Every other embodiment that can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present application falls within the protection scope of the present application.
At present, for equipment maintenance work in an airport, a chief generally issues a paper maintenance work order to maintenance personnel, and then the maintenance personnel perform equipment maintenance on site according to the work order requirements. The maintenance method can cause that each equipment maintenance item is not beneficial to viewing, the completion condition of maintenance work cannot be seen in real time, and the historical maintenance condition of the equipment cannot be seen.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides an equipment maintenance method, which realizes intelligent and information management of maintenance work, thereby effectively improving maintenance efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an apparatus maintenance method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the apparatus maintenance method may be applied to a server, and for example, the apparatus maintenance method may be implemented by a computer program in the server. As shown in fig. 1, an apparatus maintenance method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, generating maintenance information including maintenance time according to the type information and the located area information of the target equipment.
In one possible embodiment, the maintenance time of the maintenance information is determined by the following steps, including: regarding each device under the maintenance scene, taking at least two devices which are positioned in the same preset area range and/or belong to the same category and/or have the same maintenance item as initial devices; determining target equipment according to the maintenance starting time of each initial equipment; and taking the earliest maintenance starting time of each target device as a maintenance time.
In another possible implementation, the determining the target device according to the maintenance start time of each of the initiator devices includes: obtaining the maintenance starting time of each initial device, and determining the initial device with the earliest maintenance starting time as a first candidate device; calculating the difference between the maintenance starting time of each of the rest of initial equipment and the candidate equipment, and taking the initial equipment with the difference within the preset time as second candidate equipment; determining a target device based on the first candidate device and the second candidate device.
When maintenance is performed on a certain device, the maintenance is generally performed when the device stops operating, and when some device stops operating, other devices related to the device also need to stop operating or change the normal operating state to perform maintenance in coordination with the device, so that information related to maintenance needs to be transmitted to the related device.
The step is a process of generating maintenance information, and the generated maintenance information includes type information of the target device to be maintained, area information of the target device, maintenance time of the target device being subjected to maintenance operation, and other related information. The maintenance information is determined by a maintenance plan making worker by using a corresponding user terminal, the maintenance information can be determined by performing selection operation or input operation on the corresponding user terminal, and the generated maintenance information can be used for determining a maintenance work order.
In generating the maintenance information, the maintenance time included in the maintenance information may be determined by:
first, at least two devices are selected as initial devices from a plurality of devices included in a maintenance scene according to actual production conditions. The maintenance scene refers to the environment where the equipment to be maintained is located, such as an airport, a factory or a market and the like; the actual production condition may be one of the conditions of being located in the same predetermined area range, belonging to the same category, having the same maintenance items, being located in the same predetermined area range and belonging to the same category, being located in the same predetermined area range and having the same maintenance items, belonging to the same category and having the same maintenance items.
Here, the categories may be autonomously divided according to devices included in the maintenance scene. For example, when the maintenance scene is an airport, most of the devices are energy devices, and the devices can be divided according to energy types.
And then after the initial equipment is determined, determining the maintenance starting time of each initial equipment, determining the equipment which is firstly maintained as candidate equipment according to the maintenance starting time of the initial equipment, determining the initial equipment with the maintenance starting time close to that of the candidate equipment as the candidate equipment, and determining the determined candidate equipment as target equipment after all the initial equipment is traversed.
The initial device with the difference of the maintenance starting time with the candidate device in the rest of the initial devices except the candidate device within the preset time is also determined as the candidate device.
And finally, after the target equipment is determined, the determined target equipment may be one or more, and then the earliest maintenance starting time in the target equipment is used as the maintenance time.
Thus, the work of determining the maintenance information before generating the maintenance work order is completed. The maintenance information may further include information such as maintenance personnel information and maintenance name.
For example, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of maintenance information provided in an embodiment of the present application.
S102, determining whether associated equipment corresponding to the target equipment exists or not according to the equipment information of the target equipment, and issuing maintenance information to the associated equipment when the associated equipment exists.
Here, the association relationship of the devices in the maintenance scene is established in advance, and after the maintenance information is generated, the corresponding terminal transmits the generated maintenance information to the server and transmits the device information of the target device recorded in the maintenance information. After receiving the device information of the target device, the server checks whether the associated device of the target device exists in the pre-established association relationship of the devices. And when determining that the associated equipment of the target equipment exists, sending the maintenance information to the determined associated equipment.
When the maintenance information needs to be sent to the associated equipment, the maintenance task cannot be directly executed, and other equipment is needed to be executed in a matching way.
It should be noted that, when issuing the maintenance information to the associated device, the maintenance information may be directly sent to an information receiving module of the associated device, or the maintenance information may be directly sent to a terminal corresponding to the associated device, and a worker corresponding to the terminal determines whether the maintenance task can be executed in cooperation.
