The elastic membrane can be fixed on the inner wall of the open pore 111 and also on the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20, and only the opening at the joint of the open pore 111 and the liquid storage bin 20 needs to be covered. The elastic membrane can be made of materials which have elastic deformation capacity and can be restored to the original state, such as rubber, and the elastic membrane can be contracted or expanded along with the change of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20, and the invention does not limit the elastic membrane.
The elastic membrane can be round, irregular or other shapes, and only the open hole 111 and the liquid storage bin 20 can be isolated; the elastic membrane can be made of rubber, silica gel or other materials, and only needs to be elastically deformed and restored to the original shape; the thickness of the elastic membrane is moderate, the elastic deformation required can be met, and the elastic membrane is not easy to break.

Under normal temperature and pressure, the volume of the internal space of the liquid storage bin 20 is V1. When the inside of the cartridge 1 is at high temperature and high pressure, the gas inside the liquid storage bin 20 expands, and the expanded gas volume is V2(V2> V1). The elastic membrane receives the atmospheric pressure impact that gaseous inflation caused, and along with the atmospheric pressure increase in the stock solution storehouse 20 and take place elastic deformation to the direction of keeping away from stock solution storehouse 20, the space volume in pressure regulating space reduces, and the pressure regulating space reaches balanced back with the atmospheric pressure in stock solution storehouse 20, and the space volume in pressure regulating space reduces V3, and the space volume of corresponding stock solution storehouse 20 increases V3. When V1+ V3 is V2, the gas in the liquid storage bin 20 reaches balance, and the expanded gas does not impact the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20 and each sealing area; when V1+ V3< V2, the gas pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 is reduced, the impact on the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20 and each sealing area is reduced, and liquid leakage is avoided. When the inside temperature of stock solution storehouse 20 and pressure resume normal state, the gas pressure that the elastic membrane received reduces, and along with atmospheric pressure in the stock solution storehouse 20 reduces and expand to the reconversion to the direction that is close to stock solution storehouse 20, the spatial volume increase in pressure regulating space, and the spatial volume of stock solution storehouse 20 reduces to the state of leaving the factory.
Along with stock solution storehouse 20 inside liquid reduces, the inside gas pressure of stock solution storehouse 20 reduces, and elastic deformation takes place to the direction that is close to stock solution storehouse 20 along with the reduction of the interior gas pressure of stock solution storehouse 20 to the space volume in increase pressure regulating space reduces the space volume in stock solution storehouse 20, and increase atmospheric pressure avoids liquid to obtain supplementing to lead to atomizing core dry combustion method, produces burnt flavor, influences the experience sense that the user used.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid leakage preventing smoke bomb 1 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
In the fourth embodiment, the pressure regulating assembly 30 is a hollow elastic body, the hollow elastic body is communicated with the opening 111 and isolates the pressure regulating space from the liquid storage bin 20, and the hollow elastic body contracts along with the increase of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 and expands along with the decrease of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20. The hollow elastic body is located in the liquid storage bin 20, and one end of the hollow elastic body is arranged at the opening of the hole 111 connected with the liquid storage bin 20.
The hollow elastic body is integrally arranged at the opening of the hole 111 connected with the liquid storage bin 20, and is integrally processed with the atomizing base 11 in the production and processing process and directly fixed together by pressing or other modes.
Wherein the opening 111 may be formed by a through hole or a blind hole provided on the atomizing base 11. One end of the hollow elastic body is communicated with the opening 111, and one end of the hollow elastic body far away from the opening 111 is in a closed state. The end of the hollow elastic body communicated with the opening 111 can be fixed on the inner wall of the opening 111, and also can be fixed on the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20, and only the opening at the joint of the opening 111 and the liquid storage bin 20 needs to be covered. The hollow elastic body can be a hollow silicone tube or a hollow silicone ball, the shape and the material of the hollow elastic body are not limited, and the hollow elastic body can be contracted along with the increase of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 and expanded along with the decrease of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 to realize the adjustment of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a change of a fourth embodiment of a liquid leakage prevention cartridge 1 according to the present invention before and after pressure release.
Under normal temperature and pressure, the volume of the internal space of the liquid storage bin 20 is V1. When the inside of the cartridge 1 is at high temperature and high pressure, the gas inside the liquid storage bin 20 expands, and the expanded gas volume is V2(V2> V1). When V1+ V3 is V2, the gas in the liquid storage bin 20 reaches balance, and the expanded gas does not impact the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20 and each sealing area; when V1+ V3< V2, the gas pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 is reduced, the impact on the inner wall of the liquid storage bin 20 and each sealing area is reduced, and liquid leakage is avoided. When the temperature and the pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 are restored to the normal state, the gas pressure received by the hollow elastic body is reduced, the hollow elastic body expands to the original state along with the reduction of the gas pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 and the direction close to the liquid storage bin 20, the space volume of the pressure regulating space is increased, and the space volume of the liquid storage bin 20 is reduced to the factory state.
Along with stock solution storehouse 20 inside liquid reduces, the inside gas pressure of stock solution storehouse 20 reduces, and hollow elasticity is carried along with the reduction of stock solution storehouse 20 in gas pressure to the direction of being close to stock solution storehouse 20 and takes place elastic deformation to the space volume in increase pressure regulating space reduces the space volume in stock solution storehouse 20, and increase atmospheric pressure avoids liquid to obtain supplementing and leads to atomizing core dry combustion method, produces burnt flavor, influences the experience sense that the user used.
In the first, second, third and fourth embodiments, the opening 111 is disposed on the atomizing base 11, i.e. the contact position between the reservoir 20 and the atomizing assembly 10; in other embodiments, the opening 111 can be arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage bin 20, the opening 111 is communicated with the liquid storage bin 20, the opening 111 and the liquid storage bin 20 are isolated from each other by the pressure regulating assembly 30, and the space volume of the pressure regulating space is regulated by the pressure regulating assembly 30, so that the air pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 is regulated. The pressure regulating assembly 30 may be composed of a piston and an elastic member, or may be an elastic body, an elastic membrane or a hollow elastic body, and the structure, the arrangement manner and the pressure relief principle are the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic atomization device according to the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the electronic atomization device includes a cartridge 1 and a power supply unit 2 for supplying power to the cartridge 1. The cartridge 1 may implement any of the embodiments described above and will not be described in detail herein. The power supply assembly 2 comprises a battery and a control circuit for controlling the working state of the cartridge 1. The battery can be lead accumulator, lead crystal battery or dry battery, only need satisfy the electron atomizing device can normally work, this application does not limit to this.
According to the invention, the opening 111 is arranged on the atomizing base 11, and the pressure regulating assembly 30 is arranged at the contact part of the liquid storage bin 20 and the opening 111, so that the gas in the liquid storage bin 20 expands under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, the pressure regulating assembly 30 increases the volume of the liquid storage bin 20 through sliding, elastic contraction or expansion, the pressure relief of the liquid storage bin 20 is realized, the impact of the pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 on a direct contact sealing area can be reduced or avoided through the pressure relief, and the liquid leakage prevention is realized; when the temperature and pressure in the liquid storage bin 20 are recovered to normal, the pressure regulating assembly 30 is recovered to the original state. Meanwhile, liquid in the liquid storage bin 20 is consumed, the internal pressure of the liquid storage bin 20 is reduced when the liquid cannot be supplemented, and the pressure regulating assembly 30 is elastically contracted or expanded to reduce the volume of the liquid storage bin 20, so that the dry burning phenomenon of the atomizing core 12 can be avoided.

