Background
When the plastic cover product is used, a requirement that a metal decorative ring is required to be embedded in the outer wall (such as a dustproof cover product of cosmetics) is usually required, and the conventional common practice is to mold the plastic cover product by injection molding, so that a groove for embedding the metal decorative ring is formed in the outer wall of the plastic cover, and then the metal decorative ring is forcibly sleeved in the groove during subsequent assembly, so that the design surface of the plastic cover is hard to damage or the metal decorative ring is damaged easily. In addition, when the existing plastic cover products are matched with the bottle body for use, a friction ring is usually required to be arranged on the friction surface of the plastic cover and the bottle body. The traditional plastic cover products also need a plurality of assembly procedures when in use, and can be formed by integrally injection molding the metal decorative ring, the friction ring and the plastic cover, so that procedures are saved, and the production cost is reduced. However, the existing injection mold for molding products with hardware inserts is generally only suitable for the situation that the hardware inserts are embedded in plastic products, and the situation that the metal decorative ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the plastic cover cannot realize positioning of the metal decorative ring, and a set of brand-new mold is needed to be designed to solve the problem.

As shown in fig. 1-3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the positioning structure for in-mold injection molding of a hardware insert includes: the plastic cover forming die comprises a front die 1 and a rear die 2, wherein a forming cavity for forming the plastic cover 3 is formed in the parting surface of the front die 1 and the parting surface of the rear die 2, and a front die core 4 for forming the inner wall of the plastic cover 3 is arranged on the front die 1. The friction ring 5 is sleeved on the peripheral wall of the front mold core 4, and the friction ring 5 is preferably formed by injection molding of POM materials, so that the wear resistance is good. As shown in fig. 3-4, the outer peripheral wall of the friction ring 5 is provided with a containing groove 6, and a metal decorative ring 7 is sleeved in the containing groove 6. Before injection molding, the metal decorative ring 7 is sleeved into the accommodating groove 6, so that the friction ring 5 and the metal decorative ring 7 can be preassembled together and then sleeved on the peripheral wall of the front mold core 4. The inner peripheral wall of the friction ring 5 and the outer peripheral wall of the front mold core 4 are both provided with grooves 8, and positioning rings 9 are placed in the grooves 8, so that when the friction ring 5 is sleeved on the front mold core 4, the positioning rings 9 are matched with the grooves 8 on the inner peripheral wall of the friction ring 5 and the outer peripheral wall of the front mold core 4 in place, and the pre-assembled friction ring 5 and the metal decorative ring 7 are positioned. In addition, the groove 8 on the inner peripheral wall of the friction ring 5 can be used as a clamping groove to clamp the bottle mouth of the bottle body matched with the groove for use, so that the bottle mouth is dustproof. The positioning ring 9 is preferably a rubber ring, the rubber ring is high-temperature resistant and small in deformation, the friction ring 5 cannot be scratched, and damping force can be provided for fixing the friction ring 5 after positioning. As shown in fig. 5, the end face of the top end of the metal decorative ring 7 is provided with a rough surface 12, and the rough surface 12 can enable the metal decorative ring 7 and the plastic cover 3 to have strong adhesive force, so that the connection between the metal decorative ring 7 and the plastic cover 3 is firmer. The reverse buckle through hole 10 is a T-shaped hole, which is convenient to process and can ensure enough anti-falling force.
