step two: the push information receiving and processing module receives disaster early warning information of a corresponding early warning target area, local trigger conditions of the corresponding early warning target area and/or other push information which are pushed by the push server, and judges whether the disaster early warning information is the disaster early warning information or not; if the disaster early warning information is judged, obtaining local disaster early warning information through comprehensive analysis and processing, and prompting the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area in multiple modes; and if the other pushed information is judged, forwarding the other pushed information to the corresponding application program, and processing according to the requirement of the corresponding application program.
The disaster early warning information issuing system based on the push technology can be applied to issuing of disaster early warning information such as earthquake disasters, meteorological disasters and geological disasters.
The earthquake early warning information is taken as an example and is described in detail with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the earthquake early warning information distribution system based on the push technology of the present invention, which shows an earthquake early warning information distribution system based on the push technology, and includes: the earthquake early warning system comprises a push server and an intelligent terminal provided with any application program embedded with a push information receiving and processing module with an earthquake early warning function.
Preferably, the pushing server receives the earthquake early warning information through the network, performs comprehensive analysis processing on the earthquake early warning information, and pushes the earthquake early warning information which is analyzed and processed and meets the triggering condition of the early warning target area and corresponds to the early warning target area and the local triggering condition of the early warning target area to the intelligent terminal through the pushing information receiving and processing module according to the pushing control strategy of the corresponding early warning target area.
The pushing server comprises an information receiving module, a first judging module, an earthquake early warning information preprocessing module, a region-based pushing control module, a setting module, a pushing module, a database, a monitoring module and a time synchronization module.
The information receiving module is used for receiving earthquake early warning information and/or other push information. The earthquake early warning information mainly comprises: the earthquake early warning system comprises an earthquake early warning event number, an earthquake starting time, an earthquake center position, an earthquake center longitude and latitude, an early warning earthquake magnitude, an earthquake source depth, an information issuing unit and/or the like.
The first judging module is used for judging whether the information received by the information receiving module is earthquake early warning information or not; if the earthquake early warning information is judged, sending the earthquake early warning information received by the information receiving module to an earthquake early warning information preprocessing module; if the push information is judged to be other push information, the other push information received by the information receiving module is sent to the push module;
and the earthquake early warning information preprocessing module is used for preprocessing the received earthquake early warning information.
The push control module according to the area receives the earthquake early warning preprocessing information of the earthquake early warning information preprocessing module, performs regional analysis and processing on the received earthquake early warning preprocessing information by combining the information in the setting module and the database to generate earthquake early warning information of each early warning target area, and judges whether the earthquake early warning information of each early warning target area meets the triggering condition for pushing the earthquake early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area by combining the triggering condition for pushing the earthquake early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area, which is set in the setting module; the method comprises the steps of judging whether the earthquake early warning event is the latest earthquake early warning event or not, and/or judging whether the influence degree of the earthquake on the early warning target area in different time periods reaches the earthquake early warning area influence threshold value of the corresponding early warning target area in the corresponding time period or not, and the like, for example, whether the influence intensity range of the earthquake on the early warning target area in the daytime period reaches the area intensity threshold value of the earthquake early warning of the corresponding early warning target area in the daytime period or not. And for the earthquake early warning information meeting the triggering condition for pushing the earthquake early warning information to the corresponding early warning target area, and controlling a pushing module to push the earthquake early warning information according to a control strategy of the corresponding early warning target area, for example, preferentially pushing the earthquake early warning information according to an area greatly influenced by the earthquake.
The setting module sets a limited range of a triggering condition for pushing earthquake early warning information to each early warning target area, a local triggering condition of each early warning target area, a pushing control strategy of each early warning target area, and a safety control mechanism to prevent false triggering caused by untietime of data sent by an early warning center.
The triggering conditions for pushing the earthquake early warning information in the early warning target area comprise: whether the earthquake early warning information is the latest earthquake early warning information or not, and/or whether the early warning earthquake magnitude reaches a pushing earthquake magnitude threshold or not, and/or whether the earthquake has an influence on a certain early warning target area or not, and/or whether the influence degree of the earthquake on the early warning target area in different time periods reaches an earthquake early warning area influence threshold corresponding to the early warning target area in corresponding time periods or not, and the like;
the local triggering condition of the early warning target area comprises whether the local triggering condition is the latest earthquake early warning information received locally, and/or whether the influence degree of the earthquake on the local triggering condition reaches the earthquake early warning local influence threshold value of the corresponding early warning target area in the corresponding time period in different time periods.
