Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a hidden type outer handle heating system for a vehicle and an operation method thereof.
Background
With the advancement of automobile manufacturing processes and the rise of new energy vehicle types, many vehicle types seek changes in appearance, with the hidden outer handle becoming a wind vane step by step.
The most obvious advantage of a concealed outer handle is that it is higher in profile, while reducing the wind resistance of the vehicle in terms of performance. But compare traditional outer handle: the cost is higher due to the need of adding accessories such as a sensor, a telescopic device, a motor and the like, and the failure rate is higher due to the complex structure. The motorcycle type that mostly adopts hidden door handle all can be after the instruction that the outer handle opened is sent to the outer handle to the car key, perhaps automatic handle of popping out when the user is close to the vehicle, and the user only need just pull the door handle that pops out again like normally opening the door, just can get the car door, and hang to go forward to keep off or begin to go forward at the vehicle, and the door handle will be automatic to be hidden, consequently, hidden door handle has calculated to be a design of having compromise design sense and practicality.
In addition, in winter, particularly in northern snowing areas, if a vehicle stops outside, the outer handle of the vehicle door is easily frozen inside, at the moment, a vehicle key issues an opening instruction to the outer handle, or when a user approaches the vehicle, the outer handle cannot be automatically ejected, namely the outer handle cannot be normally opened, the vehicle door cannot be opened, the use of the user is seriously influenced, and the telescopic mechanism inside the outer handle is easily damaged.
In the prior art, in order to solve the problem that the outer handle is frozen, an ice breaking mode is generally set for the outer handle, namely, a certain telescopic force is ensured to overcome the freezing force when the outer handle is opened, so that the outer handle can be popped out normally, and the outer handle is opened normally; or the ice layer is loosened by lightly knocking the metal plate on the periphery of the outer handle, and then the outer handle is opened by a vehicle key. The technical scheme has uncontrollable property, when the ice block is thick, the telescopic force of the outer handle cannot be ensured, so that the ice block can overcome the freezing force and normally pop up to be opened; the beating panel beating also must not shake the broken ice layer, and too big knocking force can cause the damage to the external handle.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle hidden type outer handle heating system and an operation method thereof, which can solve the problem that a hidden type door outer handle is frozen and cannot be opened.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hidden type outer handle heating system for a vehicle includes a vehicle air conditioning system 1, an air supply passage, a remote control system and a temperature controller.
Wherein, vehicle air conditioning system 1 includes two air outlets 2, outside current air-conditioning outlet, these two aforementioned air outlets set up in two sides of instrument desk towards the door to can be for the door outer handle 5 air supply heating of instrument desk both sides.
The air supply passage includes an air inlet 3 and an air-conditioning duct 4. The air inlet 3 is arranged on the inner surface of the vehicle door, and when the vehicle door is closed, the air inlet 3 is in butt joint with and communicated with the air outlet 2 of the air conditioner. Air conditioner air duct 4 sets up inside the door to pleasing to the eye and user's experience sense in the influence car, air inlet 3 and outer handle 5 are connected respectively to the both ends of air conditioner air duct 4. When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 delivers air to the air conditioning outlet 2 located on the side face of the instrument desk, the air conditioning air enters the air conditioning air pipeline 4 through the air conditioning outlet 2 and the air inlet 3 and finally flows to the outer handle 5 to heat the outer handle 5.
The remote control system is used for controlling the opening and closing of the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and the remote control system is in communication connection with the vehicle air conditioning system 1. It can be known that when the remote control system issues a turn-on instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is warmed up. When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not receive the instruction, the information is fed back to the remote control system, and at the moment, the remote control system issues an opening instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 again.
The temperature controller is used for collecting the temperature in the vehicle and is in communication connection with the vehicle air conditioning system 1. It can be known that, when the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues a temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller, the temperature controller starts to acquire the temperature in the vehicle, and judges the temperature in the vehicle and the temperature threshold value. When the temperature controller does not receive the instruction, the information is fed back to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and at this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues an instruction for temperature judgment to the temperature controller again.