In addition, before issuing the maintenance information to the associated device, the method further includes: and sending the maintenance information to an information approval terminal, determining whether the maintenance information is correct by the approval terminal, and executing sending of the maintenance information after the maintenance information is confirmed to be correct.
S103, determining target maintenance time according to the received feedback result aiming at the maintenance information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the determining a target maintenance time according to a received feedback result for maintenance information includes: when the feedback result is that maintenance operation is carried out in a matched manner, determining the maintenance time as target maintenance time; and when the feedback result is that the maintenance operation is not matched, the maintenance time is changed according to the scheduled execution time contained in the received feedback result, and the changed maintenance time is determined as the target maintenance time.
Here, the maintenance information is sent to the associated device, so that the associated device determines whether maintenance cooperation can be performed according to the time information recorded in the maintenance information, and sends the confirmed feedback result to the server, so that the server determines the target maintenance time corresponding to the maintenance work order.
The feedback result comprises two different kinds of information, when the feedback result is that maintenance operation is carried out in a matching mode, the feedback result sent to the server carries an instruction for confirming execution, and the server determines the maintenance time in the maintenance information to be target maintenance time based on the instruction for confirming execution. And when the feedback result is that the maintenance operation is not matched, the feedback result of the server carries the specific scheduled execution time matched with the maintenance task during sending, so that the maintenance time of the maintenance task is correspondingly changed according to the scheduled execution time, and the changed maintenance time is determined as the target maintenance time.
Corresponding to the change of the maintenance time, corresponding data filling rules can be configured, the data filling rules are directly changed by the server side, and the feedback result can also be sent to the corresponding terminal by the server and changed by staff of the terminal.
And S104, generating a maintenance work order according to the target maintenance time and the project information of the target equipment needing maintenance operation.
In an embodiment of the present application, the generating a maintenance work order according to a target maintenance time and project information on which the target device needs to perform a maintenance operation includes: generating a maintenance plan list based on the target maintenance time and the project information of the target equipment needing maintenance operation; determining whether the maintenance task corresponding to the maintenance schedule meets the actual production requirement or not based on the information recorded in the maintenance schedule; and when the maintenance work order is met, determining the maintenance plan order as a maintenance work order which needs to be sent to a maintenance terminal.
After the target maintenance time is determined, firstly, generating a maintenance plan list based on the target maintenance time and project information of maintenance operation required by the target equipment; then, the server sends the generated maintenance plan list to a corresponding terminal of an examining and approving person, and the examining and approving person can examine and approve the maintenance plan list to determine whether the actual maintenance work requirement is met; and after the condition that the condition is met, the approval terminal sends the information after approval to the server so that the server determines that the maintenance plan list is the maintenance work list which needs to be sent to the corresponding maintenance terminal.
For example, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a maintenance work order provided in an embodiment of the present application.
In addition, the maintenance work order also comprises information in the maintenance information and other related information; the project information of the target equipment needing maintenance operation can be sent to the server by the maintenance formulation terminal, or the project information is obtained by sending project request information to the server by the maintenance formulation terminal.
And S105, sending the maintenance work order to a maintenance terminal corresponding to the target equipment according to the target maintenance time, so that personnel corresponding to the maintenance terminal can perform maintenance operation on the target equipment according to the project information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the sending the maintenance work order to the maintenance terminal corresponding to the target device according to the target maintenance time includes; determining the work order issuing time according to the target maintenance time and the preset interval duration; and at the work order issuing moment, sending the maintenance work order to a maintenance terminal corresponding to the target equipment.
Therefore, the server stores the established maintenance work order, identifies the target maintenance time selected from the target maintenance work orders to determine the work order issuing time of each maintenance work order, and sends the target maintenance work order to the maintenance terminal according to the work order issuing time, so that the ordered issuing of the maintenance work orders is realized, the maintenance work orders are guaranteed not to be lost, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
In addition, when the personnel corresponding to the maintenance terminal performs maintenance operation on the target equipment according to the project information, the maintenance personnel can operate the maintenance terminal, and the maintenance terminal sends a maintenance item display request to the server so that the server can control the maintenance terminal to display specific maintenance projects in the maintenance work order. The maintenance item display request comprises an identification of a maintenance work order and an identification of a maintenance area recorded in the maintenance work order, and the maintenance terminal is used for obtaining the identification of the maintenance area recorded in the target maintenance work order in a near field communication mode. The near field communication method comprises the following steps: radio frequency identification, NFC, bluetooth, two-dimensional code scanning technologies, and the like.
