Abstract
The invention relates to a PET film-coated plate for water tank and decoration, which provides a novel material for coating a galvanized plate surface, the novel material comprises a PET base film of food sanitation grade, then a high-molecular hot-melt particle is used for casting into a glue film, the glue film is compounded on the PET base film through a transition layer, finally a layer of high-hardness resin of food sanitation grade is sprayed on the PET surface to form a PET hot-melt film with a four-layer structure and special purpose, and the film is coated on the galvanized plate surface through a hot roller at 180 ℃ to form a novel material with corrosion resistance exceeding 304 stainless steel plates.
Description
The invention provides a novel material for coating a galvanized sheet surface, which comprises the steps of selecting a food sanitation grade PET base film, casting a high-molecular hot-melt particle into a glue film, compounding the glue film on the PET base film through a transition layer, finally spraying a layer of high-hardness food sanitation grade resin on the PET surface to form a four-layer PET hot-melt film with a special purpose, and coating the film on the galvanized sheet surface through a hot roller at 180 ℃ to form a novel material with the corrosion resistance exceeding 304 stainless steel plates.
PET tectorial membrane board, its characterized in that includes:
1. 0.15 mm PET base film;
2. 0.15 mm of high-molecular hot-melt casting film;
3. 0.1 mm composite transition layer;
4. a 0.1 millimeter scratch resistant resin layer;
5. a zinc-plated substrate.

The film coating process can be used for coating transparent four-layer structure transparent films and special films with seven-layer structures with various color and texture requirements, thereby realizing the use requirements of different grades and cost performance, and creating a new material with excellent performance-cost ratio, wherein the price of the new material is lower than half of 304.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: a low-cost low-zinc-layer steel coil is placed on a hot-coating production line, a steel plate of the low-cost low-zinc-layer steel coil is firstly unreeled, then is preheated by a drying tunnel at 150 ℃, then enters a hot roller at 180 ℃ together with a high-molecular hot melt film with a four-layer structure, and is rolled and compounded to form a film-coated plate which is the novel material.

1. The preparation method is characterized in that a high-molecular hot-melt particle is selected, a high-molecular casting hot-melt adhesive film is prepared by a casting process, and a hot-melt film with a three-layer structure is formed by compounding a transition layer and a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) base film, so that the key film preparation process is realized.
2. Meanwhile, a galvanized sheet with a chromium-free passivated surface is selected on a special film coating line, a steel sheet is preheated at 180 ℃, then the constant temperature of 150 ℃ of a hot roller is accurately controlled, and the key links of the synchronism of the two materials entering the hot roller and the position rectification performance are mastered.