When the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is started by the remote control system, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is preheated, the temperature in the vehicle is collected through the temperature controller and judged, and if the temperature in the vehicle is smaller than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the outer handle 5 for heating.
After the remote control system issues a starting instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is preheated, meanwhile, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues a temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller, and the temperature controller immediately collects the temperature in the vehicle. At this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not yet supply air and heat the interior of the vehicle, and the accuracy of the interior temperature acquired by the temperature controller is ensured. If the temperature in the car that the temperature controller gathered is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, with this information feedback to vehicle air conditioning system 1, vehicle air conditioning system 1 is to the heating of 5 air supplies of external handle, and at this moment, vehicle air conditioning system 1 can be simultaneously through other air conditioner air outlet 2, carries out the heating of air supply in to the car, can improve user's experience sense and comfort.
Specifically, the temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller, and the intelligent temperature controller may time or select the temperature. And the intelligent temperature controller can be provided with a large liquid crystal display screen, the date, the time and the like are set through the touch key, and information is displayed on the large liquid crystal display screen, so that the operation of a user is facilitated. After the intelligent temperature controller sets the temperature threshold, when the acquired temperature exceeds the temperature threshold, the intelligent temperature controller can automatically cut off the power supply of the heating equipment, thereby preventing safety accidents and the like. Similarly, after the intelligent temperature controller sets the temperature threshold value, when the collected temperature is less than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the intelligent temperature controller can automatically start the heating equipment, and has the functions of preventing freezing, preventing frost and the like.
Further, the hidden outer handle heating system of vehicle of this application still includes the sensor, and the sensor sets up in outer handle 5 for judge whether outer handle 5 is the state of opening, sensor and vehicle air conditioning system 1 communication connection. In particular, the sensor may be mounted to the outer handle 5 during the manufacturing of the vehicle.
When the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in an opening state, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air to and heating the outer handle 5; if the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in the closed state, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 continuously supplies air to and heats the outer handle 5.
Specifically, the state that the sensor can in time detect outer handle 5 is the open mode, still closed state to in time feed back this state information to vehicle air conditioning system 1, need not artifical the intervention at this in-process, saved the time greatly, improved the efficiency that outer handle 5 opened, simultaneously, after outer handle 5 opened, vehicle air conditioning system 1 can no longer carry out the air supply heating to outer handle 5, reduces unnecessary energy consumption, has saved the cost greatly.
Optionally, the remote control system can be a mobile phone APP, and the mobile phone can be carried about and has portability, so that a user can operate the mobile phone APP according to own requirements, and the remote control system is convenient and fast.
Further, after the vehicle is started, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is no longer controlled by the remote control system. Specifically, when the outer handle 5 is opened, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not perform blowing heating for the outer handle 5 any more. The user opens the door, after starting the vehicle in the car, vehicle air conditioning system 1 also just no longer receives remote control system control, the user can be in the car through button on the instrument desk etc. set for vehicle air conditioning system 1, at this moment, the user can be according to oneself needs, decide whether vehicle air conditioning system 1 continues the air supply heating to external handle 5, if vehicle air conditioning system 1 continues to supply air the heating to external handle 5, can guarantee that the vehicle is at the in-process of traveling, external handle 5 also can not be because outdoor temperature is low excessively and is frozen.
The embodiment of the application also provides an operation method based on the vehicle hidden type outer handle heating system, which comprises the following steps:
and S1, presetting a temperature threshold value for controlling the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to supply air and heat the outside handle 5, and sending an air conditioning preheating instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 by the remote control system.
And S2, after receiving the air conditioner preheating command, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 sends a temperature judgment command to the temperature controller.
S3, after receiving the temperature judgment instruction, the temperature controller compares the temperature in the vehicle with a preset temperature threshold, the temperature controller judges whether the temperature in the vehicle is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, if so, the step S4 is carried out; if not, ending.
