Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a video acquisition method in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may be performed by a video acquisition apparatus, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and the apparatus may be configured in an electronic device, such as a terminal, specifically including but not limited to a smart phone, a palm computer, a tablet computer, a portable wearable device, a smart home device (e.g., a desk lamp), and the like. More specifically, the apparatus may be configured in an electronic device of a user located in a disaster occurrence area.
As shown in fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
and step 110, acquiring first prompt information.
The first prompt message may be related information prompting that a disaster is occurring. To improve the intuitiveness of the prompt, the first prompt message may include a city where the disaster occurred and a disaster type, for example, the first prompt message is specifically ". about. the city is rainstorm, and this is to view more relevant messages". Examples of disaster types are: rainstorm, snow storm, hail, typhoon, thunder, or strong wind.
Further, the first prompt message is acquired when it is determined that the level of the disaster occurring reaches a preset level. The first prompt message is obtained when the occurring disaster is serious or the current disaster is raised to a current hot topic.
In one embodiment, when the level of a disaster reaches a preset level or rises to be a current hot topic, the server pushes first prompt information to users (i.e. target users) located in a disaster occurrence area. If the disaster spreads to several cities in a province, the several cities all belong to the category of the disaster occurrence area. It can be understood that the push scope is a user who has been authorized to obtain its geographical location and is located within the disaster occurrence area; for unauthorized users, push is not performed, because it is not possible to determine whether the user is located in the disaster occurrence area.
And 120, displaying the first prompt message.
Illustratively, if it is detected that the target user is using the client, displaying the first prompt information in a form of a popup window on a currently displayed client page, for example, displaying a popup window on the top of the currently displayed client page, where the popup window includes the first prompt information, such as an interface diagram shown in fig. 2, where the first prompt information is displayed in the client, the popup window includes an icon 210 matching with a disaster type, and a prompt text is displayed behind the icon 210, such as "city is affected by heavy rain weather, and goes to a special page to learn details".
If it is detected that the target user does not use the client currently, displaying the first prompt information on a terminal home page (i.e., outside the client) of the target user, as shown in fig. 3, which is an interface diagram for displaying the first prompt information outside the client.
The aim of prompting that the disaster is happening to the target user is achieved by displaying the first prompting information, and the target user is a user located in the disaster happening area.
And step 130, responding to the triggering operation acted on the first prompt message, displaying a disaster topic page, wherein a first preset control and a second preset control are displayed on the disaster topic page.
The first preset control is used for sending preset information to other users having preset relations with the target user after being triggered; the second preset control is used for recording the video of the disaster site after being triggered to obtain the disaster site video. In summary, the disaster site video is a video related to the disaster site, which is shot through a second preset control in the disaster topic page.
The preset relationship may be a friend relationship and/or an attention relationship, in other words, the other users include one or more of friends of the target user, users paying attention to the target user, or users paying attention to the target user and paid attention to the target user.
The preset information may be, for example, "i am currently safe and please feel relieved". Optionally, the preset information is preset information, and the target user does not need to edit the preset information by himself or herself, so that the purposes of quick sending and quick safety reporting are achieved. Optionally, the preset information may also be "i are dangerous at present and help me soon", and the preset information is preset information and does not need to be edited by the target user, so that the purposes of quick sending and quick help seeking are achieved. It can be understood that before sending the preset information, the target user can select to report safety or ask for help according to the actual situation of the target user, and after the target user selects the preset information, the preset information is sent to other users, so that the purpose of quickly reporting safety or asking for help is achieved.
By additionally arranging the second preset control, the target user can record the video of the disaster site based on the second preset control to obtain the disaster site video, and further can send the disaster site video to other users or upload the disaster site video to a network platform, so that more users can see the disaster site video.
