Description

Hidden type outer handle heating system for vehicle and operation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a hidden type outer handle heating system of a vehicle and an operation method thereof.
Background
With the rise of automobile manufacturing processes and new energy automobile types, many automobile types seek to change in appearance, wherein the hidden outer handle gradually becomes a wind vane.
The most obvious advantage of the hidden outer handle is the higher end in profile, while the wind resistance of the vehicle can be reduced in performance. But compared with the traditional outer handle: the accessories such as a sensor, a telescopic device and a motor are required to be added, so that the cost is higher, and meanwhile, the fault rate is higher due to the complex structure. Most vehicle types adopting the hidden door handle can automatically pop up the door handle after the vehicle key issues an instruction for opening the outer handle to the outer handle or when a user approaches the vehicle, the user only needs to pull the sprung door handle like a normal door opening, and the door handle can be automatically hidden when the vehicle is in a forward gear or starts to advance, so that the hidden door handle is a design which gives consideration to design feel and practicability.
In addition, in winter, especially in northern snowing areas, if the vehicle is stopped outside, the outer handle of the vehicle door is easy to freeze inside, at the moment, the vehicle key sends an opening instruction to the outer handle, or when a user approaches the vehicle, the outer handle cannot be automatically ejected, namely the outer handle cannot be normally opened, the vehicle door cannot be opened, the use of the user is seriously influenced, and the telescopic mechanism inside the outer handle is easy to damage.
In the prior art, in order to solve the situation that the outer handle is frozen, an ice breaking mode is generally set for the outer handle, namely, when the outer handle is opened, a certain telescopic force is ensured, so that the outer handle can overcome the freezing force, and can be normally popped up, and the normal opening of the outer handle is realized; and then or the ice layer is loosened by lightly knocking the metal plate around the outer handle, and then the outer handle is opened by the car key. The scheme has uncontrollability, and when the ice blocks are thicker, the telescopic force of the outer handle cannot be ensured, so that the ice blocks can overcome the freezing force and normally pop out and open; knocking the panel beating also not necessarily can shaking garrulous ice layer, and too big knocking force can cause the damage to external handle.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The embodiment of the application provides a hidden type outer handle heating system for a vehicle and an operation method thereof, which can solve the problem that a hidden type outer handle of a door is frozen and cannot be opened.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hidden outer handle heating system for a vehicle includes a vehicle air conditioning system 1, an air supply passage, a remote control system, and a temperature controller.
The vehicle air conditioning system 1 includes two air outlets 2, which are disposed on two sides of the instrument desk facing the vehicle door, outside the existing air conditioning air outlets, so as to supply air to and heat the vehicle door outer handles 5 on two sides of the instrument desk.
The air supply channel comprises an air inlet 3 and an air conditioning duct 4. The air inlet 3 is arranged on the inner surface of the vehicle door, and when the vehicle door is closed, the air inlet 3 is in butt joint with and communicated with the air outlet 2 of the air conditioner. The air conditioner air duct 4 is arranged inside the vehicle door so as not to influence the appearance in the vehicle and the experience of a user, and two ends of the air conditioner air duct 4 are respectively connected with the air inlet 3 and the outer handle 5. When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 sends air to the air conditioning air outlet 2 positioned on the side surface of the instrument desk, the air conditioning air enters the air conditioning air pipeline 4 through the air conditioning air outlet 2 and the air inlet 3 and finally flows to the outer handle 5 to heat the outer handle 5.
The remote control system is used for controlling the opening and closing of the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and is in communication connection with the vehicle air conditioning system 1. It is known that the vehicle air conditioning system 1 warms up when the remote control system issues an instruction to turn on the vehicle air conditioning system 1. When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not receive the instruction, information is fed back to the remote control system, and at this time, the remote control system issues an opening instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 again.
The temperature controller is used for collecting the temperature in the vehicle and is in communication connection with the vehicle air conditioning system 1. It is known that when the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues a temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller, the temperature controller starts to collect the temperature in the vehicle and judges the temperature in the vehicle and the temperature threshold. When the temperature controller does not receive the instruction, information is fed back to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and at this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues an instruction for temperature judgment to the temperature controller again.
When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is started by the remote control system, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 preheats, acquires the temperature in the vehicle through the temperature controller and judges that the temperature in the vehicle is less than or equal to a temperature threshold value, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the external handle 5 for heating.
When the remote control system issues an opening instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is preheated, and at the same time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues a temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller, and the temperature controller immediately collects the temperature in the vehicle. At this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 has not yet performed air supply heating to the interior of the vehicle, so as to ensure the accuracy of the temperature in the vehicle acquired by the temperature controller. If the temperature in the vehicle collected by the temperature controller is less than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the information is fed back to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the external handle 5 for heating, at the moment, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can simultaneously supply air to the vehicle through other air outlets 2 for heating, and the experience and the comfort of a user can be improved.