S4, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 finishes air outlet after preheating, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the outside handle 5 for heating.
S5, when the outer handle 5 is normally opened or the heating time is more than or equal to 30min after receiving the ejection instruction sent by the car key, the step S6 is entered.
And S6, stopping the air supply and heating of the outer handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system, and ending.
Specifically, in step S2, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 does not yet supply air to and heat the interior of the vehicle, so as to ensure the accuracy of the interior temperature collected by the temperature controller.
Specifically, in step S3, if the in-vehicle temperature collected by the temperature controller is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, the temperature controller feeds back the information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1. The temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller, which may time or select the temperature.
Specifically, in step S4, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 has already finished preheating and starts to supply air to and heat the outside handle 5, and meanwhile, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can simultaneously supply air to and heat the inside of the vehicle through other air outlets 2 on the vehicle, so as to improve the experience and comfort of the user.
Further, the step S2 includes that the vehicle air conditioning system 1 determines whether an air conditioning preheating command issued by the remote control system is received, and if yes, the step S3 is performed; if not, the process returns to step S1.
Further, the step S3 includes that the temperature controller determines whether a temperature determination command sent by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is received, and if so, the process goes to step S4; if not, the process returns to step S2.
Specifically, if the temperature controller does not receive the temperature judgment instruction issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the temperature controller feeds back the information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 issues the temperature judgment instruction to the temperature controller again.
Further, the temperature threshold in the above step S1 is preset to 0 ℃.
In step S3, the temperature controller compares the in-vehicle temperature with 0 ℃ after receiving the temperature determination command issued by the vehicle air conditioning system 1.
It can be known that, under standard atmospheric pressure, the temperature at which water freezes is 0 ℃, the ice-water mixture is in a special state, and at this time, the water should not be completely condensed into hard ice cubes, so that the temperature threshold is preset to 0 ℃, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can timely supply air to the outside handle 5 for heating before the water is completely condensed into hard ice cubes, that is, before the outside handle 5 is not completely frozen, so as to avoid the outside handle 5 from being completely frozen, and improve the efficiency of opening the outside handle 5. Meanwhile, the temperature threshold is preset to be 0 ℃, so that the power consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 can be reduced, and the cost is saved.
Further, the step S1 includes presetting the heating time period of the outer handle 5 to be 30 min.
The step S5 further includes the following specific steps,
s51, judging whether the air supply heating time of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to the outer handle 5 is more than or equal to 30min, if so, entering the step S6; if not, the process proceeds to step S52.
S52, the vehicle key issues an opening instruction to the outer handle 5 to judge whether the outer handle 5 can be opened, if yes, the step S6 is carried out; if not, the process returns to step S4.
Specifically, with the length of time presetting position 30min of outer handle's heating, not only can make outer handle 5 normally open, also can make the temperature rise in the car, reach human comfortable temperature for the temperature in the car, when the user enters into the car, can guarantee user's comfort.
Specifically, in step S51, it is default that when the heating time period of the outer handle 5 is greater than or equal to 30min, after the outer handle 5 receives an instruction issued by the vehicle key to open the outer handle 5, the outer handle 5 may pop up, that is, the outer handle 5 can be normally opened. Therefore, when the heating time of the outer handle 5 is greater than or equal to 30min, the vehicle air-conditioning system 1 stops supplying air to and heating the outer handle 5, and energy consumption of the vehicle air-conditioning system 1 is saved.
Specifically, in the step S52, when the heating duration of the external handle 5 is less than 30min, the user may send an opening instruction to the external handle 5 at any time by using the vehicle key, and if the external handle 5 receives the opening instruction, the external handle 5 can pop up, that is, the external handle 5 can be normally opened, at this time, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air and heating the external handle 5, so as to save the energy consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1.
Further, the operation method of the hidden type vehicle outer handle heating system further comprises the step of arranging a sensor for judging whether the outer handle 5 is opened or not on the outer handle 5. In particular, the sensor may be mounted to the outer handle 5 during the manufacturing of the vehicle.
