Next, a method of using the molding die 1 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 6 shows a state in which molding material is injected into the molding die 1 and molding is completed. In addition,
The molding die 1 in FIG. 6 is provided with a chamfered portion 12 a at the peripheral edge of the through hole side of the flange 12 of the flanged pin 7, and therefore has high adhesion to the molded product 4. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper mold | type 2 is pulled up from the recessed part containing type | mold 3, and is demolded. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the molded product 4 is lifted against the spring force of the elastic spring 17 from the recess-containing mold 3 which is the lower mold, and demolded.

At that time, since the flanged pin 7 moves together with the molded product 4 without being removed by the chamfered portion 12a, the atmosphere enters between the molded product 4 and the recess-containing mold 3, and the vacuum state between them is eliminated. At the same time, since the molded product 4 is deformed and detached from the recess 5, it can be removed from the recess-containing mold 3. Further, when the molded product 4 is pulled up, the spring force of the elastic spring 17 becomes stronger, and finally the flanged pin 7 is detached from the molded product 4 as shown in FIG. Even if the flanged pin 7 does not come off from the molded product 4 due to the spring force of the resilient spring 17, if the molded product 4 reaches a certain distance, the cooperation of the resilient spring 17 and the stopper 15
The flanged pin 7 is always removed from the molded product 4 so that the molded product 4 can be taken out.

On the other hand, the flanged pin 7 removed from the molded product 4 falls due to the spring force of the elastic spring 17 and in addition to gravity, and the flange 12 of the flanged pin 7 is seated in the seating hole 13 of the recess-containing mold 3 ( 9), the through-hole 6 can be closed, and a preparation for the next mold forming is entered.
Furthermore, if the upper mold 2 is set in the recess-containing mold 3, the preparation for the next mold molding is completed, and if the molded product material is injected into the molding die 1, the state shown in FIG. 6 is obtained again. Thereafter, the same thing can be repeated to form the molded articles 4 one after another. In addition, the molded product 4 becomes a piston cup by separating from the line B in FIG.