Specifically, the temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller, and the intelligent temperature controller may time or select the temperature. And the intelligent temperature controller can be provided with a large liquid crystal display screen, date, time and the like are set through the touch keys, and information is displayed on the large liquid crystal display screen, so that the intelligent temperature controller is convenient for a user to operate. After the intelligent temperature controller sets the temperature threshold, when the acquired temperature exceeds the temperature threshold, the intelligent temperature controller can automatically cut off the power supply of the heating equipment, so that safety accidents and the like are prevented. Similarly, after the temperature threshold is set by the intelligent temperature controller, when the acquired temperature is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the intelligent temperature controller can automatically start the heating equipment, and the intelligent temperature controller has the functions of freezing prevention, frost prevention and the like.
Further, the hidden outer handle heating system of the vehicle of the present application further comprises a sensor, wherein the sensor is disposed on the outer handle 5 and is used for judging whether the outer handle 5 is in an open state, and the sensor is in communication connection with the vehicle air conditioning system 1. In particular, the sensor may be edge mounted to the outer handle 5 during manufacture of the vehicle.
When the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in an open state, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air to the outer handle 5 for heating; if the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in the closed state, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 continuously supplies air to the outer handle 5 for heating.
Specifically, the sensor can timely detect whether the state of the outer handle 5 is an on state or an off state, and timely feed back the state information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, manual intervention is not needed in the process, time is greatly saved, the opening efficiency of the outer handle 5 is improved, and meanwhile, when the outer handle 5 is opened, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can not supply air to and heat the outer handle 5, so that unnecessary energy consumption is reduced, and cost is greatly saved.
Optionally, the remote control system can be a mobile phone APP, and because the mobile phone can be carried about, the mobile phone APP has portability, so that a user can operate on the mobile phone APP according to own requirements, and the mobile phone APP is convenient and fast.
Further, after the vehicle is started, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is no longer controlled by the remote control system. Specifically, when the outside handle 5 is opened, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not supply air to the outside handle 5. After the user opens the door, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is not controlled by the remote control system any more after the vehicle is started in the vehicle, the user can set the vehicle air conditioning system 1 through keys on an instrument desk and the like in the vehicle, at this time, the user can determine whether the vehicle air conditioning system 1 continuously supplies air to the external handle 5 for heating according to own needs, if the vehicle air conditioning system 1 continuously supplies air to the external handle 5 for heating, the external handle 5 can be prevented from being frozen due to too low outdoor temperature in the running process of the vehicle.
The embodiment of the application also provides an operation method based on the hidden outer handle heating system of the vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
s1, presetting a temperature threshold value for controlling the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to supply air to the external handle 5 for heating, and sending an air conditioning preheating instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 by the remote control system.
S2, after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 receives the air conditioning preheating instruction, a temperature judging instruction is issued to the temperature controller.
S3, after receiving a temperature judgment instruction, the temperature controller compares the temperature in the vehicle with a preset temperature threshold value, judges whether the temperature in the vehicle is less than or equal to the temperature threshold value, and if so, enters a step S4; if not, ending.
S4, preheating the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to finish air outlet, and supplying air to the external handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 for heating.
S5, when the time length of normal opening or heating after the outer handle 5 receives the ejecting instruction issued by the car key is more than or equal to 30 minutes, the step S6 is entered.
And S6, stopping the air supply and heating of the external handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system, and ending.
Specifically, in the step S2, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 has not yet performed air supply heating to the interior of the vehicle, so as to ensure the accuracy of the temperature in the vehicle acquired by the temperature controller.
Specifically, in the above step S3, if the temperature in the vehicle collected by the temperature controller is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the temperature controller feeds back the information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1. The temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller that may time or select the temperature.
Specifically, in the step S4, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 has completed preheating and begins to supply air to and heat the external handle 5, and meanwhile, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can supply air to and heat the interior of the vehicle through the other air outlets 2 of the vehicle at the same time, so as to improve the experience and comfort of the user.
Further, the step S2 further includes the vehicle air conditioning system 1 judging whether it receives the air conditioning preheating instruction issued by the remote control system, if yes, entering the step S3; if not, returning to the step S1.
Further, the step S3 further includes the step of the temperature controller judging whether a temperature judgment instruction issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is received, if yes, entering a step S4; if not, returning to the step S2.
Specifically, if the temperature controller does not receive the temperature judgment instruction issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the temperature controller will feed back information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues the temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller again.
Further, the temperature threshold in the step S1 is preset to 0 ℃.
In the above step S3, the temperature controller compares the temperature in the vehicle with 0 ℃ after receiving the temperature judgment instruction issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1.
It is known that at standard atmospheric pressure, the freezing temperature of water is 0 ℃, the ice-water mixture is in a special state, and at this time, the water should not be completely frozen into hard ice cubes, so the temperature threshold is preset to 0 ℃, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can timely supply air to and heat the outer handle 5 before the water is completely frozen into hard ice cubes, that is, before the outer handle 5 is completely frozen, so that the outer handle 5 is prevented from being completely frozen, and the opening efficiency of the outer handle 5 is improved. Meanwhile, the temperature threshold value is preset to be 0 ℃, so that the power consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can be reduced, and the cost is saved.