The pushing control strategy of the early warning target area comprises sequencing pushing according to the severity degree of the earthquake influence, pushing according to control parameters such as time and the like.
The early warning target area can be set to be single or multiple, and can be divided according to administrative areas; it may also be divided by geographic location, distance (circular area, polygon, square area, etc.), e.g., within 100 km from epicenter; the early warning target area can be divided according to the area affected by the earthquake, for example, the early warning target area is divided according to different intensity.
And the pushing module is used for pushing the earthquake early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area and the corresponding local triggering condition of the early warning target area to the pushing information receiving and processing module of the corresponding early warning target area according to the disaster early warning information. And, under the condition that the number of users is great, the pressure of communication bandwidth is considered, can realize according to receiving the area priority propelling movement that earthquake influences greatly. And aiming at other pushed information, pushing the other pushed information to the intelligent terminal through a pushed information receiving and processing module.
The database is used for storing basic information of a target area at least containing geographic position information, parameter setting of a push server, a push history record, a device number of the intelligent terminal and the like.
The monitoring module is used for monitoring whether the earthquake early warning information issuing system based on the push technology operates normally or not, and comprises a monitoring server, a push information receiving and processing module, a push server and the like, wherein the monitoring server and each module operate normally or not, and the push information receiving and processing module and the push server are connected or not;
preferably, the intelligent terminal is installed with any application program (such as a mobile phone APP, a tablet computer application program, a computer application program, and the like) embedded with a push information receiving and processing module with an earthquake early warning function, and the intelligent terminal is connected with the push server through a network by embedding the push information receiving and processing module with the earthquake early warning function and receives earthquake early warning information corresponding to the early warning target area and local trigger conditions corresponding to the early warning target area, which are pushed by the push server.
The earthquake early warning system comprises a earthquake early warning system, a positioning module, a push information receiving and processing module, a first judging module, a second judging module, a display module, a sound module, a vibration module, a storage module, a positioning module and a time synchronization module.
The push receiving module receives earthquake early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area and local triggering conditions and/or other push information of the corresponding early warning target area.
The second judging module is used for judging whether the information received by the pushing and receiving module is earthquake early warning information or not; if the earthquake early warning information is judged, sending the earthquake early warning information received by the pushing and receiving module and the local triggering condition corresponding to the early warning target area to the earthquake early warning information comprehensive analysis processing module; if the other push information is judged, forwarding the other push information received by the push receiving module to the corresponding application program, and processing according to the requirement of the corresponding application program;
the earthquake early warning information comprehensive analysis processing module is used for carrying out comprehensive analysis processing on the basis of the received earthquake early warning information and the corresponding early warning target area local triggering condition in combination with the local geographic position, obtaining local earthquake early warning information including local early warning time, estimated intensity and the like, and judging whether the local earthquake early warning information meets the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area. If the local triggering condition is met, calling the display module, the sound module and the vibration module to display the earthquake early warning information at the intelligent terminal in a multi-mode.
The calculation of the local earthquake early warning information can be realized in an earthquake early warning information comprehensive analysis processing module of the push information receiving processing module or a push server.
And the display module prompts the local earthquake early warning information for reaching the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area in the intelligent terminal in a mode of arranging and combining popup windows, sound, dynamic and static characters and the like according to corresponding strategies. The display content comprises: earthquake three factors (including earthquake starting time, earthquake center position, earthquake center longitude and latitude, early warning earthquake magnitude, earthquake source depth and the like), local early warning time and local pre-estimated intensity (text description or numerical description). There may also be information such as title, software logo, information distribution unit, etc.
And the sound module is used for synchronously broadcasting earthquake early warning sound prompts at the intelligent terminal for the local earthquake early warning information reaching the corresponding local triggering conditions of the early warning target area. The earthquake early warning prompt sound comprises the early warning time (countdown) when the destructive earthquake waves are about to arrive, intensity prompt sound, the alarm sound of the area where the destructive earthquake waves arrive at the target and the like which are arranged and combined according to corresponding strategies. Automatic sound maximization may be achieved. The sound can be a default prompt sound of the mobile phone system or a customized sound.
The vibration module prompts local earthquake early warning information at the intelligent terminal through vibration for the local earthquake early warning information reaching the corresponding local triggering condition of the early warning target area;
the storage module is used for storing information such as intelligent terminal position information, corresponding early warning target area local trigger conditions, local control fields, received earthquake early warning information, log files and the like.