According to the video acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a serious disaster happens, first prompt information is sent to a user in a disaster occurrence area, if the user triggers the first prompt information, the user jumps to a disaster topic page, and the user can record a video of a disaster occurrence site through a second preset control in the disaster topic page to obtain a disaster site video; and can quickly send preset information to other users through a first preset control in the disaster topic page; the interactive function of the client is enriched, the practicability of the client is improved, and the method can play an important role in disaster occurrence scenes.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a video capture method according to an embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment, the embodiment adds the early warning operation, namely, before the disaster happens, the disaster early warning is carried out to prompt the user to make precautionary work in time. As shown in fig. 4, the video acquisition method includes the following steps:
and step 410, displaying disaster early warning information.
The logic for displaying the disaster early warning information is similar to the logic for displaying the first prompt information, and if it is detected that the target user is using the client, the disaster early warning information is displayed in a pop-up window form on a currently displayed client page, and in this case, the disaster early warning information is not repeatedly pushed to users in the same city within a preset time period (for example, within 15 days), so that more disturbance is not brought to the users in the process of using the client by the users. And if the fact that the target user does not use the client currently is detected, displaying disaster early warning information on a terminal home page (namely outside the client) of the target user.
Optionally, when the server side obtains the early warning notification from the early warning center, disaster early warning information is pushed to users of first-line and super first-line cities where the disaster is about to spread; for users in a non-first-line city where a disaster is about to spread, the system can push to partial users, but not all users, and the time range for pushing to partial users can be set to 9:00-22: 00.
The disaster warning information may specifically include the type of disaster, the city in which the disaster is spread, and the time when the disaster is expected to occur, for example, ". city issues a rainstorm red warning, it is expected that 3 hours in the future, most of the city will have strong rainfall, accompanied by lightning, short-term strong wind, please pay attention to the precaution".
And step 420, responding to the triggering operation acted on the disaster early warning information, displaying an early warning page, and displaying self-protection information corresponding to the disaster on the early warning page.
The early warning page comprises details of early warning information, and is displayed in a replaceable mode of different fields, for example, the early warning page comprises the following information, wherein the information represents the replaceable fields, and the replacement is carried out according to specific disaster early warning:
early warning release time: year, month, day: time may be accurate to minutes.
The region: city (region accurate to city level, region accurate if the city is direct).
Weather type: a (replacement of weather type according to actual warning) and accompanying matching icons, such as "strong wind" weather icon, "heavy rain" weather icon, etc.
And prompting information: please pay attention to personal safety, and find a safe place and self-protection information as soon as possible, for example, in a thunderstorm day, the people do not need to take shelter from rain near a high-rise building and a big tree; and in a heavy rain day, the user does not need to go to the positions of low water levels such as under a bridge, and the specific protection information is determined according to the early-warning disaster type.
And 430, acquiring first prompt information when the disaster happens and the grade reaches a preset grade.
And step 440, displaying the first prompt message.
And 450, responding to the triggering operation acted on the first prompt message, displaying a disaster topic page, wherein a first preset control and a second preset control are displayed on the disaster topic page.
The first preset control is used for sending preset information to other users having preset relations with the target user after being triggered; the second preset control is used for carrying out video recording on a disaster site after being triggered to obtain a disaster site video; the target user is a user located in the disaster occurrence area.
In the technical scheme of this embodiment, before the calamity takes place, carry out calamity early warning to the suggestion user is in time done and is taken precautions against work, through showing the self-protection information that corresponds with the calamity at the early warning page, can help the user to popularize self-protection general knowledge, improves user's safety consciousness and protective capacities.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a video capture method according to an embodiment. On the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment is described with respect to a scene in which interaction is performed based on a disaster topic page. As shown in fig. 5, the video acquisition method includes the following steps:
and step 510, acquiring first prompt information.
And step 520, displaying the first prompt message.
And step 530, responding to the triggering operation acted on the first prompt message, displaying a disaster thematic page, wherein a first preset control and a second preset control are displayed on the disaster thematic page.
And 540a, responding to the triggering operation acted on the second preset control, and displaying a shooting page, wherein the shooting page is used for shooting a disaster site to obtain a disaster site video.
Step 550, adding preset topics to the disaster site video; and responding to the distribution operation aiming at the disaster site video, and distributing the disaster site video added with the preset topic.