Further, the step S1 further includes presetting the heating duration of the outer handle 5 to be 30min.
The step S5 specifically further includes,
s51, judging whether the air supply heating time of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to the outer handle 5 is more than or equal to 30 minutes, if so, entering a step S6; if not, the process advances to step S52.
S52, the vehicle key issues an opening instruction to the external handle 5, whether the external handle 5 can be opened or not is judged, and if so, the step S6 is entered; if not, returning to the step S4.
Specifically, the heating duration of the outer handle is preset for 30min, so that the outer handle 5 can be normally opened, the temperature in the vehicle can be increased, the temperature in the vehicle reaches the temperature comfortable to the human body, and the comfort of the user can be ensured when the user enters the vehicle.
Specifically, in the step S51, the default is that when the heating time of the outer handle 5 is greater than or equal to 30min, the outer handle 5 receives the command of opening the outer handle 5 issued by the vehicle key, and the outer handle 5 can pop up, that is, the outer handle 5 can be normally opened. Therefore, when the heating time of the outside handle 5 is 30min or longer, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops the air supply heating of the outside handle 5, and the energy consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is saved.
Specifically, in the step S52, when the heating duration of the outer handle 5 is less than 30min, the user may use the vehicle key to issue the opening command to the outer handle 5 at any time, and if the outer handle 5 receives the opening command, the outer handle 5 may pop up, that is, the outer handle 5 may be normally opened, and at this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops heating the air supplied to the outer handle 5, so as to save energy consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1.
Further, the operation method of the hidden outer handle heating system for the vehicle of the present application further includes the step of providing a sensor for determining whether the outer handle 5 is opened on the outer handle 5. In particular, the sensor may be mounted to the outer handle 5 during manufacture of the vehicle.
The step S52 specifically includes: the vehicle key issues an opening instruction to the external handle 5, the sensor judges whether the external handle 5 is in an opening state, and if so, the step S6 is entered; if not, returning to the step S4.
Specifically, when the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in an open state, the information is fed back to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air to the outer handle 5 and heating, and energy consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is saved.
Further, the step S4 further includes directly turning off the air conditioning preheating function on the remote control system after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 starts to supply air to the external handle 5 for heating, and directly proceeding to the step S6.
Specifically, after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 has started to supply air to and heat the external handle 5, the vehicle key can normally turn on the external handle 5, and the sensor on the external handle 5 cannot feed back the information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, or the user does not need to use the vehicle for other reasons, at this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 cannot automatically stop the supply air to and heat the external handle 5, the user can directly issue a closing instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 on the remote control device, at this time, the preheating function of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is turned off, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops the supply air to and heat the external handle 5. The step can not only deal with the situation that the sensor cannot work normally, but also facilitate the user to control whether the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the external handle 5 for heating according to the own requirement.
As shown in FIG. 3, the present application provides a more specific embodiment for illustrating a method of operating a hidden outside handle heating system for a vehicle, comprising the steps of:
a1, presetting a temperature threshold value for controlling the air supply and heating of the external handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to be 0 ℃, and presetting the heating duration of the external handle 5 to be 30min.
a2, sending an air conditioner preheating instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 by using the mobile phone APP.
a3, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 judges whether an air conditioning preheating instruction issued by the mobile phone APP is received, if yes, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 preheats, and the step a4 is entered; if not, returning to the step a2.
a4, the temperature controller judges whether a temperature judgment instruction issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is received, if so, the step a5 is entered; if not, returning to the step a3.
A5, after receiving the temperature judging instruction, the temperature controller compares the temperature in the vehicle with 0 ℃, and judges whether the temperature in the vehicle is less than or equal to 0 ℃, if so, the step a6 is carried out; if not, ending.
a6, preheating the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to finish air outlet, and feeding air to the external handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to heat, and then entering step a7.
a7, judging whether the air supply heating time of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to the outer handle 5 is more than or equal to 30 minutes, if so, entering a step a10; if not, go to step a8.
a8, the vehicle key issues an opening instruction to the external handle 5, and the step a9 is entered.
a9, the sensor judges whether the outer handle 5 is in an open state, if so, the step a10 is entered; if not, returning to the step a6.
a10, the vehicle air conditioning system stops blowing and heating the external handle 5, and ends.
Specifically, in the step a3, the temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller, and the intelligent temperature controller may time or select the temperature.
Specifically, in step a6, after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 starts to blow and heat the external handle 5, a closing command is issued to the vehicle air conditioning system on the remote control system, and the process proceeds directly to step a10.
Specifically, in the step a7, the default is that when the heating time of the outer handle 5 is greater than or equal to 30min, after the outer handle 5 receives the command of opening the outer handle 5 issued by the vehicle key, the outer handle 5 can pop up, that is, the outer handle 5 can be normally opened. Therefore, after the step a6 proceeds to the step a10, the vehicle key issues an instruction to open the outer handle 5 to the outer handle 5, and at this time, the outer handle 5 can be normally opened.
Specifically, in the above step a9, the sensor may be mounted to the outer handle 5 during the manufacture of the vehicle.
