the petal separation system comprises a third mounting bracket, a third electric push rod, an arc clamping plate, a fourth electric push rod, a first grafting arc plate, a second grafting arc plate, a lifting assembly and a separation assembly; the lower part of the third portal frame is connected with a third mounting bracket; the front part and the rear part of the third mounting bracket are fixedly connected with a third electric push rod respectively; two third electric push rods are fixedly connected with an arc clamping plate through telescopic parts respectively; the front part and the rear part of the third mounting bracket are fixedly connected with a fourth electric push rod respectively, and the two fourth electric push rods are positioned above the third electric push rod; the fourth electric push rod in front is fixedly connected with a second splicing arc plate through a telescopic part; the fourth electric push rod at the rear part is fixedly connected with a first splicing arc plate through a telescopic part; the upper part of the third portal frame is connected with a lifting assembly; the lifting component is connected with a separation component;
the lifting assembly comprises a fourth mounting bracket, a second motor, a first screw rod, a first driving wheel, a first sliding seat, a second screw rod, a second driving wheel, a second sliding seat and a mounting plate; a fourth mounting bracket is fixedly connected to the upper side of the third portal frame; a second motor is fixedly connected to the fourth mounting bracket; the second motor penetrates through the fourth mounting bracket through the output shaft and is rotationally connected with the fourth mounting bracket; the rear part of the third portal frame is rotationally connected with a first screw rod; the upper part of the outer surface of the first screw rod is fixedly connected with a first driving wheel; the middle part of the outer surface of the first screw rod is screwed with a first sliding seat; the second motor is fixedly connected with the first screw rod through an output shaft; the front part of the third portal frame is rotationally connected with a second screw rod; the upper part of the outer surface of the second screw rod is fixedly connected with a second driving wheel; the outer ring surface of the first driving wheel is in driving connection with the second driving wheel through a belt; the middle part of the outer surface of the second screw rod is screwed with a second sliding seat; a mounting plate is fixedly connected between the first sliding seat and the second sliding seat;
the separating component comprises a fifth mounting bracket, a third motor, a second rotating shaft, a flower extractor and a collecting box; a fifth mounting bracket is fixedly connected to the upper side of the mounting plate; a third motor is fixedly connected to the upper side of the fifth mounting bracket; the third motor penetrates through the fifth mounting bracket through the output shaft and is rotationally connected with the fifth mounting bracket; the upper side of the mounting plate is rotationally connected with a second rotating shaft; the third motor is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft through an output shaft; the lower side of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a flower picking device; a collecting box is arranged below the flower extractor.
