Background
The traditional hot rolling finishing line is used for collecting waste baskets of waste plate heads, and needs to be manually confirmed whether the waste baskets are full or not, and after the full waste baskets are confirmed, a machine set is controlled to stop; then manually operating the waste basket to transversely move to a maintenance position, hanging a steel wire rope by a field operator, using a crane on site to hoist the full waste basket to a recovery position, using the crane to hoist the empty waste basket to a unit maintenance position, and finally manually operating to transversely move the waste basket to a material collecting position.
The transferring and replacing procedures of the waste basket need to confirm the overflow condition and manually indicate the crane to move, the field operation amount is large, the efficiency is low, the machine set is stopped for a long time, and the production efficiency is further affected. In addition, the process needs to be manually participated, accidents caused by human factors are easy to occur, and potential safety hazards exist in the current operation.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the waste frame transferring and replacing apparatus of the present invention includes a waste frame supporting platform 1, a rotating device 2 and a lifting device 3. In production operation, the waste frame 100 is placed on the waste frame support platform 1 and is movable with the waste frame support platform 1 between the rotating device 2 and the lifting device 3.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the rotating device 2 includes a rotary table 21 and two sets of first drag chain roller conveying mechanisms 22 respectively mounted on the rotary table, wherein the mounting position of one set of first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 corresponds to the collecting position of the waste plate material, and the other set of first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 is used as the waiting position for replacement. When the waste material frame of the collecting position is full of waste material, the rotary table 21 rotates 180 degrees, so that the positions of the two sets of first drag chain roller way conveying mechanisms can be interchanged; i.e. to realize the interchange of empty and full frames.
Wherein, the rotary table 21 comprises a base 211, a circular platform 212, a plurality of supporting pulley assemblies 213 and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the circular platform to rotate. The base 211 is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface and has a central rotation axis about which a plurality of sets of supporting pulley assemblies 213 are annularly arranged.

The pulley contacts with the bottom surface of the circular platform, plays a supporting role, and can roll along with the pulley when the circular platform rotates, so that the pulley has small friction and is beneficial to rotating.
The rotary driving mechanism includes a rotary driving motor 214 and a driving gear 215 mounted on the rotary driving motor, and gear teeth 216 engaged with the driving gear 215 are provided on the circumferential side surface of the circular platform 212. The rotation driving motor 214 drives the driving gear 215 to rotate, and further drives the circular platform 212 to rotate along with the rotation. Preferably, the rotary table 21 further includes a travel switch 217 for detecting the rotation in place. The travel switch 217 is installed on the ground through a bracket and is located below the circular platform 212, the travel switch 217 is provided with two contact blocks which are symmetrically arranged, and the contact blocks contact the travel switch 217 when the travel switch is installed on the circular platform 212 in place. The touch of the travel switch 217 by the touch block determines that the rotation is in place.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the lifting device 3 includes a lifting support 31, a lifting platform 32, a lifting driving mechanism 33 and a second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34. The second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34 is fixedly installed on the lifting platform 32, and the lifting driving mechanism 33 can drive the lifting platform 32 to move up and down. The second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34 and one end part of one set of first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 are arranged oppositely, and under the matched conveying of the first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 and the second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34, the waste frame supporting platform 1 can move from the first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 to the second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34 or from the second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34 to the first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22.
Specifically, the lifting driving mechanism 33 includes a screw 331, two horizontally disposed driving worm shafts 332, and a double-output shaft motor 333. The four screws 331 are vertically installed in the lifting support frame 31, turbines meshed with the screws are installed at two ends of each driving vortex shaft 332, and the driving vortex shafts 332 are installed on the bottom surface of the lifting platform 32 through bearing seats. The dual-output shaft motor 333 is mounted on the lifting platform 32, two output shafts of the dual-output shaft motor 333 are respectively fixedly connected with one end of a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is mounted on the lifting platform 32 through a bearing seat, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with a transmission turbine, and the transmission turbine is meshed with the transmission turbine shaft 332. Thus, when the lifting platform is located at the lower limit (the state is shown in fig. 6), the double-output-shaft motor 333 acts to drive the transmission shaft to rotate, and then drive the transmission vortex shaft 332 to rotate, and the turbines at two ends of the transmission vortex shaft 332 follow to rotate and climb along the screw 331, that is, drive the whole lifting platform to rise until reaching the upper limit. Conversely, as shown in fig. 7, when the lifting platform is at the upper limit (the dashed line portion in fig. 7), the lifting drive mechanism 33 is operated to lower the lifting platform to the lower limit position.
Preferably, the lifting support frame 31 is further provided with position sensors for detecting that the lifting platform reaches the lower limit and the upper limit, respectively. A plurality of pneumatic locking pins are also installed on the upper part of the lifting support frame 31, and each pneumatic locking pin is composed of a cylinder and a locking pin fixedly installed on the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder. When the lifting platform 32 reaches the upper limit, the pneumatic lock pin acts, namely, the piston rod of the air cylinder stretches out, so that the lock pin is driven to be inserted into a corresponding hole on the lifting platform 32, and the lifting platform 32 can be locked.
The first chain supporting roller path conveyor mechanism 21 and the second chain supporting roller path mechanism 34 have the same structure, and the structure includes a frame 201, a plurality of rollers 202 mounted on the frame, and a sprocket 203 mounted on the end of the rollers, wherein the plurality of sprockets are connected by a chain 204 and driven to rotate by a conveyor motor 205.
In the initial state, two empty waste frames 100 are respectively placed on the waste frame supporting platforms of the waste plate collecting position and the waiting position; the lifting device 2 is that the lifting platform is positioned on the lower limit. During production, sheared waste falls into the waste basket 100 at the receiving position, after the waste basket 100 is filled, the transfer, replacement and starting are carried out, the rotary table 21 rotates 180 degrees, and then the rotary table stops rotating in place, so that the empty waste frame and the full waste frame are interchanged, and the sheared waste can be continuously received after the completion. Then, the full scrap box is started up in the corresponding first drag chain roller conveyor 22 and the second drag chain roller conveyor 34 of the lifting device, and the scrap box filled with scrap at the waiting position is transferred from the first drag chain roller conveyor 22 to the second drag chain roller conveyor 34. Then, the lifting driving mechanism 33 of the lifting device acts to drive the lifting platform to rise to the upper limit, and the lifting platform is locked by the pneumatic lock pin. Finally, the waste frame filled with waste at the top of the lifting device 1 is lifted away and transferred by means of a crane, and an empty waste frame is placed. After the completion, the lifting platform descends to the lower limit, and the second drag chain roller conveying mechanism 34 conveys the empty waste frames to the first drag chain roller conveying mechanism 22 of the rotating device 2 waiting position, and waits for the next empty frame and full frame replacement.