Wherein the preset topics comprise disaster cities and/or disaster types. Specifically, a preset topic is added to the video uploading page, the format of the preset topic is city + disaster type (such as city rainstorm), namely, the preset topic is automatically added to the disaster site video to highlight the content of the disaster site video, so that a user who sees the disaster site video can know the video content in time, and the search and integration of the disaster site video are facilitated. In summary, the disaster site video is a video which is shot through a second preset control in the disaster topic page, is released based on the disaster topic page, and is related to the disaster site.
And the released disaster site video is used for being provided for the emergency treatment platform. The public video which is issued by the user on the disaster occurrence site and is related to the disaster is provided for the emergency processing platform, so that more and more reliable reference resources can be rapidly provided for the emergency processing platform, the emergency processing platform is favorable for efficiently and rapidly researching and judging the disaster, positioning the disaster occurrence position and implementing rescue actions, and various losses caused by the disaster are reduced. Specifically, the emergency processing platform may be a national emergency center or a rescue organization.
The disaster site video provided to the emergency processing platform is processed on the premise of meeting relevant laws and regulations, and the processing of the disaster video is used for providing reference for disaster rescue.
And 540b, responding to the triggering operation acted on the first preset control, and sending preset information to other users having preset relations with the target user, wherein the preset information is used for prompting that the target user is in a safety condition currently.
Optionally, before sending the preset information to another user having a preset relationship with the target user, the method further includes: displaying a preset popup window, wherein the preset popup window is used for triggering confirmation operation of sending preset information by a target user; and responding to the confirmation operation, and executing the operation of sending preset information to other users having preset relations with the target user. Before the preset information is sent, a confirmation link is added, so that the target user confirms whether the target user really wants to send the preset information to other users, the probability of false triggering of the target user can be reduced, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of a disaster topic page is shown, which includes a preview 610 of a disaster site video, a first preset control 620, a second preset control 630 and a third preset control 640. When the target user triggers (e.g., clicks) the first preset control 620, a page diagram as shown in fig. 7 is displayed, where the page diagram includes a preset popup window 710, and prompt information is displayed in the preset popup window 710: telling friends that you are safe at present, will send your safe at present message to all the friends that are related to each other, continue? And presetting controls "i think again" 720 and "confirm report safety" 730, if the target user triggers "i think again" 720, returning to the page shown in fig. 6 without sending preset information, if the target user triggers "confirm report safety" 730, sending the preset information, and the other users receive corresponding messages. After the target user triggers the 'confirm safe reporting' 730 and sends the preset information, a prompt message 'the friend has received a message of your safety' is displayed, and the prompt message can automatically disappear after lasting for the preset time.
As shown in fig. 6, a second prompt message "report safe" is displayed on the first preset control 620, and is used for prompting the target user to send the preset message; after sending the preset information to other users having a preset relationship with the target user, controlling the second prompt information "report safe" to update to the third prompt information "report safe", where the third prompt information is used to prompt the target user that the preset information has been sent, as shown in fig. 8. Optionally, the first preset control 620 may be further controlled to be changed into a gray color, that is, an un-interactable state, and even if the target user triggers the first preset control 620 again, the preset information is not sent.
Further, the method further comprises: and responding to the triggering operation acted on the third preset control, displaying a preset page, wherein the preset page is used for contributing to the disaster. That is, the target user can enter the contribution page by triggering the third preset control 640, for example, online contribution, contribution of materials, and the like in the disaster area.
Optionally, fourth prompt information is further displayed on the disaster topic page, and the fourth prompt information is used for prompting the target user to shoot a disaster site video provided for the emergency processing platform, so that the target user at the disaster site is guided to actively record and distribute the disaster site video, and more referenceable resources are provided for the emergency processing platform.