Claims (16)

1. A liquid leakage prevention smoke cartridge, comprising:
a housing formed with a liquid storage compartment;
the atomization assembly is used for atomizing the atomized matrix of the liquid storage bin, and the atomization assembly is provided with a hole communicated with the liquid storage bin;
the pressure regulating assembly is connected with the open hole, and the air pressure in the liquid storage bin is regulated by displacement and/or deformation of the pressure regulating assembly.
2. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 1, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly includes an elastic body or an elastic member.
3. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 2, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly comprises a piston and an elastic piece.
4. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 3, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly is arranged in the opening.

The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 4, wherein: the air pressure in the liquid storage bin is increased, and the piston slides in the direction far away from the liquid storage bin and enables the elastic piece to generate elastic deformation so as to adjust the air pressure in the liquid storage bin; along with the reduction of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin, the piston slides towards the direction close to the liquid storage bin under the action of the elastic piece so as to adjust the air pressure in the liquid storage bin.
6. The liquid leakage preventing cartridge according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly is an elastic body which is arranged in the opening.

The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 6, wherein: the elastic body contracts towards the direction far away from the liquid storage bin along with the increase of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin, and expands towards the direction close to the liquid storage bin along with the decrease of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin so as to adjust the air pressure in the liquid storage bin.
8. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 6, wherein: the elastomer is a cylinder, and the side wall of the cylinder is provided with spaced annular depressions.
9. The liquid leakage preventing cartridge according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly is an elastic membrane, and the elastic membrane covers the opening of the hole connected with the liquid storage bin.
10. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 9, wherein: the elastic membrane is integrally arranged at the opening of the hole connected with the liquid storage bin.
11. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge according to claim 9, wherein: the elastic membrane is elastically deformed in the direction far away from the liquid storage bin along with the increase of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin, so that the space volume of the liquid storage bin is increased; along with the reduction of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin, the liquid storage bin elastically deforms towards the direction close to the liquid storage bin, so that the space volume of the liquid storage bin is reduced.
12. The liquid leakage preventing cartridge according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the pressure regulating assembly is a hollow elastic body, and the hollow elastic body is communicated with the opening and is positioned in the liquid storage bin; one end of the hollow elastic body is arranged at the opening of the hole connected with the liquid storage bin.

The liquid leakage prevention cartridge of claim 12, wherein: the hollow elastic body shrinks along with the increase of the air pressure in the liquid storage bin, so that the space volume of the liquid storage bin is increased; the air pressure in the liquid storage bin is reduced and the liquid storage bin expands, so that the space volume of the liquid storage bin is reduced.
14. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge of claim 12, wherein: the hollow elastic body is a hollow silicone tube; one end of the hollow silicone tube is communicated with the opening, and one end, far away from the opening, of the hollow silicone tube is in a closed state.
15. The liquid leakage prevention cartridge of claim 12, wherein: the hollow elastic body is integrally arranged at the opening of the hole connected with the liquid storage bin.
