and the material cutting upper die is characterized by comprising a support frame (17) arranged on the first linear module (12) in a crossing mode, a material moving linear module (18) arranged on the support frame (17) and capable of moving back and forth along the support frame (17), a lifting cylinder (19) arranged on the material moving linear module (18), a tooling top plate (20) driven by the lifting cylinder (19), and a material cutting upper die (22) detachably connected with the tooling top plate (20) through a second locking assembly (21).
