Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the spray product replacement package 10 provided by the present invention includes a soft inner shell 11, a hard outer shell 12 provided outside the soft inner shell 11, a replacement fitting 13 provided at the top ends of the soft inner shell 11 and the hard outer shell 12, and a wick 14 inserted into the replacement fitting 13.
Wherein the soft inner shell 11 is made of soft material, such as plastic film, silica gel, etc., which can shrink and deform after the replacement liquid filled therein is consumed, thereby avoiding more gas space in the soft inner shell 11. In this embodiment, the flexibility of the soft inner shell 11 is close to that of a plastic film bag (e.g., a food bag), so that the soft inner shell 11 can shrink and deform along with the discharge of the replacement liquid after the replacement liquid therein is slightly consumed, and the space occupied by the discharged replacement liquid is occupied, so that the external air is prevented from entering the soft inner shell 11, and more gas space is prevented from being generated in the soft inner shell 11.
The hard outer shell 12 is wrapped outside the soft inner shell 11 and is used for protecting the soft inner shell 11 so as to prevent the replacement liquid filled in the soft inner shell 11 from overflowing due to extrusion of external force. The hard shell 12 comprises a first hard shell 12a and a second hard shell 12b, wherein the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b can be connected at one side (namely one long side) thereof through a pivot, so that the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b can be rotated outwards around the connecting shaft of the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b to open, and the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b are hooked together through a buckling structure arranged at the other side (namely the other long side) of the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b to close the hard shell 12. In other embodiments of the invention, the rigid outer shell 12 may be a rigid unitary structure similar to a disposable cutlery box, having a crease in the middle of the structure dividing the structure into a first shell 12a and a second shell 12b, allowing the first shell 12a and the second shell 12b to pivot about the crease, and the first shell 12a and the second shell 12b may be snapped together by a snap-fit structure at the long sides of the first shell 12a and the second shell 12b distal from the crease. Alternatively, the first and second hard shells 12a, 12b may be provided as two separate individuals, with the first and second hard shells 12a, 12b being secured together by snap-fit formations provided on opposite sides of the first and second hard shells 12a, 12 b. As shown in fig. 3, the fastening structure in the present invention may include a hook 12c disposed on the outer side of the first hard shell 12a and a fastening hole 12d disposed on the inner side of the second hard shell 12b, wherein the fastening of the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b may be achieved by fastening the hook 12c into the fastening hole 12d, and the fastening of the first hard shell 12a and the second hard shell 12b may be released by pressing the second hard shell 12b on the outer side of the fastening hole 12 d.
