Abstract
The one-key cover with a decorative portion of an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower cover formed with a discharge port; an upper cover combined with one side of the lower cover for opening and closing the lower cover; and an outer cover covering at least a part of the upper cover and combined with the upper cover to form a decoration part.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a one-key type cover having a decorative portion, and more particularly, to a one-key type cover having a decorative portion, which can embody various designs by coupling an external cover provided with a decorative portion at an upper portion of the one-key type cover and improve aesthetic sense.
Background
Cosmetics are articles that have the disadvantage of beautifying the appearance of the human body to hide the appearance, to make the human body more attractive, or to maintain the health of the skin, hair, and the like.
The cosmetics are classified into basic cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, and functional cosmetics according to the purpose of use, and are stored in various cosmetic containers in a liquid or gel form or a solid or molecular form according to their characteristics.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a container for various cosmetics, and in general, a liquid or gel cosmetic is filled in an inner space of a container body, and a container lid for closing the container body is opened and a part of the cosmetic is taken out of a hand of a user to use the container or the container is applied to the skin by a cosmetic tool or the like.
However, most container lids of container bodies filled with liquid or gel cosmetics are screw type, and thus, it takes much time to open the lid from the upper part of the container by rotating the lid one by one at a time when the peak time is busy or when going out, and thus, it is not possible to satisfy the demand of contemporary people who prefer one-action.
In addition, the inlet portion of the container body can be closed by the cork, and in this case, the appearance is not beautiful, and particularly, when the cosmetics are used, dust, foreign substances, and the like are attached to the cosmetics left around the inlet portion of the container body, thereby causing the sanitation of the cosmetics such as uncleanness.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a one-touch lid has been proposed which is composed of a fixed portion fixed to an inlet portion of a container body and an opening/closing portion connected to the fixed portion.
Typically, the one-click lid includes: a cap body coupled to an upper portion of the container body storing contents, and having a discharge hole formed to discharge the contents; and a lid part hinge-coupled to one side of the lid body and opening and closing a discharge hole formed in the lid body by vertical rotation of the lid part, wherein the one-touch lid is disclosed in granted utility model No. 20-0438528 (hereinafter, referred to as "conventional art"), the one-touch lid of the cosmetic container of the conventional art including a body part, a lid part, and a lid part, wherein the body part is fastened to the cosmetic container, one side of the lid part is coupled to the lid part by a snap hinge, and interference avoiding cutouts are formed at both sides of the snap hinge connecting a front end of the body part and a lower end of the lid part.

Therefore, it is essentially required to develop a one-touch type cover which can easily replace a decorative portion formed on a cover and can present a clean and luxurious appearance.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a one-touch type cover having a decorative portion, which is coupled to an upper portion of an upper cover by covering the upper cover with an outer cover having a decorative portion, thereby allowing various designs to be embodied only by replacing the outer cover, and improving aesthetic appearance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a one-touch type cover having a decorative portion, in which a part of an upper cover coupled to an external cover is protruded to a side surface of the upper cover than a lower cover to form a step between the upper cover and the lower cover, thereby maintaining luxury appearance and allowing the upper cover to be easily rotated from the lower cover to be separated.
Technical scheme for solving problems
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a one-key cover having a decorative portion, the one-key cover having a decorative portion, comprising: a lower cover formed with a discharge port; an upper cover combined with one side of the lower cover for opening and closing the lower cover; and an outer cover covering at least a part of the upper cover and combined with the upper cover to form a decoration part.
The lower cover may be coupled to an inlet of a tube container made of a soft material.
A first sealing cam may be formed on the lower cover, and a second sealing cam may be formed inside the upper cover to surround the first sealing cam and be inserted.
At least a portion of the upper cover and the outer cover may protrude further to the side than the lower cover, thereby forming a step between the upper cover and the lower cover.
The upper cover and the outer cover may be coupled to each other by forming a first assembly direction portion and a second assembly direction portion, respectively.
Preferably, the decorative part is printed on a part of the surface of the outer cover on which the vapor deposition or coating operation is performed.
Preferably, the decorative portion is formed by embossing or engraving a part of the surface of the outer cover to form a three-dimensional appearance.
In addition, a content accommodating space or a content tray having a content accommodating space may be formed inside the upper cover.
The outer cover may be coupled to an upper cover shaft so as to be opened and closed by being rotated from the upper cover shaft.
The outer cover may be made of a transparent material, and the inside of the upper cover may be projected to the outside.