In another embodiment of the present application, the device maintenance method further includes: when the associated equipment corresponding to the target equipment does not exist, determining target maintenance time according to the maintenance time in the maintenance information; generating a maintenance work order according to target maintenance time and project information of maintenance operation required by the target equipment; and sending the maintenance work order to a maintenance terminal corresponding to the target equipment according to the target maintenance time, so that personnel corresponding to the maintenance terminal can perform maintenance operation on the equipment according to the project information.
Here, when it is determined that the target maintenance device recorded in the maintenance information is not an associated device, that is, it is determined that the maintenance task can be directly executed without cooperation of other devices. In this way, the maintenance time recorded after the maintenance information can be directly determined as the target maintenance time, and then the maintenance work order can be determined based on the target maintenance time, the project information of the target equipment needing maintenance operation, the information in the maintenance information and the like. And determining a maintenance terminal for receiving the maintenance work order according to maintenance personnel information recorded in the maintenance work order so that maintenance personnel corresponding to the maintenance terminal perform maintenance operation on equipment according to the project information.
In another embodiment of the present application, the device maintenance method further includes: receiving maintenance record information sent by the maintenance terminal, and adding the maintenance record information to the maintenance work order; the maintenance record information is information generated after the target equipment is maintained and maintained based on the project information; and when a report submitting request sent by the maintenance terminal is received, generating a maintenance report based on the maintenance work order recorded with the maintenance record information.
Here, when a maintenance worker corresponding to the maintenance terminal performs maintenance of the device based on a request of the project information of the maintenance work order after the server transmits the maintenance work order to the maintenance terminal, corresponding record information is filled in for each piece of maintenance project information, and thus maintenance record information is generated. And after the recorded information of all the maintenance projects is filled, the maintenance terminal sends a submission application to a server, and simultaneously reports the recorded information of each maintenance and the maintenance work order. And after receiving the submission application, the server generates a maintenance report based on the maintenance work order recorded with the maintenance record information.
In the step, the traceability of the maintenance work is ensured by recording the detailed information in the maintenance process. The maintenance report generated here can be saved to a designated location for subsequent viewing by personnel. It should be noted that, when the report is viewed, the viewing is performed according to the authority of the current person.
It should be noted that, when the target device recorded in the maintenance work order has an associated device, before when a report submission request sent by the maintenance terminal is received, the maintenance method further includes: and sending maintenance completion notification information to the associated equipment so that the associated equipment stops working cooperatively.
Here, the information for sending the maintenance completion notification includes information such as the maintenance name, the related department, and the maintenance area in the maintenance work order, so that the associated device can stop the cooperation of the maintenance task and execute the normal operation of the device after receiving the information for sending the maintenance completion notification, thereby further improving the work efficiency.
In another embodiment of the present application, after sending the maintenance work order to a maintenance terminal corresponding to the target device according to the target maintenance time, the device maintenance method further includes: generating a bill of materials according to the received material-receiving request information sent by the maintenance terminal; the material receiving request information is basic information for maintaining the material required by the target equipment, which is determined based on the maintenance work order.
In another embodiment of the present application, after generating the bill of materials, the apparatus maintenance method further includes: receiving input information of the material use condition sent by the maintenance terminal; and updating the material work order based on the input information of the material use condition.
Here, when the maintenance terminal receives the maintenance work order, the maintenance task in the target maintenance work order relates to the situation of material acquisition and material use. Firstly, a target maintenance worker inputs a material receiving request through the maintenance terminal and sends the material receiving request to a server, and the server generates a material receiving approval sheet based on received material receiving request information and a pre-stored material receiving template; and then the server sends the received material receiving approval sheet to a corresponding approval terminal for approval, and when the approval information sent to the server by the approval terminal is approval passing information, the material receiving approval sheet is determined to be a material list and sent to the maintenance terminal so that maintenance personnel using the maintenance terminal can receive related materials from a warehouse based on the material list.
In addition, in the maintenance process, when the materials are used, the maintenance personnel can input the input information of the use condition of the materials in the maintenance terminal, then the maintenance terminal sends the input information of the use condition of the materials to the server, and the server updates the material work order of the maintenance terminal based on the received input information of the use condition of the materials. Here, updating the material work order may be deleting used materials from the material work order.
An apparatus maintenance method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: generating maintenance information including maintenance time according to the type information and the area information of the target equipment; determining whether associated equipment corresponding to the target equipment exists or not according to the equipment information of the target equipment, and issuing maintenance information to the associated equipment when the associated equipment exists; determining target maintenance time according to a received feedback result aiming at the maintenance information; generating a maintenance work order according to target maintenance time and project information of maintenance operation required by the target equipment; and sending the maintenance work order to a maintenance terminal corresponding to the target equipment according to the target maintenance time, so that personnel corresponding to the maintenance terminal can perform maintenance operation on the target equipment according to the project information. Therefore, the scheme provided by the application realizes intelligent and information management of maintenance work, so that the maintenance efficiency can be effectively improved.