The positioning module acquires the longitude and latitude of the position of the intelligent terminal through the existing mobile phone positioning technology, and the longitude and latitude can be stored in the storage module or uploaded to the pushing server.
And the time synchronization module is used for realizing the time synchronization of the push information receiving and processing module and the network.
The earthquake early warning information can be received by the intelligent terminal without installing special earthquake early warning mobile phone software through a pushing technology. The pushing server pushes the received earthquake early warning information to the pushing information receiving processing module according to the earthquake early warning information of the early warning target area and the local triggering condition of the early warning target area, wherein the earthquake early warning information is generated through comprehensive analysis and processing, the pushing information receiving processing module can be used as a common channel of the application program, and the intelligent terminal provided with any application program embedded with the pushing information receiving processing module with the earthquake early warning function receives the earthquake early warning information. According to the invention, the intelligent terminal has an earthquake early warning function through a push technology, and can receive the early warning service without a special earthquake early warning program installed by a user, and can normally receive the original push service, so that the coverage of disaster early warning is wider.
In addition, whether the intelligent terminal user is willing to receive earthquake early warning information or not can be issued and informed in advance, pushing can be achieved to the user who agrees to access the earthquake early warning service, and pushing can also be conducted to all users.
The early warning information release for meteorological disasters and geological disasters is similar to earthquake, and therefore is not repeated.
It should be noted that all of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in any method or process so disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except for mutually exclusive features and/or steps.
In addition, the above-described embodiments are exemplary, and those skilled in the art, having benefit of this disclosure, will appreciate numerous solutions that are within the scope of the disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. Disaster early warning information issuing system based on push technique, its characterized in that, this system includes:
the system comprises a pushing server, a pushing information receiving and processing module, a pushing information processing module and a pushing information processing module, wherein the pushing server receives disaster early warning information and/or other pushing information, carries out disaster early warning information preprocessing and comprehensive analysis processing if the disaster early warning information is judged to be disaster early warning information, and pushes the disaster early warning information which meets the triggering condition of an early warning target area and corresponds to the early warning target area and the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area after the disaster early warning information and the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area are analyzed and processed to the pushing information receiving and processing; if the other pushed information is judged, pushing the other pushed information to a pushed information receiving and processing module;
the intelligent terminal is provided with any application program embedded with a push information receiving and processing module with a disaster early warning function;
the intelligent terminal is connected with the push server through a push information receiving and processing module, the push information receiving and processing module is used as a common channel of an application program, disaster early warning information of a corresponding early warning target area and corresponding early warning target area local trigger conditions and/or other push information pushed by the push server are received, if disaster early warning information is judged, the local disaster early warning information is obtained through comprehensive analysis, and the local disaster early warning information meeting the corresponding early warning target area local trigger conditions is prompted in multiple modes; if the other push information is judged, the other push information is forwarded to the corresponding application program and processed according to the requirement of the corresponding application program.
2. The disaster warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push server comprises:
the information receiving module is used for receiving disaster early warning information and/or other push information;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the information received by the information receiving module is disaster early warning information or not; if the disaster early warning information is judged, the disaster early warning information received by the information receiving module is sent to a disaster early warning information preprocessing module; if the push information is judged to be other push information, the other push information received by the information receiving module is sent to the push module;
the disaster early warning information preprocessing module is connected with the first judging module and is used for preprocessing the disaster early warning information sent by the first judging module, and format conversion and system adaptation are included;
the area-based pushing control module is connected with the disaster early warning information preprocessing module, receives disaster early warning preprocessing information of the disaster early warning information preprocessing module, performs regional analysis and processing on the received disaster early warning preprocessing information by combining the information in the setting module and the database to generate disaster early warning information of each early warning target area, and controls the pushing module to push according to a control strategy corresponding to the early warning target area;
the pushing module is used for pushing disaster early warning information of a corresponding early warning target area meeting an early warning target area triggering condition and a corresponding early warning target area local triggering condition which are processed by the area-based pushing control module to the pushing information receiving processing module according to a pushing control strategy of the corresponding early warning target area aiming at the disaster early warning information; and pushing other push information to the push information receiving and processing module aiming at other push information.