Advantageous effects of the invention
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the outer cover having the decoration part is covered and combined on the upper part of the upper cover, thereby embodying various designs only by replacing the outer cover and improving the aesthetic sense.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention has an effect that a part of the upper cover coupled to the outer cover is protruded to a side surface of the lower cover than the upper cover to form a step between the upper cover and the lower cover, thereby maintaining the luxury of the appearance and easily rotating the upper cover from the lower cover to be separated.

Hereinafter, a one-touch cover having a decorative portion according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.

As shown, the one-key cover with a decorative part 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a lower cover 10, an upper cover 20, and an outer cover 30.
The respective structures of the one-touch cover 1 having a decorative portion according to an embodiment of the present invention are as follows.
The lower cap 10 is fixedly coupled to the inlet portion 2a of the tube container 2. A storage space having a predetermined size is formed inside the tube container 2, and liquid or gel contents are stored in the storage space. As shown in fig. 4, the tube container 2 may be formed of a soft synthetic resin material, and may be deformed by a pressure applied by a user to discharge the contents contained therein to the outside so that the user can easily apply the pressure. In the drawings of an embodiment of the present invention, the tube container 2 is in the form of a soft drum, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed in various forms or materials in consideration of the type of contents stored therein, the practicality, design factors, and the like.
A discharge port 12 through which the content filled in the tube container 2 is discharged to the outside may be formed at the center of the lower cap 10, and a ring-shaped first sealing cam 12a may be formed to protrude along the upper side outside the discharge port 12. In this case, it is preferable that the upper surface of the lower cover 10 is naturally inclined downward as it is closer to the edge for convenience of use.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner wall 14 of the lower cover 10 may be extended along the lower side, and the outer wall 16 may be extended along the lower side with a predetermined interval along the outer side of the inner wall 14. The inner wall 14 may be formed with a screw thread along its inner circumference so as to be screw-coupled to a screw thread formed at the inlet portion 2a of the tube container 2. The one-touch type cap according to an embodiment of the present invention is exemplified by a screw coupling of the tube container 2 and the lower cap 10, but is not limited thereto, and may have various coupling methods within a range in which the lower cap 10 and the tube container 2 are stably fixedly coupled, such as undercut coupling, coupling by protrusion and groove, forced snap coupling, or coupling by adhesive.
As shown in fig. 2, a bent portion 18 may be formed between the upper surface of the lower cover 10 and the outer wall 16. When the upper cover 20 is closed, the lower end of the upper cover 20 may be placed on the upper surface of the bent portion 18, and a first fastening portion 17 may be formed at one side of the bent portion 18.
On the other hand, the insertion cam 19 extends along the lower side along the inner side of the inner wall 14 with a predetermined interval therebetween, and the insertion cam 19 is inserted into the inlet portion 2a of the tube container 2 and closely contacts the inner periphery of the inlet portion 2a, thereby maintaining the airtightness of the inside of the tube container 2.
The upper cover 20 is hinged to one side of the lower cover 10 to open and close the discharge port 12 of the lower cover 10.
As shown in fig. 3, a second sealing cam 22 having a ring shape may be formed to protrude along a lower side at the inner center of the upper cap 20, the second sealing cam 22 having a relatively larger diameter than the first sealing cam 12a formed at the lower cap 10, and surrounds the upper portion of the first sealing cam 12a and is tightly inserted toward the outer circumference of the first sealing cam 12a when the upper cap 20 is closed, thereby stably sealing the discharge port 12 of the lower cap 10.
At least a portion of the upper cover 20 and the outer cover 30 coupled to the upper cover 20 may protrude to a side surface of the lower cover 10, and a step 24 may be formed between the upper cover 20 and the lower cover 10. That is, the outer surface of the lower cap 10 has a perfect circle (a perfect circle) shape in which distances from the center to the side surfaces are the same, and on the contrary, the outer surface of the upper cap 20 has an oval or irregular circle shape, not a perfect circle shape, and a step 24 is formed between the upper cap 20 and the lower cap 10 due to the difference in the diameters of the portions, so that a user can easily separate and open the upper cap 20 from the lower cap 10 by pushing the step 24 portion upward. In this case, it is preferable that the step 24 has a smoothly curved shape as shown in the drawing. However, the inner surface of the upper cap 20 may be formed in a perfect circle shape so as to be easily coupled to the lower cap 10.
