Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition, in particular to a cosmetic composition for improving pores and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The large skin pores are characterized by uneven skin surface depressions, which hinder the realization of healthy and delicate skin appearance, and the problem is widely concerned and urgently needed to be solved by the public. The reason for the large size of facial skin pores is that the pores increase in volume and appear under a focused laser microscope as the epidermis of the pores grows and extends into the dermis, and the papillary layer of the dermis rises to the level of the epidermis, forming an under-the-mirror "stalactite-like appearance". This causes uneven texture and a dimpled appearance of the skin to be seen by the naked eye. The inducing factors for pore enlargement include exogenous and endogenous factors, such as sex, genetic susceptibility, aging, chronic ultraviolet exposure, exogenous irritant substances, acne, seborrheic dermatitis, etc. Among them, age is closely related to the size of facial pores.
With the increase of age, the structure, cells and molecules of the skin are changed, so that not only the mechanical properties of the skin but also the biological and physiological functions of the skin are changed. Structurally, the epidermis becomes thinner, the dermal-epidermal junction relaxes, and the extracellular matrix components of the dermis are disturbed and degraded. The dermis is composed of two parts: the deepest and thickest part of the skin is reticular dermis; the papillary dermis of the cortex, which is thin and in close contact with the epidermis, plays an important role in the structure and function of the skin. Recent studies have shown that the dermal papilla is preferentially affected by skin aging, since the activity of fibroblasts in this area changes with age, the collagen fibers of the skin decrease, disorganization of the elastic fibers leads to a decrease in the elasticity of the skin, a decrease in the integrity of the skin, a relaxation of the supporting structure around the hair follicle, resulting in a change in the appearance of enlarged pores.
Currently, pores are reduced by medical cosmetic techniques, such as intense pulse light (photon skin tendering), laser, micro-needle and chemical exfoliation, but the treatment cost is high, and certain medical risks and side effects exist. However, most of the currently marketed pore-reducing cosmetics mainly control oil and brush acid, and are only targeted products applied to pore relaxation, and the cosmetics play a role in brushing acid, most commonly, the cosmetics are fruit acid and salicylic acid, and the components have certain irritation, and in terms of the allowable use concentration of the cosmetics, the content of the functional components is low, the pore-reducing effect is very limited, and the effect is not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cosmetic composition for improving pores and a preparation method thereof. The composition has the characteristics of obvious effect of reducing pores and high safety.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a cosmetic composition for improving pores comprises semen Lini-Apii seed extract, wherein the content of cyclic peptide of semen Lini is more than 0.05%, and the content of senkyunolide of Apii seed is more than 0.1%.
The preparation method of the cosmetic composition for improving pores comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing: pulverizing semen Lini, oven drying, sieving to remove semen Lini shell to obtain semen Lini powder; pulverizing and sieving Apium seeds to obtain Apium powder;
(2) extraction: respectively taking the linseed powder and the celery seed powder according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-3, adding absolute ethyl alcohol as an entrainer, and performing supercritical extraction by using supercritical extraction equipment at a material-liquid ratio (mass-volume ratio of material to entrainer) of 1: 0.5-0.9, wherein the extraction temperature is 25-40 ℃, the extraction time is 70-90min, and the extraction pressure is 15-25MPa to obtain a crude extraction composition;
(3) and (3) decoloring: adding activated clay 3-6% of the crude extract, stirring at 65 deg.C for decolorizing for 15min, and filtering to obtain decolorized composition.
(4) Purification and deodorization: the decolorization composition is purified and decolorized by molecular distillation under the conditions that the distillation pressure is 0.1Pa, the feeding temperature is 55-65 ℃, the feeding speed is 2-2.5L/min and the rotating speed of a wiped film is 200-300r/min, thus obtaining the cosmetic composition.
In the foregoing preparation method, in the step (1), the drying of the flaxseeds is specifically drying in an oven at 55 ℃ for 12 hours.
In the preparation method, the extraction temperature in the step (2) is 30 ℃, the extraction time is 80min, and the extraction pressure is 20 MPa.

The linseed cyclopeptide is a characteristic lipid concomitant in linseed and linseed oil, and is not found in other higher plants at present and consists of 8 to 9 amino acids. Flaxseed contains more than ten kinds of cyclic peptides, and the total content is about 0.1%. The linseed cyclopeptide has the ability to stimulate or restore papillary fibroblast activity in young and old skin donors and can inhibit the release of MMP-1, thereby inhibiting the production of layered proteins and increasing the synthesis of collagen and elastin. The senkyunolide compounds in the seeds of the celery have various pharmacological actions such as oxidation damage resistance, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, anticoagulation and platelet aggregation resistance, vasodilatation and the like; can enhance mitochondrial activity, enhance skin barrier function, promote release of regnase-1mRNA, reduce release of inflammatory factors such as IL-8, IL-6, PGE2, control inflammatory reaction, and prevent skin aging.
Compared with the prior art, the linseed-celery seed extract is adopted to coexist linseed cyclopeptide and senkyunolide compounds, so that the epidermal layer structure and the dermal layer structure can be improved, the epidermal barrier can be strengthened, the structures of collagen and elastin around pores can be strengthened, the inflammation can be slowed down, the dermal matrix can be protected, the cell metabolism can be promoted, the problem of pore relaxation related to age aging can be effectively solved, and the skin aging can be delayed. The composition is colorless, odorless, stable in state, clear in action mechanism, and high in safety, and has obvious effect of improving follicular orifice. The extraction method is simple and can be used for industrial production. Moreover, the senkyunolide compounds in the celery seeds have a certain protection effect on the oxidation of cyclopeptide, so that the long-term stability of the linseed-celery seed extract is improved.
The preparation method can extract the linseed-celery seed extract at one time, the production process is simple to operate, and the obtained linseed-celery seed extract has a good pore improving effect. The whole extraction process is carried out at low temperature without high-temperature heating operation, so that the influence of the heating process on the stability of the linseed cyclopeptide is avoided, the methionine group of the cyclopeptide is prevented from being oxidized, and the stability of the linseed cyclopeptide in the linseed-celery seed extract is ensured.
