism, the maximum clearance between the rotation stopping plate and the prism is smaller than the distance required by the rotation of the prism for being matched with the rotation stopping plate and the locking edge, and an included angle is formed between the hooking part and the length direction of the waist-shaped hole.
8. The suspension device of claim 7, wherein a chute is provided on the U-shaped seat, and the rotation stop plate is slidably engaged with the U-shaped seat through the chute; the anti-rotation plate is an L-shaped plate, a vertical plate of the L-shaped plate is arranged in the sliding groove in a penetrating mode, and a transverse plate of the L-shaped plate is arranged on the mounting seat in a hanging mode.