3. The disaster warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 2, wherein the push server further comprises a setting module;
the setting module sets a limited range of trigger conditions for pushing disaster early warning information to each early warning target area, local trigger conditions of each early warning target area and a pushing control strategy of each early warning target area;
the triggering conditions for pushing disaster early warning information in the early warning target area comprise: whether the disaster early warning information is the latest disaster early warning information or not and/or whether the influence degree of the disaster on the early warning target area in different time periods reaches the disaster early warning area influence threshold value of the corresponding early warning target area in the corresponding time period or not;
the local triggering condition of the early warning target area comprises whether the local triggering condition is the latest disaster early warning information received locally and/or whether the influence degree of the disaster on the local triggering condition reaches the disaster early warning local influence threshold of the corresponding early warning target area in the corresponding time period in different time periods;
the pushing control strategy of the early warning target area comprises sequencing pushing according to the severity of the disaster influence and/or pushing according to control parameters such as time and the like.
4. The push technology-based disaster warning information distribution system as claimed in claim 2,
the push server also comprises a database which is used for storing the basic information of the target area, the parameter setting of the push server, the push history record and the equipment number of the intelligent terminal; the basic information of the target area at least comprises a geographical position;
the push server also comprises a time synchronization module used for realizing network time synchronization.
5. The disaster early warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 2, wherein the push control module by area is implemented by the following functions:
carrying out regional analysis and processing on the received disaster early warning preprocessing information by combining the basic information of each target region in the database to obtain disaster early warning information of each early warning target region;
judging whether the disaster early warning information of each early warning target area meets the triggering condition for pushing the disaster early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area or not by combining the triggering condition for pushing the disaster early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area set in the setting module;
if the triggering condition of pushing disaster early warning information corresponding to the early warning target area is met, sending the disaster early warning information of the early warning target area to a pushing module; and if the triggering condition for pushing the disaster early warning information of the corresponding early warning target area is not met, the disaster early warning information is not released.
6. The disaster warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push information receiving and processing module comprises:
the system comprises a push receiving module, a display module and a display module, wherein the push receiving module is used for receiving disaster early warning information of a corresponding early warning target area, which meets the trigger condition of the early warning target area and is pushed by the push server, and local trigger conditions and/or other push information of the corresponding early warning target area;

the disaster early warning information comprehensive analysis processing module is used for comprehensively analyzing and processing the received disaster early warning information corresponding to the early warning target area to obtain local disaster early warning information, judging whether the local disaster early warning information meets the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area or not, and prompting the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area in a plurality of ways;
the display module is used for displaying local disaster early warning information on the intelligent terminal for the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area;
the sound module is used for synchronously carrying out disaster early warning sound prompt and broadcast on the intelligent terminal for the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area;
and the vibration module is used for prompting the local disaster early warning information through vibration for the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area.
7. The disaster early warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 6, wherein the disaster early warning information comprehensive analysis processing module is implemented by:
and comprehensively analyzing and processing the received disaster early warning information corresponding to the early warning target area by combining the locally acquired positioning information, acquiring the local disaster early warning information, judging whether the local disaster early warning information meets the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area, and calling the display module, the sound module and the vibration module to prompt the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area in a multi-mode manner.

The disaster warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in claim 6, wherein the push information receiving and processing module further comprises a time synchronization module for time synchronization between the push information receiving and processing module and the network;
the system also comprises a storage module, a disaster warning module and a processing module, wherein the storage module is used for storing positioning information, local triggering conditions of the warning target area, received disaster warning information and log files;
the intelligent terminal further comprises a positioning module used for obtaining the position of the intelligent terminal.

The disaster early warning information distribution system based on the push technology as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the intelligent terminal prompts the user by arranging and combining the bullet box, the notification bar, the text, the sound and/or the vibration according to the corresponding strategy.

the method comprises the following steps: the push server receives disaster early warning information and/or other push information and judges whether the disaster early warning information is disaster early warning information or not; if disaster early warning information is judged, pushing the disaster early warning information which is analyzed and processed, meets the triggering condition of the early warning target area and corresponds to the early warning target area and the local triggering condition of the early warning target area to a pushing information receiving and processing module which is embedded in an application program and has a disaster early warning function according to a pushing control strategy of the corresponding early warning target area; if the other pushed information is judged, pushing the other pushed information to a pushed information receiving and processing module;
step two: the push information receiving and processing module receives disaster early warning information of a corresponding early warning target area, local trigger conditions of the corresponding early warning target area and/or other push information which are pushed by the push server, and judges whether the disaster early warning information is the disaster early warning information or not; if the disaster early warning information is judged, obtaining local disaster early warning information through comprehensive analysis and processing, and prompting the local disaster early warning information meeting the local triggering condition of the corresponding early warning target area in multiple modes; and if the other pushed information is judged, forwarding the other pushed information to the corresponding application program, and processing according to the requirement of the corresponding application program.
