The fault warning and protecting unit has the functions of warning and protecting overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overtemperature, fan fault and the like, and fault warning information can be displayed on a liquid crystal screen of the inspection instrument, so that safe and reliable operation of equipment is ensured.

The core control panel carries out control and data analysis and transmits the alarm information to the fault alarm and protection unit.
A load module: the inspection instrument is internally provided with a resistance load, the series-load parallel connection mode can be changed through a switch, the alternating current load is 690W, the direct current load is divided into two gears of 500V and 1000V, and the maximum power is 3570W. A power supply unit: and the lithium battery arranged in the patrol instrument is used for starting the patrol instrument before charging and establishing connection with computer software or APP. The appearance adopts and fills the electric pile power supply to patrol and examine after filling electric pile and starting, gives built-in lithium cell charging simultaneously, patrols and examines the appearance in addition and supports external 220V commercial power to patrol and examine appearance and built-in lithium cell power supply. Data acquisition and transmission unit: 10 AD sampling channels are built in, and the maximum sampling rate of 10kbps is supported. A core control panel: adopt ARM STM32F407 digital microcontroller, possess and support 1 way ethernet, 1 way WIFI or bluetooth, 3 way CAN communication interface, upload computer software or APP in real time with the data that the appearance was gathered of patrolling and examining.
Fault warning and protection unit: the patrol instrument has the functions of alarming and protecting overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overtemperature, fan fault and the like, and fault alarming information can be displayed on a liquid crystal screen of the patrol instrument, so that the safe and reliable operation of equipment is ensured.

Based on the same invention concept, the portable charging pile field detection intelligent client is in communication connection with a patrol instrument and comprises an intelligent APP installed on the intelligent client;
the intelligent APP is used for receiving and displaying the charging pile state and the output parameters provided by the patrol instrument; the system is also used for generating an instruction based on the state of the charging pile and the operation and maintenance operation to be executed and sending the test instruction to the patrol instrument;
the inspection instrument is the portable AC/DC charging pile operation and maintenance inspection instrument provided by the invention.

The invention also provides a portable charging pile operation and maintenance method based on the intelligent client, as shown in fig. 5, comprising the following steps:
s2-1, acquiring the charging pile state and the output parameters sent by the patrol instrument, and displaying the charging pile state and the output parameters;
and S2-2, generating a test instruction based on the charging pile state and the operation and maintenance operation to be executed, and sending the test instruction.
The portable charging pile operation and maintenance method provided by the invention has two working modes: and the working mode of the single machine of the inspection instrument and the working mode of the interconnection of the inspection instrument and the intelligent client.