In other words, the present invention can make at least one part of the upper cover 20 and the outer cover 30 coupled with the upper cover 20 protrude more to the side than the lower cover 10 to form the step 24 between the upper cover 20 and the lower cover 10, and the step 24 naturally functions as an opening and closing handle, thereby maintaining the luxury of the appearance without additionally forming an additional finger insertion groove, and easily lifting and separating the upper cover 20 from the lower cover 10.
And, a placing part 26 may be formed at a lower edge of the upper cover 20. The placement portion 26 may be recessed inward from the outer wall of the upper cover 20, and the lower end of the outer cover 30 may be placed on the placement portion 26.
On the other hand, a first assembling direction portion 28 may be formed along the outer circumference of the upper cap 20 so that the outer cap 30 may be assembled in a correct direction on the upper portion of the upper cap 20. As shown in fig. 2, the first assembling direction portion 28 is preferably formed in a projection shape extending long in the vertical direction on the outer surface of the upper cover 20.
Further, a second fastening portion 27 may be formed along the lower inner circumference of the upper cover 20 so as to be fastened to the first fastening portion 17 of the lower cover 10 by one-touch, i.e., undercut fastening. Of course, the lower cap 10 is bite-fastened to the upper cap 20 for convenience of use, but is not limited thereto.
The outer cap 30 covers at least a portion of the upper cap 20 and is fixedly coupled thereto. In this case, the outer cap 30 and the upper cap 20 may be coupled by a protrusion and a groove, or a snap coupling, or may be forcibly snap-in coupling or screw coupling. However, when the upper cover 20 and the outer cover 30 are screwed to each other, the first assembly direction portion 28 and the second assembly direction portion 38 are preferably formed not on the outer circumference of the upper cover 20 and the inner circumference of the outer cover 30, respectively, due to the rotation coupling.
As shown in fig. 2, a decorative part 32 may be formed on an upper surface of the outer cover 30. The decoration portion 32 is formed of information related to the one-touch cover, multi-textures, patterns, marks, etc., thereby improving the aesthetic sense corresponding to the one-touch cover and embodying a luxurious design. The decoration portion 32 is formed on one surface of the external cap 30 by a printing method including digital printing, and may be directly printed on the upper surface of the external cap 30, and then printed on the upper surface of the external cap 30 after performing a deposition or coating operation. In addition, the decorative part 32 is formed by male engraving or female engraving at the time of injection molding, so that the texture, pattern, mark, and the like can be expressed three-dimensionally.
In other words, the present invention can cover and couple the outer cover 30 having the decoration part 32 on the upper part of the upper cover 20, thereby embodying various designs only by replacing the outer cover 30 and improving the aesthetic sense.
On the other hand, a second assembling direction portion 38 may be formed along the inner circumference of the outer cap 30 so as to be coupled to the first assembling direction portion 28 of the upper cap 20. Accordingly, when the outer cap 30 is assembled to the upper cap 20, the outer cap 30 can be always assembled to the upper portion of the upper cap 20 in a correct direction by coupling the first assembly direction portion 28 and the second assembly direction portion 38. In this case, the second assembling direction portion 38 is preferably formed in a groove shape extending in a vertical direction on the inner surface of the outer cover 30.
Hereinafter, a one-touch lid having a decorative portion according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 to 7.
Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a cosmetic container having a one-key type cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container having a one-key type cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a perspective view of a state in which a cosmetic container having a one-key type cap according to another embodiment of the present invention is used.
The one-touch lid 1 having a decorative portion according to another embodiment of the present invention can accommodate contents inside the upper lid 20, and the outer lid 30 is rotated about an axis from the upper lid 20 and opened or closed so as to discharge the contents accommodated inside the upper lid 20 to the outside.
As shown in fig. 5, a predetermined space may be formed inside the upper portion of the upper cover 20, and a content tray 40 may be formed in the space.
The contents tray 40 may have a circular plate shape having a predetermined thickness and may be inserted into the upper cover 20, and a contents storage space 42 for storing contents therein may be formed in the contents tray 40. Of course, the contents tray 40 is not formed along the inner side of the upper cover 20, and an additional contents storage space is formed in the inner space of the upper cover 20, so that the contents can be directly stored. A shaft coupling hole 44 may be formed at a side adjacent to the contents accommodating space 42, and a first coupling portion 46 may be formed at an edge of an upper surface of the contents tray 40.
