Background
The photovoltaic industry in China is mainly distributed in northwest areas, the areas are wide, the sunlight time is long, and along with the expansion of the grid-connected scale of photovoltaic power generation, a large number of connected photovoltaic panels are distributed in desert areas, and are arranged on photovoltaic panel frames. The photovoltaic grillage exposes under the sand by wind for a long time, and foreign matter such as extremely easy adhesion worm ovum, silt in the photovoltaic grillage outside in the photovoltaic grillage influences photovoltaic grillage's life to a great extent, receives the corruption even, leads to the photovoltaic grillage to support the dynamics inadequately and warp, has indirectly influenced photovoltaic panel life.
At present, cleaning of the photovoltaic plate frame is achieved through manual cleaning, the mode of manual cleaning is time-consuming and labor-consuming, foreign matters such as worm eggs and sediment are difficult to clean outside when the photovoltaic plate frame is cleaned, the cleaning effect is poor, and a large amount of water resources are wasted.
In order to solve the above problems, we propose a photovoltaic panel rack maintenance apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that foreign matters such as worm eggs and silt are difficult to clean out and are directly flushed to a deeper part inside the photovoltaic panel frame, the cleaning effect is poor, and time and labor are wasted, the application provides a maintenance device for the photovoltaic panel frame.
The technical scheme is as follows: a photovoltaic panel rack maintenance device comprises a chassis, casters, a panel rack, a handle and a panel rack cleaning system; the four corners of the underframe are respectively connected with a trundle; the upper side of the underframe is connected with a frame plate; the rear part of the upper side of the frame plate is connected with a handle; the inner side of the frame plate is connected with a plate frame cleaning system; the plate frame cleaning system is used for cleaning foreign matters such as worm eggs, sediment and the like in the photovoltaic plate frame.

The beneficial effects are that: the application designs a plate frame cleaning system, foreign matters are prevented from flowing into a deeper photovoltaic plate frame through the scraping plates, the interior of the photovoltaic plate frame is washed through the high-pressure water sprayer, so that the foreign matters such as worm eggs, silt and the like attached to the interior of the photovoltaic plate frame are washed down, and the foreign matters are collected and treated by matching with the folding frame.
According to the application, the lifting system is designed, and the cleaning and maintenance of the photovoltaic plate frames with different heights are realized through the adjustment of the lifting system to the plate frame cleaning system.

When using this photovoltaic grillage maintenance device, firstly remove the photovoltaic grillage maintenance device to the photovoltaic grillage that needs to handle one side, then switch on, debug good photovoltaic grillage maintenance device, later brake truckle 2, prevent that photovoltaic grillage maintenance device from sliding, enter into the photovoltaic grillage inside through grillage clearance system, and with the inside contact of photovoltaic grillage, foreign matter is stayed in the photovoltaic grillage when avoiding the clearance, then the photovoltaic grillage water spray, the impact force through water will depend on the worm ovum in the photovoltaic grillage, foreign matter such as silt wash down, so realized the clearance and the maintenance of photovoltaic grillage.