It can be understood that the first prompt information may also be displayed at the user side in the non-disaster area, and if the user triggers the first prompt information, the user jumps to the disaster topic page, and the disaster topic page lacks the first preset control and the second preset control, and retains the third preset control, because the user no longer in the disaster area has no need to report security, and cannot record the video of the disaster site, the second preset control does not have a need to be used, but the user of this type may also contribute to the disaster site, and retains the third preset control, such as the schematic diagram of the disaster topic page shown in fig. 9, which includes the preview diagram 910 and the third preset control 920 of the disaster site video.
Optionally, at least two pieces of disaster progress information can be displayed on the disaster topic page to respectively display the disaster progress information at different times, so that users who are not at the disaster site can conveniently know the disaster progress information.

The disaster site video is a video distributed within a preset time period, for example, a video distributed within approximately 15 days. The reason why the disaster site video is limited to be the video released within the preset time period is that the disaster site video is provided to the emergency processing platform as a rescue and disaster relief reference, which is beneficial for the emergency processing platform to efficiently and quickly study and judge the disaster and implement the rescue action, and reduces various losses caused by the disaster. In the specific application scene, on one hand, a disaster site video with high real-time performance is needed, and the referability of the disaster site video exceeding the preset time is poor, and on the other hand, a related disaster site video is inquired in the disaster relief scene, so that irrelevant videos of disasters issued by a user are prevented from being inquired in a transitional mode, namely, the irrelevant videos are prevented from interfering inquiry operation, and the relevant videos of disasters with reference values can be inquired quickly.
Optionally, the information display method further includes:
and responding to the trigger operation acted on the preview image, and playing the disaster site video corresponding to the preview image. As shown in fig. 11, if the user triggers the preview view 1131, the disaster site video corresponding to the preview view 1131 is played; if the user triggers the preview 1132, the disaster scene video corresponding to the preview 1132 is played.
Further, referring to a schematic diagram of a target page as shown in fig. 12, a location condition input area 1210 is included, and the location condition input area 1210 is specifically a longitude input box and a latitude input box. The information display method further includes: receiving a target position input in the position condition input area 1210; the method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one disaster site video published at a target position and the number of people who publish the disaster site video at the target position. The number of people who release the video of disaster scene is shown at the disaster scene position department of presetting the map and is identified, include: displaying the number of people who release the disaster scene video at the target position of a preset map; the preview of the disaster site video is a preview of at least one disaster site video distributed at a target location. That is, the user can input the target location by himself/herself to search, obtain the disaster site video published at the target location, the number of people who published the disaster site video at the target location, and update the disaster information displayed at the preset location 1130 of the target page to: the information related to the disaster site video distributed at the target location includes, for example, the longitude, latitude, geographical location name, the number of people who distributed the video, and the like of the location. The current location of the preset map is automatically switched to the target location, such as the location cursor 1200 in fig. 12. The current location of the preset map is defaulted to the current position of the user.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 12, the destination page further includes: the time condition input area 1220, the time condition input area 1220 may be a preset time period (e.g., about 30 minutes, about 1 hour, about 3 hours), the user may directly select the specific time period, or may not select any one of the time periods, or may be a time input box, and the user may customize the time interval to support a time accurate to seconds, for example, 2020.02.2114: 20: 20-2020.02.2814: 20: 20. The information display method further includes: receiving a time interval input in a time condition input area; the method includes the steps that at least one disaster scene video which is published in a time interval and the number of people who publish the disaster scene video in the time interval are obtained. Further, the disaster type condition, the time condition and the location condition can be used simultaneously, that is, the search condition includes three conditions of and relation, and the search result needs to satisfy the disaster type condition, the time condition and the location condition simultaneously. Search results matching the entered search criteria may be obtained by triggering a "query" control 1240.
When the user does not input any location information, any time information, or any type of information in the location condition input area or the time condition input area, or the disaster type condition input area, all of the disaster site videos that are distributed within a predetermined time period (for example, approximately 15 days) are displayed by default.
Furthermore, the preset map supports free zooming, and a user can zoom the preset map by rolling a roller of a mouse. The accuracy of the preset map can be refined to the streets, namely, the number of people who release video disaster videos at a certain street is displayed.