The outer cover 30 is in a disk shape, and covers the upper surface of the upper cover 20 or the contents tray 40. As shown in fig. 6, the outer cover 30 may be inserted into and coupled to the shaft coupling hole 44 of the contents tray 40 by forming a shaft coupling protrusion 34 protruding along a lower side, and the outer cover 30 may be axially rotated in a horizontal direction. Also, it is preferable that a rotation handle 35 is formed to protrude from a side surface of the outer cap 30 so that the outer cap 30 can be easily grasped and rotated. In other words, as shown in fig. 7, the contents are stored in the upper cover 20 or the contents tray 40 storing the contents is formed, and the outer cover 30 is slid and rotated along the horizontal direction from the upper cover 20 to be opened or closed so as to discharge the contents to the outside. In this case, the contents contained in the upper cover 20 or the contents tray 40 are preferably different from the contents contained in the tube container 2, and when mixed with the contents contained in the tube container 2, the contents are more efficiently or more effectively generated.
As shown in fig. 5, a second coupling portion 36 may be formed on a lower surface of the outer cover 30 to be coupled to the first coupling portion 46 of the contents tray 40, and the outer cover 30 may be prevented from rotating or flowing in a horizontal direction regardless of the intention of a user by the coupling structure.
On the other hand, the outer cover 30 may be formed of a transparent material so that the contents stored in the contents tray 40 can be projected to the outside. In this case, the decoration portion 32 may be formed at the upper and inner side surfaces of the outer cover 30, in which case the breakage of the decoration portion 32 due to external factors may be prevented. The decorative portion 32 can be formed by performing a plurality of subsequent operations such as vapor deposition, coating, and printing on the transparent outer cover 30.
Among them, the lower cap 10, the upper cap 20 and the outer cap 30 may be preferably formed of one or more of a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin, the thermosetting resin may be formed of one or more of an epoxy (epoxy) resin, an amino resin, a phenol (phenol) resin and a Polyester (Polyester) resin, the thermoplastic resin may be formed of one or more of a Polyethylene (Polyethylene), an Acrylic (Acrylic), a Polypropylene (Polypropylene), a Polystyrene (Polystyrene), a polyvinyl chloride (polyvinyl chloride), a polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon), a Nylon (Nylon) and a polyacetal resin, and particularly, the lower cap, the upper cap 20 and the outer cap 30 may be most preferably formed of a Polypropylene material. Of course, the lower cover 10, the upper cover 20, and the outer cover 30 are not limited to the above materials, and may be formed of various other materials.
In the present specification, specific matters such as specific structural elements and the like, and defined embodiments and drawings are described to help understand the overall contents of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and variations can be made from the descriptions by a person of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. Therefore, the idea of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and the scope of the claims to be described later and the modifications equivalent or equivalent to the scope of the claims are included in the scope of the idea of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A one-click lid having a decorative portion, comprising:
a lower cover formed with a discharge port;
an upper cover combined with one side of the lower cover for opening and closing the lower cover; and
and an outer cover covering at least a part of the upper cover and combined with the upper cover to form a decoration part.
2. The one-touch lid with a decorative part according to claim 1, wherein the lower lid is combined with an inlet part of a tube container formed of a soft material.
3. The one-touch cover with a decorative part according to claim 1, wherein a first sealing cam is formed on the lower cover, and a second sealing cam is formed on an inner side of the upper cover so as to surround the first sealing cam and be inserted.
4. The one-key cover with decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein at least a part of the upper cover and the outer cover protrudes more sideward with respect to the lower cover, thereby forming a step between the upper cover and the lower cover.
5. The one-touch cover with a decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover and the outer cover are joined to each other by forming a first assembly direction portion and a second assembly direction portion, respectively.
6. The one-touch lid with a decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein the decorative portion is printed on a part of a surface of the external lid on which an evaporation or coating operation is performed.
7. The one-key cover with a decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein the decorative portion is formed by engraving a part of the outer cover with a positive or negative engraving to represent three-dimensionally.
8. The one-touch cover with a decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein a content storage space or a content tray having a content storage space is formed inside the upper cover.
9. The one-touch cover with a decorative portion according to claim 1, wherein the outer cover is coupled to the upper cover shaft so as to be rotated and opened and closed from the upper cover shaft.
10. The one-touch cover with a decorative part according to claim 1, wherein the outer cover is formed of a transparent material, and an inner portion of the upper cover is projected to an outside.
