The sealing strip for automobile is made up by using ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber with good elasticity, compression deformation resistance, ageing resistance, ozone and chemical action, and wider application temp. range (-40 deg.C- +120 deg.C) through foaming and close-compounding, and its interior contains unique metal clamp and tongue-shaped fastener, so that it is firm and durable, and is favourable for installation.
The main functions of the automobile sealing strip are water resistance, dust resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation and sealing, and certain comfort and decoration are required in application. The sealing strip is subjected to a cutting process in the production process, namely, the long sealing strip is cut into short strips with specified requirements. However, the length of the sealing strip cut by the existing sealing strip cutting equipment is inaccurate, and the cutting surface of the sealing strip is easy to have unevenness and roughness in different degrees, so that the attractiveness and the performance of the sealing strip are influenced. In addition, a large amount of dust can be generated in the cutting process of the sealing strip, and the dust of rubber products can cause great harm to human bodies.

Further, the cutting tool comprises a supporting plate, a cutting cylinder, a photoelectric sensor, a cutting tool rest, a cutting tool and a cutting tool groove, wherein the cutting cylinder, the cutting tool rest, the cutting tool groove and the photoelectric sensor are mounted on the supporting plate, and the cutting cylinder is connected with the cutting tool through the cutting tool rest.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a special fixed-length semi-automatic cutting machine, which includes a frame 1, a programmable controller, a base, a cutting device 3, and a traction device 2. The cutting device 3 and the traction device 2 are connected with a programmable controller through an electric appliance box, and the programmable controller controls the cutting device 3 and the traction device 2 to act.
A traction device 2 is arranged on an operation table of the frame 1, and a cutting device 3 is arranged through a base. The cutting device 3 consists of a conveying rail 3-1, a conveying tool 3-2 and a cutting tool, wherein the conveying tool 3-2 and the cutting tool are arranged on the conveying rail 3-1, the conveying tool 3-2 consists of a pneumatic sliding table, a conveying cylinder and a clamping device, and the conveying cylinder and the clamping device are arranged on the pneumatic sliding table. The linear gear 2-1 is arranged on an operation table of the rack, and the linear gear 2-1 is connected with the profiling tool and the pressing tool through a drag chain and is driven by the power device to do linear motion. The power device of the traction device 2 is a servo motor 2-2. The compressing jig needs to compress the product, and then the traction device pulls the product to move forwards at a constant speed until the product reaches a left limit position.
The frame 1 is composed of an operation table, a support rod, a cross rod, an electrical appliance box, a cross beam, protective glass and support legs.
The front of the programmable controller is provided with a touch screen, and a photoelectric switch and a stop switch are arranged beside the touch screen.
When the sealing strip cutting device is used, a sealing strip with a good appearance state is flatly placed in a profiling tool of the traction device, the foot switch is started, the pressing tool clamps a product, the servo motor pulls the product to move forwards along the linear gear until the product moves to the left limit position, the foot switch is started again, the cutting knife is vertically cut under the action of the air cylinder, and a complete cutting action is completed.