The current state of the charging pile comprises one or more of the following states: charging pile type, operating voltage, operating current, operating mode, CP voltage, CP frequency, BMS voltage, CC1 voltage, and auxiliary power status;
the charging pile type comprises: direct current charging pile or alternating current charging pile.
3) TCU fills electric pile fault code and resolves: when charging pile breaks down, will fill the fault code input of electric pile screen display and patrol the touch-sensitive screen that goes out of examining the appearance, can resolve the fault reason that the fault code represented.
2. The specific process of the working mode of interconnecting the patrol instrument and the intelligent client is as follows:
when a charging gun is inserted into a gun seat of the patrol instrument, sending a connection signal to a charging pile where the charging gun is located, and controlling a load module of the patrol instrument to be put into operation;
acquiring the state of the charging pile and uploading the state to an intelligent client;
and executing operation and maintenance operation based on the instruction issued by the intelligent client, collecting output parameters of the charging pile in the operation and maintenance operation executing process, and uploading the output parameters to the intelligent client.
The invention and the intelligent client side interconnection mode comprises: the method comprises a mode of interconnecting with a mobile phone APP and a mode of interconnecting with computer software.
When the portable AC/DC charging pile field detection device adopts a mobile phone APP interconnection mode, the portable AC/DC charging pile field detection device has the following functions after an online working mode: can realize all functions of unit mode after patrolling and examining appearance and APP software interconnection, can also realize following function in addition:
1) alternating current ordered charging: a switch S2 of the inspection instrument adopts an MOS tube, the level change of a CP signal is realized by switching the MOS tube, the CP signal is used for supporting the communication of the alternating current ordered charging pile, and the information of simulated vehicle VIN, SOC, battery capacity and the like is uploaded to the alternating current ordered management platform through the charging pile. This function can be turned on/off by the APP software.
2) Direct current is filled promptly when inserting: before the charging begins, the patrol inspection instrument can communicate with a direct-current charging pile supporting plug-and-play, the vehicle VIN information simulated by the patrol inspection instrument is uploaded to a charging management platform through the charging pile, and after the VIN supporting plug-and-play function of charging is inquired by the charging management platform, the charging is directly started by operation of swiping a card or scanning a code during charging. This function can be turned on/off in software by the APP software.
3) When the charging protocol is updated, the charging protocol before and after updating can be supported, for example, the patrol inspection instrument is compatible with the 2011 version and 2015 version of GB/T27930, so that the charging standard of the charging pile under both protocols can be met at the same time.
4) And (3) controlling pilot voltage limit detection: the patrol inspection instrument can simulate different control guide voltages and detect the control voltage guide limit value of the charging pile.
5) And (3) direct current charging output control: the patrol instrument APP can modify the current charging voltage, the charging current, the charging mode (constant voltage charging, constant current charging) and other direct current charging parameters, and the current charging parameters are displayed on the APP.
6) And (3) fault state testing: the alternating current fault state that the patrol instrument can simulate comprises the following steps: CP pin breakage, CP grounding test and switch S2 disconnection; the dc fault conditions include: insulation fault, communication interruption, disconnection of a charging interface, abnormal voltage of a single storage battery, abnormal SOC of a power storage battery of the whole vehicle, abnormal charging current of the power storage battery, abnormal temperature of the power storage battery, abnormal insulation state of the power storage battery, abnormal connection state of an output connector of the power storage battery and over-temperature fault of the output connector.
When the portable charging pile field detection device adopts a mode of being interconnected with computer software, the portable charging pile field detection device has the following functions after being in an online working mode: can realize all functions interconnected with APP after patrolling and examining appearance and computer software interconnection, can also realize following function in addition:
1) real-time waveform display and viewing: the computer software can receive real-time transmission data of the patrol inspection instrument and display charging waveforms such as charging voltage, charging current, control guide voltage and the like in real time, and the charging waveform display supports the functions of starting and stopping, zooming, cursors and the like.
2) Monitoring a direct current charging message: interactive messages in the GB/T27930 communication protocol can be displayed in real time, real-time analysis is carried out, charging messages and analysis results can be exported, and exported data are in txt/excel and other formats.
3) Data storage and export, playback function: and the computer software stores charging waveform data such as charging voltage, charging current, control guide voltage and the like and charging message data uploaded by the inspection instrument at regular time and supports export in a file form. Meanwhile, the computer software supports importing of files exported by the software, the imported charging waveform data can be used for redrawing the charging waveform, and functions of local zooming, cursor indexing and the like are supported; the imported charging message can be analyzed, whether the message meets the charging standard or not is judged, and the judgment result is displayed.
4) Dc charging parameter setting/default parameters: any parameter of the BMS message in the GB/T27930 communication protocol can be modified, the current parameter is displayed in software, the parameter is issued to the polling instrument in real time, the polling instrument takes effect immediately after receiving the parameter, and the communication with the charging pile is carried out according to the issued parameter when the charging pile is tested.
5) Monitoring messages inside the direct current charging pile: after a CAN communication message monitoring port of the patrol inspection instrument is connected with an internal communication line of the direct-current charging pile, the patrol inspection instrument CAN upload a monitoring communication message to computer software in real time, the computer software CAN analyze and display the state of an internal communication parameter in real time, and the charging message and an analysis result support a exporting function. When the inspection instrument can not monitor the message, prompting and wiring inspection suggestions are carried out in computer software.