The step S52 specifically includes: the vehicle key sends an opening instruction to the outer handle 5, the sensor judges whether the outer handle 5 is in an opening state, if so, the step S6 is carried out; if not, the process returns to step S4.
Specifically, when the sensor senses that the outer handle 5 is in an open state, the information is fed back to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air to and heating the outer handle 5, and energy consumption of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is saved.
Further, the step S4 includes turning off the air conditioner preheating function directly on the remote control system after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 starts to supply air and heat to the outside handle 5, and then the process goes directly to step S6.
Specifically, after the vehicle air conditioning system 1 starts to supply air and heat the outside handle 5, the vehicle key can normally open the outside handle 5, and the sensor on the outside handle 5 cannot feed back the information to the vehicle air conditioning system 1, or the user does not need to use the vehicle for other reasons, at this moment, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 cannot automatically stop supplying air and heating the outside handle 5, the user can directly send a closing instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 on the remote control device, at this moment, the preheating function of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is closed, and the vehicle air conditioning system 1 stops supplying air and heating the outside handle 5. The step not only can deal with the condition that the sensor cannot work normally, but also can be convenient for a user to control whether the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air and heats the outer handle 5 according to the requirement of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, the present application provides a more specific embodiment to illustrate a method of operating a hidden outside handle heating system for a vehicle, comprising the steps of:
a1, presetting the temperature threshold value for controlling the air supply and heating of the outer handle 5 by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to be 0 ℃, and presetting the heating time of the outer handle 5 to be 30 min.
a2, sending an air conditioner preheating instruction to the vehicle air conditioning system 1 by using the mobile phone APP.
a3, the vehicle air-conditioning system 1 judges whether an air-conditioning preheating instruction issued by the mobile phone APP is received, if yes, the vehicle air-conditioning system 1 is preheated, and the step a4 is carried out; if not, return to step a 2.
a4, the temperature controller judges whether a temperature judgment instruction sent by the vehicle air conditioning system 1 is received, if yes, the step a5 is carried out; if not, return to step a 3.
a5, after receiving the temperature judgment instruction, the temperature controller compares the temperature in the vehicle with 0 ℃, and the temperature controller judges whether the temperature in the vehicle is less than or equal to 0 ℃ or not, if yes, the step a6 is carried out; if not, ending.
a6, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 finishes air outlet after preheating, the vehicle air conditioning system 1 supplies air to the outside handle 5 for heating, and the step a7 is carried out.
a7, judging whether the air supply heating time of the vehicle air conditioning system 1 to the outer handle 5 is more than or equal to 30min, if so, entering a step a 10; if not, go to step a 8.
a8, the key issues an opening command to the outer handle 5, and the process goes to step a 9.
a9, judging whether the outer handle 5 is in an opening state by a sensor, if so, entering a step a 10; if not, return to step a 6.
a10, the vehicle air conditioning system stops blowing air to the outside handle 5 and heating, and the operation is finished.
Specifically, in step a3, the temperature controller may be an intelligent temperature controller, and the intelligent temperature controller may time or select the temperature.
Specifically, in step a6, after the air conditioning system 1 starts to supply air and heat to the outside handle 5, the remote control system issues a command to turn off the air conditioning system, and the process proceeds to step a 10.
Specifically, in the step a7, it is default that when the heating time of the outer handle 5 is greater than or equal to 30min, after the outer handle 5 receives an instruction issued by a vehicle key to open the outer handle 5, the outer handle 5 may pop up, that is, the outer handle 5 can be normally opened. Therefore, after the step a6 is proceeded to the step a10, the vehicle key issues an instruction to the outside handle 5 to open the outside handle 5, and at this time, the outside handle 5 can be normally opened.
Specifically, in the step a9, the sensor may be mounted to the outer handle 5 during the manufacturing process of the vehicle.
